Recent luxury MGM apartment with open mountain views.

The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Savoyard spirit. You will find there all the material necessary to taste the flavors of the mountain (fondue, raclette, stone grill, ...)

It is located at the foot of the Rosière ski lift which gives access to the Saisies and the Diamant area with its 192 km of slopes for all levels. Shops nearby. Free shuttle to Les Saisies.

You will also appreciate our south-facing terrace located on the ground floor. It is equipped with deckchairs and a table with chairs (summer)
 
You also have access to the private swimming pool in July and August as well as in winter during the station's opening period.

In summer, the place is ideal for lovers of mountain rides and for mountain biking (140km of signposted routes).

The accommodation has private covered parking. The chalets have lifts and ski storage rooms.

Household linen is available for hire. Maid service on request.

C'est la 2ème fois que nous séjournons dans cet appartement et exprimons à nouveau notre satisfaction.Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. L'appartement est toujours aussi agréable et confortable. L'accueil est parfait et l'ajout du wifi est un plus. Nous recommandons cette location.

Excellent Séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. L'appartement est très agréable, confortable et bien équipé. Il dispose d'une vue magnifique et d'un très bon emplacement. L'accueil par le gérant, Antoine, est parfait et les navettes gratuites sont un plus pour se rendre aux Saisies. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Beau cadre mais pas totalement conforme à l'annonce

les + Cadre agréable, près d'une épicerie, de restaurants et de l'ESF Piscine très appréciable avec très belle vue les - Appartement de 54m2 selon l'annonce puis 43.30m2 dans la notice fournie à l'arrivée. Très petit, fonctionnel certes, mais très petit surtout pour le prix. Le Wifi était également indiqué dans l'annonce et une fois arrivés, mauvaise surprise, pas de wifi disponible. Ce qui était un problème vue la mauvaise réception 3G/4G de la station. Nous avons fait le ménage de font en comble à la fin mais le gérant n'était pas satisfait alors qu'il ne s'est même pas déplacé pour faire l'état des lieux comme cela était convenu

Un dépaysement total....

Un cadre fabuleux dans une petite station tres accueillante... l'appartement avec piscine est tres agreable. Rien à redire ... tout y est, sauf le wifi....qui ne fonctionne pas tres bien. Je veux remercier cependant le propriétaire qui, de maniere tres professionnelle, a pu l activer meme si la reception est tres capricieuse....on peut le comprendre , en pleine montagne... merci pour votre aide ... je recommande vraiment cette location. Je serai bien restée une semaine de plus....

Appartement suffisamment spacieux et bien situé

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé. Le ménage n’était pas parfait à l’arrivée mais nous avons pu bénéficier de l’appartement tôt. Le gestionnaire sur place, à l’écoute, s’en est excusé et le séjour s’est bien passé. Il faut marcher un peu pour rejoindre les pistes. L’appartement est suffisamment spacieux avec une belle vue.

Très bon séjour dans une résidence pas très loin des pistes. Le logement est complet, et la place de parking est appréciable, ainsi que la piscine. A recommander.

Parenthèse enchantée

Nous sommes ravis du séjour que nous avons passés dans ce très bel appartement. Très confortable. La cuisine est très bien organisée avec tous ce qu’il faut pour se faire de vrais repas. Le lave vaisselle est un vrai plus. Nous avons bien apprécié : le frigo qui est de bonne taille, les services à fondue et raclette, le large choix de faitouts, poêles, plats, vaisselle... Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de bonne qualité et récente. La salle de bains avec baignoire est fonctionnelle et bien aménagée. Sèche serviette. Beaucoup de rangements dans l’appartement et des porte-manteaux bien pratiques pour le retour du ski. Le tout est décoré avec goût façon savoyarde. L’isolation phonique et thermique est vraiment de très bonne qualité. On dort vraiment tranquillement sans avoir l’impression que les voisins sont avec nous... Nous avons bien apprécié la place réservée au parking souterrain. Mr et Mme Di Genova Pour le check-in et check-out sont très attentionnés. Notre coup de cœur est évidemment pour la magnifique vue dont nous avons largement profité. Un bonheur notre séjour. Nous recommandons et reviendrons.

très bon accueil, appartement confortable, tranquille. supérette à proximité. Malgré la piscine fermée pendant cette période de covid, pleins de randonnées familiales à faire. La description dans l'annonce correspond parfaitement, et la vue de la terrasse est grandiose !

Prettig huisje op een goede (ski)lokatie

Prima verzorgd, ruim voldoende en kwalitatief goede keukenuitrusting. Prima douche/badkamer, prima bedden. Groot genoeg voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Enige minpuntje was dat de wifi beperkt was tot 1 GB in totaal.

Great location near the lift, great views

Great location just couple of mins walk to the chair lift and bus stop for Les saisies. The village has a small supermarket. Great for fresh bread and local cheese but limited otherwise. Best stock up at the big carrefour in salenches or supermarket in praz sur arley on the way if driving. Otherwise the supermarket by the tourist office in saisies is good. If you want to eat out in Bisanne there is a restaurant and a pub. Reservations are necessary. The apartment is comfortable although would benefit from a kettle! The WiFi was problematic although the host was helpful. The apartment block is tricky to find. As you descend into Bisanne there is a hairpin bend left. Shortly after you see bins and bustop on the left at a small crossroad. The flat is in the first block on the left. The flats are called les alpages de Bisanne. The friendly guy with the key doesn’t speak English but we survived with some pigeon french!
