About this property

True ski in/ski out at our lovely 2 bedroom and den - three level townhouse. Located in the sought after Trappers Landing. A short ski down to Mt Morrisey and even closer to the orient. This unit features 2.5 bath, washer/dryer, 2 TVs, DVD player, complimentary Wifi, gas fireplace, private garage and a hot tub conveniently located off the generously sized kitchen. The den has a queen bed and a bunk bed. Can sleep a maximum of 10 people with 1500 sq feet of space.

This space is mostly for personal use and we only rent it out a few times a year so it is very well equipped. Please provide at least 5 days advanced notice prior to a booking request so we can ensure the place is spotless and our personal items are removed.

Great accommodations and of course Sun Peaks and the skiing did not disappoint !

Good location, friendly contact

We spent one week in the house. The location is great to use the orient and morrissey lift. For our daughter we used the car to the center as she had ski course at 9am. The bedrooms were clean, the one in the basement may need a bit more light as does the one on the first floor and the family is already on to it which is great. The fact that basis staples were on site was useful as well as well the instruction manuals to use the kitchen appliances ( as European we need a bit of help:). In summary a great place to stay.

Good lodging at Sun Peaks

Great place, about a 10 minute walk to the village. We had vehicles but the walk was not bad so we rarely used them. Thanks for having us!

Seamless stay. We are Kamloops locals and have stayed at a few places on the hill. This experience did not disappoint. Location is just a quick walk to the village. Nothing better than ski in and ski out. We had two family’s of 5 (4 adults and 6 kids) and there was plenty of space. Left just in time for the cold vortex. Would be happy to recommend.

Great ski in/ ski out

This was a good place to stay for ski in/ ski out. The main area and kitchen are spacious. View of the mountain from the master bedroom is lovely. Owner was very responsive to all inquiries.

Wonderful stay at Sun Peaks

This is a great condo, well equipped kitchen, cozy living room and three spacious bedrooms. The radiant floors and the hot tub were a wonderful bonus after a day of skiing. Close access to the Orient and Morrissey lifts right from the back door. The unit had everything we could ask for and was in great condition. Very easy to follow the great description from the host. Highly recommend staying here if you can find an opening.

Really nice place, walking distance to the village and only a hop skip and a jump to the new lift.

The property was very clean, and well stocked with all the essentials. It's in a great location! Close to lifts, the village, and having a garage was great. The hot tub is another quality perk after a long day on the hill.

We are a family of four living in near by Kamloops. We bought this property after falling in love with the village and the hill. We rent during the times that we can't make it to the hill. We are an active family into skiing, boarding and cross country skiing. We hope you to share the sun peaks experience with you.

Why they chose this property

Trappers Landing is a great location. The village is a only an 8 minutes walk away and the ski lifts are only 2 minutes from our door (and that includes the time it take to put on skis). YOu can also cross country ski from our backyard. The valley trail is also right behind our unit.
