Absolutely love this property

This is our second visit, the contact with the owner and the person representing them locally is second to none. The villa is in a very peaceful location but less than 5 minutes from all the amenities, so perfect position. It is spotlessly clean with everything you need, and we certainly hope to be back soon.

This was my 2nd stay in this beautiful house and I really enjoyed that again. Everything is clean and everything you need is there. The service from Madam M. is great. Did not have a car- no problem- restaurants, supermarket, marina and beach close by.

Lovely little villa

We spent 8 days in late October in this lovely little villa. It has everything you could need in a great location. The mini supermarket is 2 mins away and the beautiful harbour just a few steps further. The main areas of Playa Blanca are a 20 min walk along the seafront promenade. We hired a car and each morning drove to the path towards Playa Papagayo then walked to Playa Mujeres. It was simply beautiful swimming in the clear waters. We can highly recommend this property. NB if you like using air conditioning collect some 1€ coins as it runs on a meter, 1€ = 4 hours.

Excellent Villa

Enjoyed our stay, great location it is 1 minute walk to supermarket, 10 minute walk to the marina and 20 minute walk to Playa Blanca, I don’t think there is a better location with a superb host.the photos don’t do the villa any justice. It has everything you need for a lovely holiday. If you have any issues there is a lovely lady who is available to contact when at the villa. I hope to return and will return to the same villa if I return to Playa Blanca.

We had an amazing week in this Villa, it is set up with everything you need for a true home from home experience. The pool was an added bonus. Raquel was an excellent manager, always available via message to deal with any issues. Would recommend

We have stayed here twice now and have booked again for 2024 . It suits us perfectly although it doesn’t have the views it’s a couple of minutes from the marina restaurants bars supermarket and shops and a 15 minute walk to the Playa Blanca town . It’s comfortable with enough outside space for 4 adults and nice seating area looking forward to our next stay already ,

Fabulous villa, would highly recommend.

This was our first villa holiday and it didn't disappoint. The villa was fantastic, brilliant location only 2 minutes from the supermarket and a fabulous little patisserie that did amazing goodies and 2 minutes from the wonderful Rubicon Marina which has so many fabulous restaurants and bars to choose from you really are spoilt for choice. Playa Blanca is a steady 30 minutes walk along the promenade and is more of a bustling resort than where the villa is situated. The villa itself was so well equipped for the self catering holiday, they literally have thought of everything. The property manager was wonderful, easy to contact and she replied very promptly to any issues or questions we had. The pool was fantastic just heated enough to take the chill out of the water but cool enough to cool down after laying in the sun. Plenty of outside space and seating and a sun canopy that was a god send to provide much a needed shaded area. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this villa and we will definitely be returning.

Just back from a one week stay at this villa. Just like all the other great reviews, the villa is spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped and its very much a home from home. Outside is fantastic, comfy sunbeds (not the ones in the photos), comfy seating area great for teatime beers and a good size dining table. The pool was lovely and warm. Location is great, less than a minute to the supermarket, under 5 mins to the marina and 15/20 mins to Playa Blanca Town. Would definitely return!!

Ich habe in diesem schönen Haus einen Ort gefunden, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Alles war da, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt nah am Supermarkt, Jachthafen, Cafes und Restaurants. Man braucht kein Auto. Ich habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Lovely property, well located

We’ve just returned from a week staying at this property. Communication with the owners ahead of our trip was great- quick responses, answered our questions etc. Communication with the ‘on site’ manager was also great. The property itself is very well located in the marina rubicon- very short walk to the supermarket/ cafes/ restaurants and a c15 min walk along the seafront promenade into the centre of playa Blanca. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped - and also surprisingly quiet given its location! All in all, we’d happily stay here again. Thank you!

Le descriptif des lieux est conforme, la villa bien équipée et meublée. La localisation est très pratique. Playa Blanca est une station agréable avec un vent plus faible que dans le reste de l’île. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Fun times

Lovely villa in a perfect location near to rubicon marina and plentiful eating places which we love. 3 minutes to the marina and 15 mins stroll to Playa Blanca town . The villa was comfortable and location quiet away from the main paths so no sea view etc as it is tucked away . Local supermarket is 100 yards away and also next to that is a yummy coffee shop with cakes and fresh rolls etc ideal to take back to the villa . Plenty of room and seating outside with a nice small pool everything you need inside . Our only suggestion would be cushions for the loungers which would make a big difference for comfort otherwise there was plenty of comfy cushions on all the seating . We have already booked for next year and looking forward to it x

Agreable maison avec piscine

Cette maison , laquelle correspond à la description, est agréable et la cuisine est très bien équipée. La suite parentale comporte une vaste salle d’eau et la literie est confortable. La terrasse est orientée Ouest donc ensoleillée l’après-midi . En soirée, pas de possibilité d’ombre, en raison du soleil couchant. La piscine est agréable, mais la limitation de la température de l’eau serait bienvenue (32C). La relation avec la propriétaire était très cordiale, que ce soit par téléphone ou la messagerie d’Abritel. La relation fut également très fluide avec la commerciale immobilière avant notre arrivée, par téléphone ou WhatsApp, elle parle bien le Français. La localisation permet d’être en retrait du bruit de la Marina, malgré la faible distance. A 900 mètres de la maison en direction des plages de Papagayo, à Calle San Sebastian, le supermarché Hiperdimo est mieux achalandé que celui du centre commercial Rubicon. Dans le secteur du port de Playa Blanca, excellente poissonnerie Cofradia de Pescadores avec aussi un restaurant. De même une boucherie Carniceria DAK. Dans la partie Sud de l’île, les endroits les plus extra-ordinaires sont la région vinicole,le parc des volcans Timanfaya, la Fondation César Manrique et le village de Teguise. Un agreable séjour du 30 juin au 6 juillet.

Marina Rubicon

This property is exactly as described, on flat ground, near to local shops, bars, restaurants and transport links. Perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The local eateries and bars where all very nice and although we expected high end pricing due to what looks like a well positioned high end marina, we were pleasantly suprised by good value and high quality. Thank you Florence for your genuine villa listing and a great holiday base.
