This perfectly located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect Breckenridge retreat for families or groups of up to six people. The living area has comfortable furniture and a large flat-screen TV that’s perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite flick after a long day exploring Breckenridge. The attached deck has great mountain views as well and overlooks the Village shopping plaza.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up a mountain meal to keep the troops fed before you hit the slopes or the trails, with a dining table with room for six. The condo also boasts a master suite complete with king bed and private attached bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and tile walk-in shower. There’s even an in-unit washer and dryer!

Perfect location

Better than described. Location couldn’t have been better. Steps to the lift, steps to Main Street, easy check in process, clean condo, kitchen fully equipped, multiple hot tubs that all worked great!. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location and amenities

Property is well located a short walk away from Quicksilver lift, as well as downtown Breckenridge. Hot tubs, pool and ski valet were also a short walk away and easy to use. Due to the great location with everything so close, I was worried about noise, but the unit was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Breck Ski Trip

Great location. Very close to lift and ski valet is a plus. Also really enjoyed the hot tubs although one of then needed some repairs. Will definitely come back again.

Amazing Location!

Within minutes you can walk to the best restaurants, and you’re only about a 15 minute walk from the Isak Heartstone troll hike! The unit was very clean (with the exception of some normal wear and tear) and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet for being in a bustling part of town and for the building being quite full. Everyone slept great!

Great location to find all the fun Breck can offer, park the car and leave it. Walk to the mountains, town, restaurants, shops. Need to rent gear, it's right in the building to make life easier. Unit is in good shape overall and wifi is great if you need it

Amazing Location

Great location and nice amenities. This place was very close to being amazing but the details were lacking. For example, the cable on the TV in the living room is crazy fuzzy because it's running through a coax cable. The items in the kitchen were also sparse. There were no items for grilling out and there was barely enough available in the kitchen to cook a full meal. The maintenance of the common area also needs to be increased.

Unfortunate pass next time for me…

Cleanliness of this unit was a major disappointment. Blood droplets on the comforter and pillow shams as well as on a pillowcase, makeup stains as well on other bedding Blankets were all dirty (wish I could provide pictures to VRBO community). Carpeting is dirty/stained (definitely a no, if you have young kids. Obvious partying on porch of decking-was dirty, did not want to even stand on. Went to front desk to report dirty bed linens and this property does not manage this unit so they were of no help. Took over 24 hours for Summit Rentals to reach back out to me; this was after we went out and purchased new blankets for beds. They’re first response was, “Hate to hear this…” Unit is the first directly off the elevator so you can imagine the noise (unaware of this upon description). Unit smells exactly as you’d imagine too. Remotes were missing batteries and battery compartment covers. Dust everywhere. I hate to have to leave this kind of review, but I’ve never experienced a rental this dirty and unkempt. I’ve traveled the world through VRBO and this is my only bad review in years of traveling. I think it’s VERY important to note that this property is not managed exclusively through VRBO, after agreeing to rental (per usual with VRBO) a third party reaches out to you again for all of your credit card information and such. Very sketchy and do not recommend if you enjoy having the ease of a one-stop rental experience that you usually have with VRBO.

Could have been better

Reviewer Comments: Google maps failed in getting to the location. The information provide was not helpful. When we called for assistance nothing helped us find it, We just lucked into it. An elevator was out of service which we were told but if we had known what a hassle it was going to be we might have cancelled. The smoke alarm in the main room was dangling by wires and the handle to the shower just spun around. The one thing we appreciated was the location. It was easy to walk for shopping, restaurants, etc.

Nice place. Not ski in ski out

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Main Street station is a pretty darn good location. Enjoyed the view and being in town and next to the slopes. However it is not ski in ski out and the Ski valet is useless unless you’re staying in main building. From C bldg (same bldg as lululemon) it’s about a 200 yd walk w stairs to the quicksilver lift. Upon check in we could not find the remote controls. But finally did behind pillow which makes me think cleaning people need to do a better job — especially when we found someone else’s shoes under the bed when we were leaving. Otherwise it was clean. Well appointed. And the management was responsive when need humidifiers. We enjoyed the pool but never seemed to have towels and had to go up to the Front desk.
