Living room with American kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave) and sea view, 3 bedrooms, separate WC and bathroom. A table on the balcony and another in the garden. Kayak, paddle and bikes at your disposal. Access to the sea 150m from the house. Private parking next to the house. Washing machine in the bathroom. A likeable apartment

The apartment is really nice, it has a "character". Furnishing and facilities are fine, almost everything you can think of is there. The living room and adjacent kitchen are spacious and comfortable, bedrooms are also fine. The bathroom is fine for a holiday, a washing machine is provided. The only downside is that there is that the balcony is not really usable, it is too narrow e.g. to set a table for breakfast there. A TV is provided, but unfortunately it is not a smart TV. And the driveway up to the apartment caused scratches on the bumper of our car ... Overall a nice apartment, we had a great time there.

Tres bon accueil.Mise à dispostion d'un velo vtt. Logement très agréable bien ensoleillé l'après-midi .Petit jardin fermé apréciable avec table et tuyau ddd'arrosage

Großzügige und ruhige Wohnung in Meernähe

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, unsere Kinder fanden es wunderbar, eigene Zimmer zu haben! Die Wohnung ist mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle gut ausgestattet, in ruhiger Lage und mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Strand. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, es gibt viele verschiedene Strände und Buchten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

Agréable séjour !

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette charmante location. L appartement est très bien placé, au calme et tout près de la mer. Il y a une jolie vue du balcon. Nous avons pu profiter de la table dans le jardin pour déjeuner au soleil. L appartement est bien conçu, confortable et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et met à disposition des vélos, kayaks ... il est également disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Un grand merci pour ces petites vacances !!☺

Séjour très agréable

La location est conforme à la description. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part de Jan. Nous avons apprécié le confort, la luminosité et le calme de cette location. Merci pour les vélos mis à notre disposition et la très bonne adresse de restaurant (le grand baie).

calme et mer à proximité

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. L'endroit est très calme. On peu accéder à la mer à pied en quelques minutes pour une petite baignade rapide. Les plages nécessitent de se déplacer en voiture avec les enfants mais elles sont très proches et variées. Nous reviendrons!

Très bon séjour.

Très bon séjour. Maison avec 3 chambres avec 2 coins extérieurs. Balcon avec vue mer. Localisation parfaite. Mise à disposition de paddle, canoë et vélos. Rien à redire !

Propreté peut être améliorée ainsi que équipement cuisine. Accès et stationnent pas très facile mais au calme. Pas loin du centre de Giens pour accès aux commerces.

Appartement agréable et bien situé

L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à nos attentes, très agréable, spacieux même avec 3 enfants entre 3 et 7 ans. L'emplacement est très bien pour explorer la presqu’île, proche des plages, des sentiers de randonnées et du centre de Giens. Le propriétaire est sympathique, très attentif à nos demandes et très réactif. Nous y retournerons surement passer quelques jours!

Presqu'île de Giens et île de Porquerolles

Location spacieuse et idéalement située pour découvrir la presqu'île de Giens avec son tombolo et son sentier du Littoral, Hyères et l'île de Porquerolles très facilement accessible. Notre hôte sympathique et accueillant est de bons conseils pour les randonnées et les intérêts de la région. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour ensoleillé très agréable

Gemischte Gefühle

Die Wohnung war recht nett und stimmig eingerichtet, jedoch war der Balkon für mehr als 2 Personen zu klein und besaß keinen Sonnenschutz. Auch der zugehörige Sitzplatz im Garten war ohne Sonnenschutz, so dass man sich am Nachmittag nicht vor Ort aufhalten wollte. Der Sitzplatz im Garten war auch aufgrund des unmittelbar daneben abgestellten, alten Motorbootes, alten Luftmatrazen etc. nicht wirklich ansehnlich. Leider waren auch die Fahrräder vor Ort in keinem guten Zustand. Das Kajak haben wir nicht getestet.
