Thanksgiving family time

The place was great. Easy space for the extended family and group eating and conversation. Close to the beach and walking distance to public park and tennis courts. Excellent!

Nice Property. Bedroom count in misleading

To be clear. The house was clean. Location was great. Beds and linens were comfortable. Here is the unclear part of the listing description. It is NOT a 5 bedroom. It is a 4 bedroom with a bunk room inside a HUGE closet in 1 of the bedrooms. We have 8 adults and this became an issue when adults were cutting through the bedroom of other adults. We rented assuming all necessary parties would have a dedicated bathroom. The listing clearly states there is a separate bunk room as it s own bedroom with a shared bathroom. Untrue. It is a bunkroom in the huge closet of a 4th master bedroom using the bathroom of that bedroom. I believe a bedroom by legal standards needs to include an egress window and a closet. This has neither. It has a tiny small window at the ceiling. I would have given 5 stars for the rest of the house. I wanted others to be aware of the inaccuracy of the wording in the listing.

Great Location

The property is a quick walk to a lovely, quiet beach. The home suited our family very well and the amenities are as described. The host was very quick to respond to questions and it was very clean upon arrival.

Wonderful near-beach neighborhood

This is a wonderfyl, just off the beach (2 min walk) from the wonderfyl IOP beach. The property is tucked into a very beuatifully treed neighborhood, where privacy and quiet is the norm. The house is well appointed, comfortable and affords multiple get-away areas, from master syites, to a family/game-type gathering room, large kitchen, and wonderful screened-in porch off the kitchen.

Easter at the beach

We met other family at IOP. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing big family dinners. Having 2 washers and dryers was great. I loved this house! Right across from the beach. I would totally rent this house again. Might not be good for little ones as there are lots of stairs in the house but it was perfect for our kids ages

Wonderful home

Great area to be in...

Property was clean and plenty of space for all of us. Beach was close, we rented 3 golf carts and beach umbrellas and chairs. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Charleston was close and did a horse and buggy ride and went to lunch and dinner. Fun city to visit. Room with bunk beds was smaller than photo. Zones for air condition could have been better planned.

Isle of Palms Beach Home

This beach home had everything our family needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All of the rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and there was plenty of room for dining, playing games, and hanging out. The kitchen had ample supplies for cooking and eating. The screened in porch was large and had ample seating. It was only a short walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this beach home!

Screened Porch Fabulous!!

Great house for our family, all in all. Just wish the king bedroom on the lower level, had it’s own bathroom. The screened porch really made it though. We ate most of our meals out there. Loved being up in the trees! Did not realize this house was 7 houses from the beach when I booked it, but our 3 sight impaired grandkids did not think it was bad! Sorry I misunderstood filling out the stars earlier. I’m somewhat dyslexic!

Fabulous Weekend Stay!

The house was wonderful, with an amazing location right next to the beach. We enjoyed being close to Charleston too! Very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the house, it was extremely comfortable. We were all saying how we will definitely come back! Thanks!

Great house on Isle of Palms

Beautiful and spacious house close to beach and only a couple of miles from dining / shopping. The large screened in porch was so welcoming and relaxing. A nice bonus was that cabinets and drawers were labeled with contents making finding things a breeze. Great house, great stay!

Palm tree paradise

The house was beautiful and comfortably fit our group of 10 adults. The enclosed porch was perfect for relaxing brunches and dinners. It was only a quick walk to the beach and the provided beach equipment made it that much easier. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Great Family Trip

We took a family trip with 7 adults and 3 children and it was perfect. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. Backyard was a huge plus for littles! Just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend this home to anyone! We love IOP so much!

Perfect for our Xmas

This place was absolutely perfect for our family Xmas in 2022. We had 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 little ones. Everyone had plenty of space with their own bathrooms. The elevator was a fantastic feature for getting the heavy bags up and down. Lovely kitchen. The deck, screened in porch and outside looked lovely, but we were here during the Arctic Blast and temps were way too cold to use them. The beach is just a block away and we walked there a few times to look for shells. Check in was a breeze and the owners let us get in early. Would love to try this place out during beach season.

Fun fall week in Isle of Palms

We were in town for a family wedding on Isle of Palms followed by family beach time. Short walk to the beach and we rented a family golf cart for other Isle of Palm activities. This was a fun relaxing vacation in this beautiful home.

Isle of Palms getaway

The house is very spacious and location is great. We had a couple of issues with appliances, but the owner was in communication and took care of the issue immediately and that was during a holiday weekend. I would recommend staying here, the house was clean and super convenient to everything you need.
