The villa "Les Lauriers" is a charming house of 100 m² located within the grounds of an 18th century castle.

The city is ideally located between Narbonne and its beaches and the city of Carcassonne.
This recent villa is built in the park of the Castle in the middle of a landscaped garden, populated by olive and laurel trees, for nature lovers.
It provides a calm and warm atmosphere to make your stay in Cathar country, an unforgettable moment.
Quality services and careful decoration allow you to relax and let yourself be lulled by the sweetness of living in Cathar country, the time of a dream stay in the South West of France.
You can also enjoy in addition to the private pool of the villa of 3 x 5 m, a common swimming pool of 3 x 25 m with a view of the castle.
The villa is the start of vineyard trails and pleasant walks along the Canal du Midi (pedestrian or mountain bike).
This village has all the amenities and offers various entertainment during the summer.


Description of the villa
This mansion comprises, on the ground floor, a living room bathed in light, opening onto the terrace, offering a view of the garden and the private swimming pool (3-5-1.5m). This carefully landscaped garden has an electric barbecue, deckchairs, garden table and chairs and canisses guaranteeing meals sheltered from the sun.
The living space
The living room consists of a kitchen open to the living room and the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer, 4 induction hobs, extractor, oven & built-in microwave. You will also find small appliances such as a toaster, an electric kettle or a coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a 80 cm flat screen TV. A picture window overlooks the private garden. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning and wifi.
The rooms
All the refined and comfortable rooms invite you to rest and tranquility.
Adjoining the living room, there is the master suite with a double bed 1. 60 - 2 m with bathroom and access to the terrace and private garden.
Upstairs we find a first bedroom with a double bed 1. 60 - 2 m and view of the private pool. The second bedroom has two single beds of 0. 80 - 2 m. A magnificent view overlooks the swimming lane. The upstairs bathroom is shared by the two bedrooms.
A hairdryer is available in each of the bathrooms

Vacances formidables

Maison parfaite pour notre famille avec 2 ados. Très bien décorée et équipée. Située au cœur du village (boulanger, supermarché). Accueil parfait. Les propriétaires sont soucieux du bien-être de leurs hôtes. Seuls petits bémols: le vis-à-vis dont nous n’avons pas du tout souffert (voisins calmes et discrets) mais qui aurait pû être quelque peu gênant. Ainsi que les relations avec l'hôtel dans lequel la maison est intégrée qui ne semblent pas toujours très claires. A recommander néanmoins sans hésiter!

Très belle location
Magnifique villa dans un très beau cadre au calme. Nous avons apprécié l'aménagement intérieur très complet ainsi que le mobilier confortable, villa très propre et décorée avec goût. Très bien située, à proximité des lieux touristiques, proche des commerces (intermarché, boulangerie,...). Nous vous remercions particulièrement pour le livret très détaillé contenant toutes les informations nécessaires pour les visites aux alentours, les restaurants et les caves à vins. A recommander !

superbe villa de vacances
La villa est complète et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances incroyablement reposantes. Toutes les installations de la villa sont de la meilleure qualité. Juste en face de la route est un supermarkert avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour cuisiner. Ou si vous aimez manger au restaurant, il y a d'excellents restaurants sur place.

Superbe villa dans un cadre d'exception
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre Villa à la Redorte. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre, l'aménagement de charme, la literie, l'extérieur privatif au calme et le couloir de nage. La proximité du supermarché est un plus qui permet d'y faire un petit tour le matin à pieds. Tout ceci a été apprécié également par nos adolescents. Si nous retournons dans la région, nous ne manquerons pas de vous solliciter pour bénéficier à nouveau de ce cadre bien reposant.

Une échappée hors du temps... Notre séjour dans la villa "les lauriers" à proximité du château a été en tous points parfait. Logement climatisé et confortable, jardin et piscine privatifs calmes et reposants dans un site magnifique. Très belle décoration de bon goût, tout en harmonie avec le cadre du château. Le lieu est idéal pour visiter la région et se reposer en famille ...

Very good
We spent two marvelous weeks at the villa. Beautiful place, decorated shabbychic, lots of style. Every detail has been thought for and everything is quality. The region is beautiful, along the canal du midi and there is so much to explore. We had a meal at the restaurant of the chateau only once as I would say there is very little choice and it is expensive for what you eat. there are restaurants in La Redorte where you can go to which offer good food with value for money particularly "Riquet". We certainly intend to rent the villa again at some stage La Redorte is a little village with all facilities and only 30 minutes from Carcassonne.

