About this property

Walk to lifts! Beautiful 2BR/2BA at base of Park City Mountain! #CondoInPC

I travel for work and sleep in 3-4 hotels a week. I know what I like, and we have duplicated that here. This has been our full time residence since 2019, but our next adventure awaits. You will have everything you could need, and if you need something that’s not there, we will try our best to accommodate you. We are located in the Edelweiss Haus condominiums. The condo is on the first floor, so access is simple, and no climbing flights of stairs to get to your room. It is 893 square feet, two bedrooms, full kitchen, dining table (seats 6), living room (also seats six, very important), and a patio with furniture. The master bedroom has its own private full bathroom.

Location, location, location. We are literally right at the base of Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR). It is approximately 260 yards from the ski lifts. Behind us, about 2 short blocks away, is a Seven Eleven convenience store. There is also a Fresh Market grocery store about a 5 minute walk away, along with fast food and a pharmacy.

We are literally right next to a bus stop for Park City’s awesome free bus system. Since we are in such a prime location, many of the routes go by us, so there would rarely be the need to make a transfer. Just hop on and go. The common bus routes you’d use would be to Old Town, Deer Valley, and the Canyons. All of those are direct from our condo.

No car is needed, but if you do have a car, two parking spaces are included. There is free off street parking, both above and below our condo, and there is also an indoor garage. The garage is first come, first serve with about 15 spots, but there is usually a space available.

Ski/snowboard racks to stow your equipment, and a boot heater/dryer for after those powder days. Public laundry is right down the hall with no stairs in between. The sauna (one for men and one for women) is also just right down the hall. There is an outdoor heated pool (open 4pm-10pm) and an outdoor hot tub as well. The pool and hot tub are the best in the area. Our unit is right next to the pool/hot tub. We provide soft robes and towels to make the experience even better.

With three beds (king, queen and twin, all Purple 4 Mattresses) and a pull out sofa, you can very comfortably sleep 6. Our showers have incredible water pressure and new shower heads, and the hot water lasts longer than you could ever last. All towels are bath size. We also provide hair dryers, hair straighteners, curling irons, irons, ironing boards and a garment steamer.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with all equipment you need to make almost any meal you could create (scroll down for the entire list of our kitchen items). Since this was our full time residence for 5 years, it is full stocked as you'd expect. With the condo being so close to the ski lifts, you can easily eat off the mountain and save a few bucks, especially for a family.

Our kitchen sink has two faucets, one of which is reverse osmosis filtered pure water. This also supplies our refrigerator's ice maker with pure water. Save money by refilling water bottles.

There is not a high chair for a baby, but we do have a Pack N Play for you to use.

The entire condo is Alexa controlled. Just tell the TV what you want to do, tell her to warm the place up a little, tell her to lock the front door , and to turn off the lights . Tell her to turn on the fire, close the blinds, basically almost everything. Alexa is amazing, I hope you enjoy her as much as we do. The condo itself provides free internet, but we have our own private faster internet for you. It is about 100 mbps down and 7 mbps up. Connect as many devices you want.

Check in is very easy. All of the following and more will be included in an email a few days before you check in. No keys required. There is a gate at each entrance of the property that is opened with a code, and our condo will have its own code. I will make our condo something easy you and your guests can remember (like the last four digits of your phone number), or if you have a special request, I can do that as well.

We also know that some people may have issues when at our altitude (rare, but may happen to some). We have a medical grade oxygen concentrator, capable of 5 liters per minute, 24/7. Fresh tubing and a cannula is NOT supplied. Also supplied is a steam humidifier, for those coming from somewhere that is a bit more humid.

Guest Interaction:

Starting in November 2024, we are moving out of our condo to Florida to start our next journey of living on a catamaran. Although we may not be in Park City, we will always have a quick response to any questions or issues you may have. We have a local Park City team to take care of any issues that may arise.

Greg and Brandy are excellent hosts. They were super informative about the condo, the location, things to do, weather conditions and access to the lifts and everything else we needed to know for our first time in PC. They were also very speedy communicators. The amenities were above and beyond what we expected with personal touches. We had more than we needed with a stocked pantry and personal items. The condo is close to the lifts, right in front of the bus stop and has a hot tub. Highly recommend!

Fantastically equipped, close to the lifts and town.
This condo is fully equipped with everything you could need and more. We (two couples) stayed here for a ski weekend in Park City, and couldn't fault it. It's just a few minutes from downtown, and a 5 minute walk to the chairlifts. The condo has Alexa which is really cool! We already miss "Alexa, turn on all the lights" when we get back at the end of the day. The owner was speedy and polite to contact. We would absolutely stay here again if visiting Park City!

This condo was perfect for our ski trip to park city. Extremely cozy with everything we needed!!
Our group of 5 loved staying at Greg and Brandy’s condo for our ski trip. They have thought of everything to make the condo feel like home including slippers and robes for the hottub, extra towels, toiletries, a full kitchen with utensils and spices, and games. The condo was extremely clean and organized. We loved how convenient the location was to walk just across a parking lot to the lift at Park City or hop on the free shuttle right outside the condo to get downtown. Greg and Brandy responded quickly to all messages and were very helpful and accommodating with our check in and check out times. This place exceeded our expectations and we would happily return to stay here in the future. Thanks Greg and Brandy!

Excellent Stay!
This unit is clean and well taken of. The owner is very easy to work with. They have added lots of convenient extras to the place that you like to have when traveling. The location is excellent as it is about 200 yards from the resort and can easily be walked. There is a bus stop in front of the complex for easy access to Main St., Deer Valley, Canyons, etc. We loved how almost everything can be turned on or off via voice commands using Alexa. I’ll definitely try and stay here again next time I come out!

Amazing place. A MUST STAY...

I am a pilot for American Airlines and my wife is a flight attendant. We VRBO'd many times in Park City. We rented this condo once, and it was by far our favorite, so we bought it 😁. After renting it out for one season, we fell in love and decided to make it our full time residence. Our family of 3 lived here and made incredible memories for 5 years, but this summer we become empty nesters, and the next adventure awaits.

In November 2024, we will move to Florida to begin our search for our catamaran. We can both kind of live anywhere for our jobs, so we will be floating around somewhere between Halifax and Aruba.

This condo is now our home away from home, and we hope you have the same experience.

Why they chose this property

The location can not be beat. Short walk to the lifts, .7 mile walk to Old Town, and there is a bus stop (free) that most main routes pass through (no connections). If you're looking for the Park City experience, this is it.
