Nestled in the typical village of Hastière, not far from Dinant, family home feet in water, on the banks of the Meuse, in front of the most beautiful rocky massif of Belgium.

The property consists of a large garden of 20 acres with direct access to the Meuse and Ravel2 for beautiful walks by bike, walking, mountain biking ... for the discovery of a beautiful region. Lovers of fishing, kayaking, boat will be delighted to spend a stay with us. Several fishing pontoons are accessible and boat launch a few meters from the house.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 160cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 160 beds) a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and sink; living room / dining room / kitchen with views of the river Meuse.

Divers are close to 5 spots of scuba diving; La Rochefontaine quarry, Villers-les-deux church quarry, Vodellée quarry, Vodecée quarry, the Plate Taille with the Eau d'Heure lakes.

A large selection of shopping centers in Dinant with JBC, C & A, Colruyt, Aldi, Krêfel, Carrefour Market, Casa, Blokker, .... Mrs Bricolage or Givet Shopping Center (France - 15 minutes drive) with Kiabi, Intermarché, Mc Donalds, ....

Home away from home

Wunderbares Haus für eine große Gruppe samt Hunden. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem großen, komplett umzäunten Grundstück. Die Umgebung ist toll und lädt zu Ausflügen ein. Die Küche ist großartig ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin stets freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier wirklich genießen können mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Maas.

Lovely stay in a pleasant house!

We had a lovely holiday with our family in the house. Everything is available, pleasant to have two bathrooms and a very well equiped kitchen for a big group and all the space in and around the house. The neighborhood has everything one needs to be entertained. We plan to return!

Sfeervol huis

Heerlijk genoten van een weekje Ardennen in dit geweldige huis. Goede bedden en ruime badkamer met lekkere douche. Er zit een grote tuin om het huis met een lekkere warme buitenhaard waar we van hebben kunnen genieten. In de buurt zijn er veel mogelijkheden om te bezichtigen zoals de Citadel in Dinant.

Fijn vakantiehuis met heerlijke grote tuin

Mooie grote woning die van alle gemakken is voorzien, goed om met 2 gezinnen te verblijven. De Maas voor de deur is ook fijn, zowel om in te zwemmen als om te kanoën. 2e toilet is ook aanwezig ook al staat dit niet vermeld in de omschrijving. Iets meer ophangmogelijkheden voor de handdoeken zou fijn zijn en in verschillende kleuren zodat je kan onthouden welke handdoek van wie is. Goede Wi-Fi, hele grote tv, was fijn voor onze tieners als ze een filmpje wilden kijken. Genoeg dingen te beleven in de omgeving. Goed en makkelijk contact met de verhuurder. We komen graag nog eens terug

Prachtig verblijf aan de Maas

We hebben 4 dagen in het huis verbleven. Het was prachtig weer en we hebben veel tijd in de grote tuin doorgebracht. Het huis is compleet ingericht, maar de keuken verdient een opknapbeurt.

Een heerlijke ruime woning met grote omheinde tuin en drie slaapkamers in een prachtige omgeving.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad in Hastière met onze voeten in het water van de Maas. Het was te fris om daadwerkelijk van het water te genieten, maar we hebben fijn met de kinderen in de tuin kunnen spelen en van de mooie omgeving kunnen genieten, met genoeg wandelingen en het gezellige centrum van Dinant met haar Citadel op steenworp afstand. Er zijn genoeg activiteiten te ondernemen in de omgeving zoals fietsen langs de Maas, abdijbezoek, grotten enzovoorts. Het huis was comfortabel met een grote bank, een gezellige houtkachel, drie slaapkamers en een mooie badkamer. De keuken is ietwat gedateerd en vraagt in de toekomst wellicht wat onderhoud, maar we hebben prima kunnen koken. Fijn is ook dat er al een bepaalde basis aanwezig is qua kruiden, olie en azijn, afwasmiddel, blokjes voor de vaatwasser en dergelijke. Zelf even aanvullen wat je opmaakt zodat degenen na jou daar ook weer van kunnen profiteren. Supermarkten zijn op rij-afstand en we zijn absoluut fan geworden van de heerlijke bakker/patisserie op loopafstand.

Schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen, direkt am Fluß mit toller Aussicht. Der tolle große Garten, der komplett verschlossen ist, war auch für unsere Hunde einfach toll. Das Haus ist gemütlich, zweckmäßig und mit Liebe eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Hastiere selbst ist ein schönes kleines Dorf, in dem man aber alles findet, was man zum Leben braucht. Es gibt viele Dinge, die man unternehmen und besichtigen kann in der näheren Umgebung. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in Frankreich oder Dinant, wo man wunderbar shoppen kann. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und kommen das nächste Jahr wieder.

Schöne Zeit

Das Grundstück liegt sehr schon an der Maas ud ist sehr groß. Im Ferienhaus selbst war alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Jederzeit wieder!

Leuk, ruime woning met een prima ligging!

We huurden deze woning met 8 personen (4 volwassenen, 4 kinderen). Deze woning is zeer ruim, met zicht op de maas en heeft ook een ruime tuin. Alle kamers zijn goed voorzien en de badkamer lijkt heel keurig en recent gerenoveerd. De eigenares is zeer vriendelijk en antwoord vlot op eventuele vragen die je zou hebben. Er is een zeer goede bakker op wandelafstand en dinant is een 5-10 minuten rijden. Verder is het de ideale uitvalplaats om uitstappen te doen zoals de grotten van Han, met bijhorend dierenpark. Het enige minpuntje aan deze woning vonden we het gebrek aan isolatie tussen de verdieping, de houten vloer op de 1e verdieping geeft vij veel geluid door. Verder is de keuken op zich zeker heel goed voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt, maar is ze naar onze mening wel aan vernieuwing toe. We hebben zeker genoten van ons verblijf en prijs/kwaliteit zit deze woning zeker vrij goed!

Heerlijk huis met enorm veel ruimte er om heen.

Badkamer is nieuw, bedden zijn uitstekend, keuken heeft wel een opknapbeurt nodig. Verder geen op of aanmerkingen wat betreft het huis. Had gehoopt iets meer vis te kunnen vangen in de maas. Is super om voor de deur te kunnen vissen.

Uitstekend weekendverblijf

Mooie, ruime tuin met gezellig terras. Aangename woning met voldoende accomodaties. Voor langer verblijf wellicht nogal weinig leg-mogelijkheden voor kledij, wel veel kapstokken. Grote koelkast (zeer positief). Direct gelegen aan de Maas en nabij wandelpad. Rustige ligging, bakker op slechts enkele honderden meters.

Geweldig vakantiehuis.

Wij zijn vanaf 1 maart t/m 5 maart 2017 in het huis geweest.We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de trotse huiseigenaren (Angelique en partner). Je voelde je direct thuis. Mooi uitzicht op de rivier de Maas. De bedden slapen heerlijk (ook voor langen mensen). Een mooi gerenoveerde inloopdouche, waarvan wij de eerste gebruikers zijn geweest. Voor de openhaard (cq kachel) kun je een grote mand hout kopen. De tuin is geheel goed afgezet waardoor onze hond ook heerlijk vrij heeft kunnen rondlopen. Vanuit het huis kun je langs de Maas naar het bos wandelen. Er zijn genoeg uitstapjes in de omgeving te maken. Wij hebben genoten van de rust en uitzicht. Dit adres houden wij in ons achterhoofd om nog eens terug te gaan. Angelique, bedankt en veel succes met het verder opbouwen van jullie droomhuis.
