Shoreline Towers PENTHOUSE 2/2 Beachfront - Best View in Destin!!! OPEN BALCONY!

Stay in a gorgeous penthouse at Shoreline Towers during your visit to Destin! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has amazing views of the Gulf and only steps to the beach. You shall certainly enjoy the spacious balcony with upgraded and comfortable furniture. We are also close to many restaurants, nightlife, and activities for all ages.

The condominium offers an array of features and amenities such as a heated pool, sauna, gym, tennis court, pickleball courts, shuffle board, beautiful clubhouse, and 24 hour security guard.

Both bedrooms, living area and kitchen have flat screen tv's for everyones entertainment.

Sunset Beach Service is available if you would like to rent umbrella & chairs. Personal chairs are allowed but no personal umbrellas.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
Shoreline Towers is finishing last stage of construction and should not be an inconvenience. However, one may experience a slight noise during the day as project is near completion.

Shoreline Towers has recently upgraded laundry rooms on second floor for your convenience.

Exceptional property

From beginning to end this was an excellent condo. Easy beach access and chair setup. Great location for restaurants and shopping . Definitely will be coming back!!!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

The rental is just as described in the website. Easy to access and no problems checking in; our Vaca started right away. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms and great balcony view! Enjoyed cooking with a view and walking our meals off at the beach, just a few steps away. Ready to book again!

Wonderful family vacation

The condo was great. Impressive views. Parking was fantastic just a few steps from elevators. Property managers worked with us to make the stay memorable. Property was spacious and well maintained and had everything you needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway

This property has an amazing view of the beach. It was so relaxing sitting at the dinner table with family over Thanksgiving watching the waves. The property manager is amazing and answered all my questions. I will book this beautifully decorated unit for my next family vacation.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation!

The condo is in a great location. The beach, pool, and several good restaurant’s are in walking distance. It’s also a short drive to the harbor where we rented a tiki boat and enjoyed good food. We enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning from the balcony which has a beautiful view of the gulf. Kathy and her husband were easy to work with and had several recommendations for restaurant’s, which we took them up on. My family and I really enjoyed are stay! We will be back!!

Home away from Home

Kathy is simply amazing! She gave us recommendations on places to try in the area and none of them disappointed! This was our first trip to Destin we came for our 10 year anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We will be staying again next year.

Ideal Stay

This was an extremely nice Condo 1st Class all the way. Kathy Lassiter was very attentive and supplied us with lots of inside information on places to eat and entertainment. Highly recommend this property.

Very nice updated condo with the best views of the beach. Perfect location and close to everything. The owners, Lynn and Kathy are the most kindest people you will meet and will go out of their way to make sure everything is up to your standards and comfortable. Would 1000% recommend. Very happy we found this place!

Penthouse view

First, I would rate this unit 5-star plus! After multiple stays in Destin, this unit is the ultimate. Spectacular views day and night from penthouse balcony. Decorated high-end furnishings inside and outside. Unit is extremely spacious, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained and equipped. The personal umbrella and chairs were great! The owners, Kathy and Lynn, are awesome and so accommodating and committed to meeting and exceeding your stays expectation. We highly recommend staying in this penthouse unit. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Best location!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. This condo is in the heart of Destin and there’s so many places within walking distance. Kathy and Lynn are the nicest people I’ve ever met. Great Condo

A very nice and updated, upscale condo that we definitely enjoyed. Located very close to everything anyone would need while at the beach. Kathy and Lynn are great people who wanted to make sure our vacation was the best. They were very accommodating and we couldn't have asked for better experience.
