Perfect family vacation home central to everything in beautiful Rincon. The house is our pride and joy and it clearly shows. When you stay here, it is like you are staying at your own home. Aguadilla International Airport (BQN) is only 30 minutes away. Rincon offers Puerto Rico s most amazing sunsets. Known for its world class surfing, Rincon offers waves for all skill levels. Rincon has a small town feel and vibe; however, it has all the amenities and comforts you are used to!

My husband and I both grew up and live in Charleston South Carolina.We own our own business in Charleston.We like to travel and love Rincon. We visit as much as possible and wanted a quiet homey place to call home there also.
Why they chose this property
The house is tucked away behind a hill with only one close neighbor. There is ample parking and a privacy gate. There is a covered patio and an outside landscaped patio with flowers, banana trees, passion fruit, palm trees, and avocado tree. This patio has an outdoor shower, charcoal grill, and patio set. There is almost always a nice breeze. The sun and moon rise across the street where there is a mountain and horse pasture view. It is quiet and at night and you can watch the stars and listen to the Coqui frogs. The house is very convenient to the Plaza in town, all beaches, and stores. You can walk to town or beach. Beautiful sunsets just steps up the hill.
