About this property

House renovated in 2022, with the beach at the end of the street!

Independent and semi-detached holiday home 200 meters from the sea, in Larvor, in the town of Loctudy, fishing port of Finistère Sud.
The house is located between the last hold of Larvor and the white sand beach of Lesconil, 300 meters.
The location will allow you to take full advantage of the sea, between fishing on one side and the sandy beach on the other.
It is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor, 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), a kitchen open to a living / dining room.
There is also another independent TV lounge, which allows children to have their own living room!
A south-facing terrace, equipped with an electric blind. A large garden of 1000 m² with trees and fully enclosed, in a quiet area.
The house is off the road, at the end of a path, which is very safe for children.
The equipment of the house is numerous:
Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 TVs, DVD player, children's DVD, wifi internet, barbecue, deckchairs.
There are 4 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes available for you to ride on the coast or in Lesconil, a charming little fishing port nearby, 15 minutes by bike.
Children will find their happiness in the toys and books at their disposal.
The cleaning of the house is included in the price.
If you wish, we can provide you with the sheets (10 euros per bed).

Super

Nous avons passé un week-end en famille 6 adultes et 3 enfants. Un super séjour, la maison est très agréable fonctionnelle et tres bien décoré. La plage à proximité c'est super. Le petit plus ayant eu un temps gris est le poele nous n'avons pas eu froid. Nous avons fait une balade avec les vélos mis à disposition. Je recommande se logement Nous y retournerons c'est sûr

Magnifique

Que dire... Tiphaine est à l'image de sa maison : chaleureuse et bienveillante. La maison est merveilleuse, idéale pour y recevoir une famille. La localisation fantastique, allez dès le reveil marcher en bord de mer avec son compagnon a 4 pattes c'est tellement reposant. Je recommande a 200%. Merci à Tiphaine.

Magnifique maison toute proche de la mer !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette très belle maison. Maison très fonctionnelle dotée d'une décoration très soignée et très chaleureuse. Très bien située, endroit à la fois très calme et tout proche de la mer. En plus Tiphaine est très sympathique et très arrangeante. N'attendez plus, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés :-)

Belle maison

Superbe location

Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, les photos correspondent complètement à l’annonce. Grand terrain complètement clos et tranquille Trésor bonne situation à proximité immédiate de la plage des Sables blancs. On reviendra très vite !

Schönes liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus.

Wir hatten 14 erholsame Tage. Das Meer war schnell zu Fuss erreichbar und hatte einen tollen Strand. Das Haus und der Garten waren schön, alles war sauber und neu, Kleinigkeiten fehlen noch. Leider war der kaminofen nicht funktionsfähig und keine Zentralheizung vorhanden und das WLAN war auch sehr schlecht. Aber alles in allem war sehr schön und sehr angenehm. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Nochmals vielen Dank.

Agréable séjour dans une maison en bord de mer

Nous avons apprécié la situation de la maison proche d'une belle plage, son séjour, ses nombreuses chambres (bonne literie) , tout l'équipement qui permet de se sentir comme chez soi, et aussi son vaste jardin. Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été très utiles et cordiaux. L'accueil a été agréable. Un seul bémol : des problèmes de chauffage dus à une chaudière défaillante mais qui devraient être prochainement réglés. Très bon séjour à 4 malgré ce détail !

La plage au bout de la rue !

Situation idéale, à 5 minutes à pied d'une plage magnifique. Maison grande et fonctionnelle. Très bien équipée. L'accueil était très agréable. Je recommande tout à fait.

Sejour agréable et miam les bonnes crêpes

Maison tres grande et accueillante. Il ne manque rien et l 'accueil est tres chaleureux. Superbes vacances entre randos pédestres et à velo.

Des vacances parfaites!

Nous sommes venus fin avril en famille ( avec 4 enfants) et avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. La maison est idéalement située avec la plage à deux pas et le charmant port de Lesconil en Velo. La maison est très agréable, entourée d'un grand jardin, au calme, joliment aménagée et très bien équipée. Nous espérons revenir!
