Studio 3 places 24m2 in secure residence (code for entrance door and parking barrier) located on the 3rd floor with elevator. 7m2 terrace equipped with a table with 6 chairs and two deckchairs.
Located in the center of the port of Hyères near all shops, 200m from the beach. 5 minutes by car from the airport. 5 minutes from the Magic World amusement park. Plage de l'Almanarre world site for windsurfing and kitesurfing located 10 minutes by car. Departure for the islands of Hyères (Le Levant and Port-Cros) 2 minutes walk from the port. Departure for the island of Porquerolles 10 minutes by car or shuttle (Tour Fondue).
The Sunday market on the port is 50m away.
Possibility to rent 4 days or more. Contact the owner.
Equipment: TV, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and Nespresso machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Reversible climate control. Household products provided.
Storage.
Rental with sheets, bath mat, hand towels (one large and one small per person), and tea towels.
Private parking available at the price of 2 euros per day.
