The chalet is located in a popular residential area of Font Romeu 1.5 km from the village center.
The view of the mountain and the valley offers an exceptional panorama, from the terrace it is not uncommon to observe the local fauna, hinds and birds of prey.
Ideal location for family vacations.
The equipment of the chalet is recent and of high quality.
The first level accessible on one level is composed of an American kitchen, a living room, a dining area, an office space (50m2) of a terrace, a bedroom, a bathroom bath with toilet.
The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, one with access to the terrace and garden, a sauna, a bathroom, an independent toilet and a laundry room.
Bright chalet, panoramic windows, 2 terraces, Godin wood stove, flat screen TV with USB / HDMI sockets, DVD player, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, induction hob and large fridge / freezer combination, fondue and raclette sets.
You will have 4 real independent bedrooms with no downstairs, comfort bedding: 4 double beds, 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs
+ a BZ sofa
The garage with an independent entrance will allow you to store your ski equipment.
Children welcome: high chair, cot, secure staircase.
Optional fees:
Bed linen rental: double bed € 10 / bed / week, single bed € 8 / bed / week
Towel set rental: 5 € / pers / week
We ask for a deposit check of 1000 € which you will return to us within 8 working days after your departure.

Magnifique Chalet au pied de la montagne

Le chalet est tout simplement idéal, spacieux, bien agencé et au calme, face à la montagne. Très bien équipé et décoré avec goût, il est tout en bois avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée face à la montagne. Le sauna a lui aussi été très apprécié, pour se détendre après les journées de ski. Les propriétaires ont été charmants, cordiaux et réactifs, à l'écoute et soucieux de notre bien-être Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très beau chalet bien situé , proche du centre ville de Font Romeu et à 5 mn des pistes . Très agréable avec de beaux espaces , permet d y séjourner entre amis à deux familles . Très calme , avec magnifique vue sur la cerdagne et les montagnes.... En plus, présence d un sauna... Lits de 190 de long, un peu gênant pour les grands. Nous conseillons cette loçation dans laquelle on se sent bien.

Le chalet est très agréable/confortable/propre avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes. Idéalement situé dans une zone calme mais proche de toutes commodités et central vis à vis de l'ensemble des activités possibles en Cerdagne. Nous avons aussi profité du Sauna. C'est un lieu dans lequel nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci.

Chalet avec beaucoup de charme, décoré avec goût, très fonctionnel et spacieux. Son espace extérieur est tout autant agréable et quelle vue ! Plein d'activités intéressantes à faire comme les sources thermales, le tennis, le sauna à même le chalet, des balades de toute beauté, bref que du régale !

Excellent séjour en famille, dans ce chalet où nous avons apprécié le confort, la quiétude !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce chalet. Équipement optimal, chalet très bien situé, balcon plein sud très agréable, les chambres sont assez vastes, salles de bains idem, la cuisine est bien équipée, entre autres deux réfrigérateurs et un congélateur, un garage très pratique pour déposer le matériel de ski et ce qui ne gâche rien le sauna très prisé, au retour du ski. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location, de plus propriétaire très agréable.

Magnifique chalet

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine à Font-Romeu. Le chalet est soigné, spacieux, décoré avec goût et très confortable. Nous ne connaissions pas la région, nous avons été ravi de découvrir de superbes paysages et de très belles randonnées conseillé par les propriétaires. Notre fils de 10 ans à apprécié également toutes les infrastructures dédiées aux enfants dont un super accrobranche. Cerise sur le gâteau… Un sauna avec à disposition des essences parfumées. Enfin merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs bons conseils À très bientôt, c'est certain ! Yael

Génial!!!

Super sejour! Le chalet est magnifique et proche des stations de ski!!!! On a passé des vacances inoubliable! Nous étions 10!!!! Et on ne s'est absolument pas marché dessus! Cest assez grand! Et la deco et top! Encore merci à Vanessa pour son accueil et son professionnalisme ! La propriétaire est extrêmement gentille et serviable!! Vous serez également bien conseillé pour les Resto des alentours! Je le recommande fortement!

excellente location rien à dire de plus

chalet très bien situé face aux montagnes avec une vue imprenable du coucher et du lever de soleil depuis le balcon terrasse. la pièce à vivre est très agréable avec son poêle à bois et les chambres sont spacieuses la neige étant au rendez-vous certains sont partis en randonnée d'autres au ski et au retour tout le monde au sauna, le petit plus très apprécié de tous. très bonne location que je vous recommande R.ADAM

Tres beau chalet, tout confort, vue imprenable.

Très bien situé, 15mn a pied pour le Centre de Font Romeu. Proximité des sentiers promenades. Chalet très bien équipé et très propre. Propriétaires très sympathiques. Météo très favorable.
