This conveniently located home is a great getaway in the forest. Downstairs you will find a queen bedroom with beautiful wood frame bed, large closet, and flat screen TV. Across the hall is the downstairs full bathroom with tub. The kitchen has all the necessities, including a Keurig coffee maker [bring your own pods] and bar seating. Adjacent is the dining room with seating for 6. In the living room you will find a large sectional, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace to keep you warm on those chilly Sunriver nights, and central A/C to keep you cool during the warm summer days. The back door leads out to the fully enclosed patio with BBQ and hot tub, a perfect private spot for stargazing.

Upstairs is the loft with a second full bathroom and two sets of queen bunk beds. Several skylights show off serene forest views and let in that gorgeous Sunriver light.

We had a great stay here! My kids really loved the loft area and the foosball table! House was the perfect size for 4 of us! House was clean and in a great location. Kids have asked to stay here again!

Weekend getaway

Was told property was ready, showed up to cleaner still at the house, and another vehicle arriving shortly after. Two woman re entered house and did not leave for over 30 minutes. We eventually made it into the house. Listing was accurate, however the cleaners did not do a good job. Floors were obviously not swept, and counters were not cleaned. Downstairs shower was made for child height. Upstairs shower in the kids loft is normal height. The bikes they offer are bare minimum. They offer a coffee pot and keurig, but no coffee. They have syrup and seasonings, plenty of cookware, even a blender. But no coffee. Bring your own. Towels reek like bleach. Bring your own. Upstairs kids mattresses are more up to date than downstairs master.

Super Cute!

A fabulous place to stay with a group of people. It had all the necessities we needed. The bunk beds are full size so each one can sleep 2 people!

Great location

My son loved the bunk beds up stairs! Hot tub is a little small but clean and warm, bikes very convenient (2 adult bikes). Would stay here again!

Great place to stay with very minor setbacks

Everything for the most part was great at this location. Only downsides were the following: lack of heating source throughout the home (especially in the main downstairs bdrm), bottom of front exterior door has some sort of metal scraping that sounds like nails on a chalkboard every time we opened and closed the door. The Bicycles tire air pressure was low, no pump available onsite to Re-inflate tires. Besides these minor issues, overall a solid place to rent from.

Snowy Globe Fantasy

The property was great and had everything we needed to cook full meals every night. It was really quiet; no noise from neighbors. Hot tub was on point! The village is perfect for getting out of the house but not having to go far. We really enjoyed the whole stay!

Cozy little rental

Great communication from property management. Place was nicer than expected. Probably only downside was showers made for short people not anyone over 6ft. But great water pressure so I made due didn't effect my vacation one bit

We had such a great stay! 3 nights. We rode the bikes during the day, enjoyed the hot tub at night. Only a few minutes from restaurants & museum. Property manager was very helpful & accommodating. Would definitely come back! Loved it!

Met all expectations

I've stayed at a lot of homes in Sunriver over the years. This home was a nice blend of everything you need. The large bunk area with large beds would be great for a larger single family or a couple families comfortable cohabitating with each other. Hot tub is on the smaller side, but met our needs just fine. Very enjoyable stay.

Very Helpful

We had an emergency and had to stay longer. The staff at Bennington was very helpful and found us another unit in Sunriver and gave us an early checkin time so that we could just move our stuff right at check out time.

Quiet Weekend Getaway

This house was absolutely lovely! The property manager made it super simple and easy to check in and let us know how to get ahold of them if we need anything! The house was very clean and cozy! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Sunriver!
