Proximity all trade and Polygon. A 10-minute walk of Paul Riquet, the train station, the Bullring and the pool. 10 minutes by car (30 min by bus) from the sea. 2 steps from the Palais des Congrès. Price including all charges and the reception. Tourist tax 0.99 euros per night and per person. Spécial Feria

C’est une ville que nous connaissons bien et nous y revenons régulièrement voir des amis et vivre la féria ; je ne devrais pas le dire mais cet emplacement était idéal pour tous (les arènes, le centre ville et le polygone)… tout ça à pieds !!! Nous y reviendrons si la place n’est pas déjà prise…

Schöner Aufenthalt in Frankreich

Wir durften als Familie 10 schöne Tage in der Unterkunft verbringen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin bis zur Anreise war sehr angenehm und uns wurde im Voraus auf jede Frage geantwortet. Der check In verlief gut reibungslos. In der Zeit, wo die Unterkunft nicht vermietet ist,- lebt die Eigentümerin selbst dort. Somit ist die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben braucht. Pro: -Zentrale Lage in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums -Gut ausgestattete Wohnung -2 Badezimmer mit je einer Dusche -schöne große und helle Terrasse -großer kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus (Dienstag ist Markt, ab Montag müssen alle Autos entfernt werden, da sonst Dienstag morgens um 5 Uhr alle Autos abgeschleppt werden) -Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei in der ganzen Wohnung -Die Vermieterin ist auch während dem Urlaub erreichbar und kümmert sich um Probleme oder Fragen -Jeder Schlafraum ist mit einem Balkon ausgestattet Contra: -Keine Klimaanlage in der ganzen Wohnung, so dass es im Sommer doch recht warm wird. Auch mit den Ventilatoren die vor Ort sind -Sehr empfindliche Nachbarin die sich sofort beschwert -Leider nur einen Schlüssel für das Haus -Der Ort ist weit vom Strand entfernt, dadurch aber nicht von Touristen überlaufen -Die Nächte sind sehr laut, da nachts die Mülltonnen geleert und sonstige Arbeiten erledigt werden

Appartement chaleureux et confortable

Nous nous sommes vite sentis à l aise, et avons été accueilli gentiment avec un petit déjeuner lors de notre arrivée le matin, la terasse est très agréable ainsi que l ensemble de l appartement. Toutes les commodités sont là pour vivre agréablement les vacances 🙂

Séjour Béziers

Très bel appartement de style. Bien placé, frais le soir, belle terrasse agréable pour manger et jouer aux jeux de société. Deux salles d eau fonctionnelles et pratiques quand on est 6! Commerces à proximité.tres belles plages à 10 min. On se gare très facilement en bas de l immeuble et c est gratuit!! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Aurélie.

Pleasant, spacious flat 10 mins from main sights

We spent 4 days in this apartment with our 2 teenage children. There was loads of room and it would still be comfortable for a larger group. Kitchen is well equipped and the wifi coverage is great. Décor is a bit dated but the bedrooms are comfortable and the flat is airy and pleasant. There are 2 bathrooms both with great showers. The terrace is lovely for breakfast but was a bit cold in the evenings (in May). The flat looks over a small square - the bar below was a little noisy with live music at the weekend but this finished before 11pm. The bakery on the corner was great and it was easy to walk to all the main sights in 10-15 mins. The area feels a little rundown but the shops are good and everyone was friendly. The only problem we had was all having to share one key which meant being very organised!
