About this property

Comfortable cottage located on the calenzana road

Fully air-conditioned house recently built, ideally located in front of the mountain and less than 10 minutes from the beaches, Calvi and all shops, 5 minutes from the start of the GR20 (Calenzana).
The frame offers you, between sea and mountain, the sweetness of living and the calm for your well-being.
The house consists of:
• on the ground floor :
* a living room with sofa, open on a fully equipped kitchen also overlooking the terrace (table and garden chairs) and the garden, with a magnificent view of the mountain
* a room with a bed 140 x 190,
* a bathroom with toilet and shower
• upstairs in a loft:
* a room with a bed 140 x 190 and a sanitary corner (WC and washbasin)
* a room with 2 single beds (90 x 190), cot.
Equipment: air conditioning / heating, wifi, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, barbecue, fridge / freezer, TV, coffee maker (n espresso) toaster, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, high chair for baby (all for young children).

Un superbe sejour

Une propriétaire super sympa discrète et à l’écoute. Maison très propre moderne avec tout le confort. Bien située pour les balades proche de Calvi… bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un grand merci à Carla 😍

viva corsica

Maison de vacances au top , on se croirait à la maison !!! , très propre , bien située et dans un endroit calme avec un beau jardin super accueil de la propriétaire qui est au petit soin je recommande vivement cette location, de plus les chiens sont les bienvenus et peuvent faire de belles ballades trés bon séjour

Très bien situé très agréable maison

Le seul petit point à relever est que les. Galbées du haut ne sont pas agréables Pas de fenêtre et on ne tient pas debout .. mais cela n a pas altéré notre séjour Maison très agréable et très bien équipée Propriétaire très chaleureuse

Superbe séjour en famille

Un séjour au top, nous étions 5 adultes et un enfant de 7 ans. Le logement est spacieux, agréable et comprend tout le nécessaire. Nous avons eu de la chance pour cette semaine d’octobre avec la météo, et avons profité du jardin ensoleillé pour faire des barbecues. Salle de jeu pour enfant appréciée par ma fille. Attention les grands, les chambres au premier sont mansardées mais pas important car on y dort seulement. En Corse, on est tout le temps dehors ;-) Logement central, proche de Calvi et de Calenzana, entre mer et montagne. La propriétaire Carla est très sympa, à l’écoute et disponible. En résumé, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille. À bientôt Famille VASSORT

Chouette maison, bien située

Maison bien située à 10 min de la plage de Calvi, parking juste devant la maison. Pas d’embouteillage, un Spar à 5 minutes. Maison très bien équipée, jardinet agréable, au calme ! Juste une attention pour la 3e chambre: pas d’air co et la lucarne s’ouvre sur les sorties des 2 autres airco. Du coup, chambre inexploitable en été. Les enfants ont partagés le même lit, ils étaient un peu déçus mais contents d’être au frais ;) A part ça, très bon séjour.

Très bon séjour

Un très bon séjour chez Carla. La location est très bien située et très calme. Très bien équipée elle offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Les repas sur la terrasse sont très agréables ainsi que les transats !!! Je recommande cette location.

Séjour agréable

Séjour agréable a calenzana. Nous avons eu le plaisir de vivre dans cette maison 1 semaine. Parfaitement équipée et sécurisée pour les enfants ce qui est un confort. La propriétaire au petit soin, nous recommandons cette location !! Merci encore a Carla pour ce séjour.

Für mich inakzeptabel

Das Haus besitzt keine Zentralheizung (die Angabe in der Beschreibung ist falsch) Internet bzw. WLAN gibt es nur theoretisch, praktisch hat man keinen Empfang. Das Haus ist sauber und ruhig gelegen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die „Wohnküche“, ein Schlafzimmer und das Bad. Im Obergeschoss sind zwei weitere Schlafzimmer und eine „Spielecke“ zu finden. Man betritt das Haus über einen großen Raum, was gleichzeitig Küche und Wohn-/Esszimmer darstellt. Er gibt keine Garderobe oder Ähnliches, wo man die Sachen aufhängen bzw. ablegen kann. Dieser Raum verfügt über eine Klimaanlage. Das Schlafzimmer ist klein und besitzt keine Klimaanlage. Das Bad verfügt über einen kleinen elektrisch betriebenen Heizkörper. Das Obergeschoss erreicht man über eine recht steile Treppe, Treppengeländer sind nicht vorhanden. Auch Türen fehlen im OG gänzlich. Türöffnungen haben eine Höhe von ca. 1,50 m, also muss man sich immer bücken um einen Raum zu betreten. In den Räumen selber sieht es ähnlich aus. In die „Spielecke“ kann man nur auf den Knien reinrutschen und in der Haltung bleiben, geschätzte Raumhöhe ca. 1,20 m an der Höchsten Stelle. In den Schlafräumen kommt man auf einem relativ schmalen Streifen in den Genuss sich aufrecht zu bewegen (und das nur wenn die Körpergröße 1,70 m nicht übersteigt). Sonst muss man sich auch hier bücken um sich nicht irgendwo den Kopf einzuhauen. Das liegt wohl daran, dass die Dachneigung (geschätzt) bei 20° - 30° liegt und die Drempel nicht ausreichend hoch sind. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Waschtisch und ein WC aber kein Fenster und keine Lüftung, dafür gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Fenster, aber keine Klimaanlage. Das alles für mich unakzeptabel, aber jeder muss es selber wissen.

Séjour vraiment TRES agréable !

Notre séjour s'est super bien déroulé. L'accueil chaleureux, merci pour la bouteille d'eau au frais et le paquet de biscuits (un délice !). Nous nous sommes sentis "chez nous", l'endroit est au calme sans être isolé. La maison est bien aménagée, très propre, le linge sent super bon, la clim très appréciable (surtout à l'étage !). Le couple de propriétaires est vraiment top au niveau gentillesse et a fait de ce séjour une parenthèse magique. MERCI !!!

Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire vraiment sympathique

Séjour du 29/04/2017 au 06/05/2017 Cadre agréable, calme, maison très bien équipée, Située à 10min de Calvi. Alentours de la maison entièrement clôturés,idéal pour enfants ou chien. Propriétaire chaleureuse et sympathique, disponible mais discrète. Location vivement recommandée. Merci et à une prochaine avec plaisir. Meilleures salutations
