Lift One - Stylish three-bedroom with back door patio

3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (1 king, 2 split kings)
#206 is a second floor unit with 3 ensuite bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedrooms feature split kings. The kitchen and bathroom have been upgraded with attractive tile and granite. The dining area provides seating for 6 guests. The living room offers plenty of seating and there is a nice patio outside the living area.

From this 3 BR family vacation rental walk to Aspen lifts, dining and shopping! Our Aspen Condominium vacation rentals are located in the heart of town! Just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Walking distance to downtown, and on the free bus route. We are just three blocks from Aspen Gondola!
We offer a range of condominium rentals to suit family groups and parties of different sizes. You will appreciate having all the comforts of home as you snuggle up by your wood-burning fireplace. All of our vacation rentals have fully equipped kitchens, private balconies or patios and are provided with daily housekeeping, free wireless internet, HD digital cable and sound systems. Lift One has a warm and welcoming lobby with two guest computers, laundry facilities and a refurbished ski locker room with spacious lockers and boot dryers. Lift one also has a wonderful nice pool and a fabulous hot tub. For your grilling pleasure we have a great grill for Barbecuing by the pool!

Great Location / Friendly Staff

We were a group of colleagues who enjoyed staying at this property during F&W. The three ensuites make it perfect for sharing with co-workers. The location is perfect to access everything in town. The bonus was the daily housekeeping services which weren't expected but much appreciated.

Reunion with Aspen

After a near year hiatus we were excited to return to Aspen area for several days. The weather was beautiful as expected and we even enjoyed the first early overnight 6 inch blanket of snow in town and up to 12-18 inches in higher elevations which made our hike to Crater Lake a much more challenging day adventure. Of course, evenings dinners and visits to new bars were even better than we remembered. Our accommodation at Lift One was perfectly located for our needs and within walking distance for any downtown location. Our short trip was amazing in everyway; of course, we did not want to leave because there was so much more we could have done!

Amazing condo, perfect location!

The condo couldn't have been better situated for our job at the St. Regis Hotel. Great restaurants in easy walking distance, and the weather was lovely. Already recommended to friends!

Great Spot and Amazing Location!

Well appointed, large bedrooms and baths. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the ability to open the door out onto the porch area. Quiet location but near to everything we needed. Walkable neighborhood.
