This McCall cabin is great for a family or group of friends wanting to get away from the city and take in the fresh mountain air. The open floor plan ensures everyone can be together as a meal is cooked in the updated kitchen while a fire roars in the hearth. Head upstairs to have a Ping-Pong tournament in the game room or enjoy a relaxing bath in the jetted tub. There is a firepit outside that invites everyone to come out and roast marshmallows while having great conversations under the stars.

What's nearby:
This cabin is just two blocks away from Ponderosa State Park, Davis Beach, and the McCall Golf Club. Walking just a little further brings you into the heart of downtown McCall, full of breweries, shops, sports rentals, and other activities. To enjoy classic water activities on Payette Lake in the summer, drive less than two miles south to Mile High Marina. The surrounding mountains provide excellent trails for hiking and biking, as well.

Nice home close to Payette Lake

We stayed for 4 nights at this home located a short distance from Payette Lake. We rode our bikes to the beach and on the bike paths in Ponderosa Park. The home is well stocked and we found everything to be in working order. There is no air conditioner and it was quite warm (90 degrees) during our stay. We slept with the windows open and cooled off enough to sleep comfortably. There are lots of games provided and we played them on the picnic table on the front deck. Lots of deer coming and going to keep us entertained. We only used the fire pit once because it was so hot but it was nice. There are only 2 lawn chairs but we had brought our own so it didn't matter. If you are going to the beach you should bring your own lawn chairs and beach toys. It's a great vacation home. We would recommend it for a pleasant get away.

One of the best

Of the several properties we have stayed, this is among the very best. It was clean, well maintained, well stocked, and was as advertised. As for communication with the property manager, they did not respond to the one question we asked about the property even though they sent us a text message instructing us to contact them if we had any. As for the neighborhood, one of the neighbors were a challenge one night as they were out in their backyard talking loudly enough to wake us several times until at least 3 a.m. If available, we would rent this house again on future trips and recommend it to others.
