#201 is a second floor unit with 3 ensuite bedrooms offering a king bed, a split king bed, and two twin beds. All bathrooms have upgraded features as well as the kitchen. There is a dining area for 6 and plenty of seating in the living room. Outside there is a wraparound balcony with beautiful mountain views.

Just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Walking distance to downtown, and on the free bus route. We are just three blocks from Aspen Gondola!

Lift one also has a wonderful nice pool and a fabulous hot tub. For your grilling pleasure we have a great grill for Barbecuing by the pool!