Au moins 4 étoiles. La description de l'annonce correspond tout à fait: villa quasi neuve, très propre, très confortable et dans une belle propriété. Je recommande volontiers pour un séjour entre Carcassonne et Narbonne.

Luxe et calme au soleil du midi
Que demander d'une location de vacances ? Qu'elle soit propre, agréable, spacieuse et au calme ? Tout cela semble le B.A. BA du genre. Mais quand votre loueur vous recontacte quelques jours avant le départ pour vous proposer ses bons plans, quand il vous accueille avec une petite bouteille pour bien démarrer le séjour et qu'il vous a préparé un véritable dossier touristique pour vous distraire, vous comprenez ce que « attentionné » signifie !! Le logement était en tout point conforme à sa description, tous équipements à l’état neuf et toutes facilités à proximité immédiate comme annoncé. Le représentant du loueur était sur place à l’heure dite tant à l’arrivée qu’au départ, et a été très efficace sans être envahissant. Au niveau des activités du village, il existe un cycle de « jeudi animé » dont le clou se déroulait dans la cour du château lors de notre visite (dernière semaine d’août), ce qui était très chouette. Je recommencerai ce logement à mes connaissances sans aucun doute.

Excellent séjour!
Superbe endroit avec beaucoup de cachet, très calme et reposant. La villa est spacieuse et présente toutes les commodités. La situation est parfaite: au centre d'un petit village, à proximité de différents commerces, du canal du midi et de divers restaurants. C'est un point de départ idéal pour de nombreuses visites très variées (Carcassonne, les villages de Minerve, Lagrasse,...); de quoi satisfaire toute une famille! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour. Adresse à retenir!

Lovely Villa Les Lauriers
We have just returned from a lovely stay at this villa. The villa was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean and with all that you need for your stay. The pool and terrace areas were great places to relax and eat. The pool is no large but we successfully played couples water volleyball with no problems. Good wifi and much needed air conditioning. Gert who met us on arrival was very helpful. There is a well stocked supermarket, petrol station, bakery, butcher just around the corner, no more than a 5-7 minute walk. Takeaway pizza and a lovely restaurant by the Canal du Midi are a short walk away too. The Chateau lap pool was nice although perhaps the area around it and the pool furniture need some attention. Plenty of secure car parking as well. We did wine tasting at the Chateau and found it very disappointing and expensive for what was on offer. €75 euros for the five of us and the host told us very little about the wines and although the cheese and ham tapas was ok.....the whole thing was not worth €75. We also ate in the Chateau restaurant. Limited choice on the menus food was ok, but I would not return. Didier, the owner, was very prompt with our booking and sent very helpful information through. The welcome gifts were much appreciated too. Would happily stay at Villa Les Laurier again 😊

Séjour mémorable
Villa agréable pour les vacances en famille et bien équipée. La décoration est de style "demeure de charme". Le jardin et la piscine étaient d'une propreté impeccable. Comparée à d'autres villas déjà visitées, ce logement est de standing et très soigné. Le pays cathare est merveilleux et bien situé entre mer et montagne, Cévennes et Pyrénées. La cité de Carcassonne est exceptionnelle. Le canal de midi entouré des vignobles de Corbières et Minervois est un must pour la région. Bref, un séjour inoubliable, à recommander.

Fantastique séjour inoubliable
Emplacement fantastique, villa joliment décorée, confortable et bien équipée. Excellente boulangerie locale à courte distance à pied et supermarché également accessible à pied -> très pratique. La piscine et le bassin de nage sont très agréables, ainsi que les promenades au bord du canal du midi. Pour finir, belle visite de la région (Carcassonne, Minerve..) Agréable séjour pendant le mois de juillet
Bonjour, Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un beau domaine, petit coup de coeur pour le château illuminé la nuit. Une villa spacieuse, reposante et harmonieusement décorée. La terrasse était également fort sympatique. Le matin, nous aimions aller nager dans le bassin de nage du château. Très jolie région, nous avons fait de belles ballades, découvert de charmants villages tel que Minerve. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir! Florence et Thomas
