When entering the home, you are welcomed into a nice size family room with a Queen pull out couch. Behind the family room is an updated kitchen & large dining room area. The dining room opens to the backyard, with a large patio for entertaining with grill, patio set, & a propane fire table. The garage holds a fun filled game room including Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Darts, Not Hockey, & Corn Hole.

Property was spotless and beautiful. The host provided beach badges and beach chairs which was great. The bikes provided was a hit with all. We used them to go everywhere. The details in the house and thoughfulness of the host in the property was greatly appreciated!

We rented this property for a week last August and enjoyed it so much that we rented it for a week again this year. Our review is much the same as last year. The property was extremely clean and well equipped. Just about everything is provided that you might need. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes and glasses. The house is nicely renovated so all of the appliances, bathrooms, decor, etc. are fairly new. The furnishings are comfortable and the rooms are not overcrowded so there is plenty of storage space and room to spread out your personal items. There is a good supply of beach equipment and bicycles that are all in good condition. It's great to have a garage to store all of that during the week. The game room is a fun spot in the evenings and on a rainy day. The beach is a short walk and less crowded than the other public beaches. There is also a great view of the Thursday evening fireworks from the back patio. No need to deal with the crowds on the boardwalk! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Most importantly, Diedre the landlord is extremely helpful and immediately responsive when there is an issues. She goes out of her way to ensure that the house is in excellent condition, clean, comfortable and welcoming to renters. We would definitely rent again next year if our schedule allows.

We had a great week at this home. Check in was a breeze. One of the cleanest and best maintained shore houses I’ve ever stayed at. Close enough to the action but far enough for peace and quiet. We would love to stay here again!

Absolutely Incredible!
This property was amazing! My family and I stayed here for the Break Cancer Walk in Point Pleasant in October. Location was perfect, nice walk to boardwalk. The house was so clean. Host was so sweet, left such a sweet card and goodies. The game room totally makes the house! Would love to stay here again for during summer. Very kid and family friendly. Neighbors were super sweet as well! 100% recommend!

Great Time
Didi was great with communication l. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need while away from home. We all had a great time playing air hockey and ping pong on site. There were also bikes and beach chairs etc for use. The house is right down the road from the beach and was a quick couple minutes walk there . The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. And we received a gift basket with goodies for the kids. Highly recommended this home for family vacation and Didi was an awesome host.

Our 1 week Stay - August 2021
The home was EXTREMELY clean and adequate and was MUCH roomier than we expected and looks from the pictures. Lots of room to spread out. The game room was fun on our 1 rainy day. Just about everything we needed was provided. We only had to supplement with a few things. The neighborhood was very quiet, even on Saturday night and the neighbors were very friendly. There is a great view of the Thursday night fireworks from the backyard! The landlord was extremely responsive and answered our emails almost immediately. We will definitely consider renting again!

Best Jersey Shore Beach House!
We have been renting at the Jersey Shore for over 20 years now and have never been in such a clean and updated property! The location was perfect, the patio and game room a real treat, and beach chairs, toys, & bikes that were not old and rusty but like new and clean!! Will certainly be booking again next summer!

Clean & good location
The house is very clean. It’s just a short walk to Bradshaw Beach. Beach chairs and other kids beach toys are included in the garage. The other part of the garage is an awesome game room with miss Pac-Man, air hockey, darts, and ping pong. The neighborhood feel very safe and quiet. The Jenkinson’s board walk is a short drive. The beds were comfortable and the TV in the living room had all the apps to watch whatever you want. I’d definitely want to stay here again.

Excellent, spotless beach bungalow
This property is absolutely spotless and well appointed. Owner provided fresh linen service . Check in and communication were super easy. It’s at the quieter end of Pt Pleasant. Neighborhood felt safe enough for the tweens to walk to and fro from the beach on their own. Look forward to booking it again. My only suggestion is that for a shorter stay a the hefty house deposit seems overkill, and is likely to dissuade renters.

Family home in quiet neighborhood close to beach and recreation
The home was very cozy and clean. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fun game room during times when it rained. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but a short walk down the block, you'll find the Jenkinson's boardwalk and beach. There are many great restaurants in Point Pleasant Beach and surrounding towns. We will definitely consider returning to this home in the future. The owner was available during the entire booking process, during our stay, and after our departure.

Fantastic all around!
I seriously don't think I've encountered a cleaner house! And everything you could possibly want is there. Beach is super convenient, nice neighborhood, excellent layout for families and groups. There was even a very sweet birthday balloon and note for my daughter. Less busy Bradshaw beach is a real plus as well, especially during Covid times. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place to be!

Loved this beautifully decorated and comfortable house! This is a perfect rental for a family vacation with close access to the beach in a convenient but also quiet neighborhood. The house has everything you need with beach toys/boards, and the kids spent a lot of time in the new game room. Its obvious that the owners spend time making sure that the house is comfortable and CLEAN. I would rent this home again without hesitation. We had one minor issue with the front door combination, but the owner was available immediately to help us figure it out.

Charming Point Pleasant Beach Get-Away
We were so grateful for the beautiful home and the opportunity to spend Memorial Day Weekend only two and half blocks from the beautiful Point Pleasant Beach. The house is charming; the owners are thoughtful; and the location is ideal. Among these and other excellent features, I'd like to list a few that stood out in particular: - The house is beautiful; well-organized; and immaculately clean. There is internet; TV; and space for small children. - The house I located near the beach and is close to the boardwalk and the town center. - The owners are thoughtful (left a beautiful gift basket and helpful notes about the area) and are very accommodating. - There are several spacious bedrooms as well as a pull out couch, so the house is perfect for large families. - I would 100% recommend this home as a location to anyone staying in the Point Pleasant Area for the weekend, a week or even more. We loved our stay!

Nice house close to beach
Their house is close to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk and into town to Hoffman's Ice Cream. The house is clean and is well equipped. There was a beach cart and beach chairs available for our use. We had a fun and relaxing week at the beach. We would rent again. Deidre, the owner, responded quickly and answered any questions we had.

We love the Jersey Shore & have been vacationing in this neighborhood for 9 years. This area is great for access to the buzz of the boardwalk, Bradshaw beach, Lake of the Lillies, & the park with our kids.

Why they chose this property

This house is adorable & has all the comforts of home. Especially with little ones, we love that it's one of the few homes that hasn’t been lifted, making the trek of all your things an easy in & out!! If grandparents are vacationing the one level home will make their stay that much more enjoyable too.
