Family friendly, steps away from the Convention Ctr, Fox St park and the beach!!

Beautifully Decorated Top Floor Condo located steps away from Fox Street Park, Beach, Boardwalk, and Convention Center, easily accommodates TWO families. Open floor plan, with spacious living area, high top dining table for 8, and breakfast bar for 5. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen with stove top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of living space, electric fireplace, large laundry/storage room with full size washer and dryer, and spacious private deck. TV with Surround Sound in living area.

-Main bedroom has King size bed with single pullout bed, full bath with standing shower
-Second bedroom has Queen Bed with spacious closet.
-Third Bedroom has Bunk Beds with full size mattresses and twin size trundle.
-The living room has a comfortable queen size sofa bed.

Two car garage, parking pad for third car.

We welcome you to come make memories in our comfortable home. Please note you must be 25 to rent, this a family oriented unit. Bookings in July and August require a minimum of 6 nights.
Our condo does include 6 beach chairs, a cooler on wheels, a beach umbrella, a beach cart, sand toys, 2 boogie boards, 2 crab traps beach blanket and at least 2 bicycles all for your enjoyment .
Sheets and bath towels are NOT provided.

Sister's Getaway

Very nice place

This condo fit my family of four very well. Everyone had their own room which was really nice! The common areas were also nice and big with a open floor plan. The only feedback that I can give is to update the location to be more accurate. From the listing map view, it is shown inaccurately; not by much so it wasn’t an inconvenience for us. Other than that, it was a great experience for us! We would definitely stay again.

End of August vacation

Kathleen’s place felt a lot bigger than the pictures and it was very clean. We had a little trouble checking in because we didn’t quite know how to work the code on the door but once we got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing. The room with the Queen bed was big enough to fit a pack and play for our son. The house was stocked with games for kids (operation, uno, puzzles etc). The house is one block from the perfect park and walking distance to Mudhen. We wish the outdoor shower worked but, there is a hose to wash off your feet. We liked the security of having a garage to park your car in and have the ability to keep the stroller securely in there. We had to leave early due to circumstances out of owners control (power outage) but we still had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Great location

The property as in a great location. Having the park one block away and the boardwalk two blocks was wonderful. There was also a bunch of restaurants in walking distance that were yummy! Didn’t have to get in the car at all.

Great getaway!!

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO, the home is spacious, lovely and centrally located. Kathleen was responsive and a gracious host, plenty of parking and beautifully decorated. We will come back again for our weekends away!!

We loved our stay. The Condo was very nice and spacious. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was so nice to have such a wonderful place to go back to after a long day on the beach and boardwalk. We would stay again!!!

Very convenient

While the property is not located where the map tells you it is, it’s a very good location, 2 blocks inland from the convention center. We literally did not move our car for a week, ate all dinners at home, and the kids could walk to the boardwalk on their own.

Great place for families with kids!

A hidden gem by the shore! Walking distance to everything, this condo had it all. It was perfect for our group of two kids and four adults, with just the right amount of space. We loved the added bonus of a garage for both cars. Kathy, our friendly and responsive host, made our stay even better. Plus, the quiet street was an added bonus. Can't wait to come back again!

Family Meet Up

Great condo. 8 minute walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed the large table to play games on. Had everything we needed. Remember to bring your own sheets and towels.

Weekend getaway

The rental was better than expected. It was overall clean and stocked with items a family would need. The rooms were very spacious. We had a crowd of family and friends ranging from adults, teens and big kids; it was the perfect size for all of us.

Fabulous Find

My family was so happy with this unit. It had all the comforts of being home, with excellent access to the boardwalk and beach. Being right on the corner of Pacific Ave allowed for some local shopping and the convience of the Antique Car Show. I highly recommend this rental and give it a five star rating.

Location is perfect, plenty of space. Cleaning a bit lacking upon arrival - some dry noodles on the kitchen counter and chips under the coffee table in the living room. Everything else was clean.

Overall, a great place to stay. The location is amazing and the condo is a great size (our group of 8 never felt tight). The balcony is amazing. Television had great access to channels. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus. We would definitely stay again.

We had a perfect vacation. Condo was big enough for the 7 of us, 4 adultes and 3 teens. It had everything we needed. Bed in guest room could need a change but all other beds are comfy. Communication with Kathy was quick and clear. Thanks

Stunning property

Great week in Wildwood

Had a wonderful time this week while we were down my son's dance competition. The location was excellent for access to the convention center, boardwalk and the beach. Having 3 parking spaces was very helpful as well. The external shower was not working but the owner was quick to let us know about hose inside garage. Overall a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anyone else doing something at the convention center.

Spectacular and Spacious Condo!

The pictures don't do justice to this wonderful condo. When I walked in, it smelled fresh and clean. It was spotless and the kitchen was well-stocked. The bedrooms were also spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and sweet smelling as well. The deck was great...we relaxed a lot out there and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Also, being on the top floor was great since there was no overhead noise. The greatest of conveniences was the garage parking. When we arrived it was raining so unpacking in a dry garage was nice. Having guaranteed parking was a big relief. There was also a shower rinse by the garage to get all of the sand off (not everyone knows that you should rinse sand off before tracking it into the shower since it is bad for pipes). The owner was very responsive to any questions as well. I highly recommend this place and would stay again for sure!
