Hot Tub Renovation Project Tentative Schedule: The anticipated Start date is April 29th, 2024.
Project work hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday.
It will be noisy and dusty during demolition.
(The hot tub project will be ongoing throughout the spring, summer, and fall with an anticipated completion date late in the fall.)

This studio condo features accommodations for four. The is a king bed and a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. After a day on the mountain relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching cable TV. Step out on your private deck to take in the fresh air. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, small fridge, built in microwave, small cook-top, and is fully equipped with whatever you might need to make dinner for an evening in. The spacious bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity.

Perfectly situated within Founders Point, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex, this property offers an amenity rich base experience. There is nothing better after a long day on the slope /trails than relaxing on the roof deck which features a pool-sized hot tub, gas grills, outdoor fireplace, and free Wi-Fi.
Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

HOT TUB HOURS for Ski season 2023/2024
8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Wonderful quick getaway

Easy check in process. Was sent the codes a few days before arrival. Clean. Short walk (5-10 mins ish) to the gondolas. They had a ski locker (winter park also had a ski “locker” if you rented skis at the base of the mountain which was nice not to have to carry across the resort. Shower water pressure was good, shower head was nice. Hot tub was RIGHT outside our door.

Great Amenities, Cleanliness Was Lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was well appointed with an abundance of hooks for hanging and drawers for storage. It was a nice change to have a rental that provided adequate options for organization and drying of towels, etc. The kitchen was small, but very functional and supplied with everything you could need.Cleanliness was lacking. There were human hairs in drawers and there was gathered dust and human hairs on the upper-right corner of the bed. Also, there was dust/dirt gathered in the corner of the bathroom against the tub, along with a used nose strip and a rubber band used for hair or braces. The headboard was dusty, which I can look past, but the hairs in drawers and on the bed, along with dust piles on the freshly made bed is not okay.In addition, it was somehow missed that the supplemental chain lock was broken and missing a piece.I called down to management the night that we checked in, and they had someone change the sheets and fix the lock the next day...thank you.The check-out experience was reasonable and easy. There was an abundance of towels, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Overall this was a great rental, and the location was ideal. Please ensure that whomever is responsible for housekeeping it looking over the rooms until cleanliness improves. There should never be hairs in drawers, on beds, dust bunnies on beds, and used items on the floor, along with enough dust to vacuum in the corner of the bathroom.

Fix the hot tub!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can overlook the pealing paint but not the fact that maybe two of the jets were functioning! Sittings in a hot tub of water with strangers is worth it if you can sit in front of a messaging jet! But sitting in a tub of still hot water with strangers is ridiculous!

Location, location, location

You simply can’t beat the short walk to the lifts and the village. If you take advantage of the parking option too, it makes this condo a 10/10 for ease of use. Bonus points for the high quality shower head.

Clean unit in upscale Founders Pointe. Walk-out access to the shared outdoor patio, with hot tub and grills! And fully enclosed, heated parking garage (additional fee applies).

Near the slopes condo

Very nice property, close to the resort (not ski-in, ski-out, but a short walk and there are wagons available from the resort to move gear. This unit opens onto the hot tub deck which is a huge bonus. Grills are also available. It's a bus ride to non resort dining options, and many other amenities. We took the train up from Denver, which is great, but isolating from the rest of Fraser. Kitchenette was great, condo was clean, and the building is nice. Will come again for sure.

Such a gem!

Charlotte was a great host! She was quick to respond and take care of anything we needed. Our condo back door opened to the hot pool which was such a blessing to enjoy as it snowed and after a day of boarding! The space was clean, had everything we needed, and was really cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace immensely! We truly enjoyed being right there at the heart of winter park resort. I could grab the bus out front and go into Fraser & Winter Park while my husband snow boarded. We enjoyed being able to enjoy the resort restaurants that were literally a 2-3 minute walk out the door. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Ski in/Ski Out Studio

This property is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the main gondola. The huge hot tub is steps away outside the back door which was convenient but not loud when inside. Definitely recommend for a weekend in winter park.

Short term winter vacation

My wife and I enjoyed some beautiful early season skidays in Winter Park. The condo we rented was exactly what we needed. Quiet and centrally located to walk to the gondola. The only negative, which has nothing to do with the condo, is the company that hanles the garage. We prepaid the garage for our stay but had to call help everytime we wanted to enter or exit. I hope they fix it until we come next time.

Great getaway location

We stayed at Charlotte’s place and had the best experience imaginable. The apartment is located next to the base of a mountain, and we walked there every single day because it was so close. There is a communal patio terrace with a hot tub and grill where you get to sit and watch the sunset. The WiFi is strong (we measured 100mbps), so I was able to do a couple of Zoom calls without any issues. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. You can walk right out of the back door and be right on the communal patio. The apartment is located on a quiet side street, but it’s possible to walk to the center of resort with shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes. The only thing that could be improved is providing a map of the surrounding areas and maybe some recommendations on things to do.

Pleasant Winter Park condo

Very cute and comfortable, well stocked for all needs. Communication with property manager was stellar, there was a modification to our trip a couple weeks beforehand, and they were very responsive and accomodating.
