Wird den Erwartungen leider nicht gerecht.

Auf Grund des Inserats erwarteten wir eine ruhige Ferienwohnung am Rand von ghisonaccia mit viel freier Fläche draussen zum spiele für die Kinder. Leider entspricht das gar nicht der Realität. Die wohnung befindet sich in einem mindestens 15 autominuten entfernten Nachbarort. Der aussenbereich ist durch mindestens 4 frei herum laufende Hunde für (zumindest kleine) Kinder nicht nutzbar. Drüber hinaus darf man täglich den Kot entfernen und muss Abends/Nachts die Hunde vor dem haus vertreiben um wenigstens etwas ruhe zu bekommen. Durch die hunde gibt es keine ruhigen nächte, in den meisten Städten ist es deutlich leiser. Dazu war die wohnung bei Ankunft nicht ordentlich gereinigt, insbesondere den küchenbereich mussten wir erst reinigen um ihn nutzen zukönnen. Weitere Dinge(kein internet trotz angabe im inserat, dreck und müll unter betten und schränken, Gas vom Herd bei ankunft alle) trübten das Gesamtbild weiter. Positiv ist zu bewerten, das der Gastgeber schnell antwortet und zumindest das Gasproblem sehr schnell gelöst hat. Darüber hinaus ist die Gegend generell schön, die unterkunft im vergleich zu anderen (insbesondere preislich) vergleichbaren Ferienwohnungen aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Annulation au dernier moment.

Le gérant immobilier a annulé au dernier moment car les personnes qui avaient loué avant avaient laissé le logement dans un état pitoyable. Donc nous avons été remboursé. Mais ensuite pas facile de trouver un logement pour 4. En espérant qu’Abritel fera un geste commercial.

VACANZA RELAX IN MEZZO ALLA NATURA

Siamo una famiglia di 5 persone ed abbiamo soggiornato nelle due settimane centrali di agosto. La casa si presenta semplice, ma pulita e confortevole e rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione dell'annuncio. Si trova a ridosso delle montagne: in 20 minuti potete raggiungere fiumi e sentieri per un'altra vacanza inaspettata (anche per questo non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo in casa). Il mare dista 13 km circa, ma la strada per raggiungerlo è veramente piacevole, sia per panorama che per assenza di traffico. Laurent è stato accogliente e molto disponibile. In complesso siamo stati molto soddisfatti della sistemazione! Consigliatissima per chi cerca tranquillità.

Agréables vacances en campagne corse

Nous avons vécu un séjour vraiment agréable et dépaysant dans cette petite maison. Bien qu’elle soit divisée en 3 logements, notre partie était totalement indépendante des autres. Le logement est correctement équipé, la literie confortable. Il n’y a pas énormément de touristes dans le coin ce qui est très appréciable : calme, pas d’embouteillage. Bien situé entre la mer, la montagne et ses rivières. Laurent a été un hôte formidable, plein de bons conseils et de bienveillance.

Très bien

Maison agréable et extérieur super mignon, un hôte tellement serviable et gentil. La maison est dans son jus mais nous l'avons trouvé très agréable.

Propriété au calme très agréable, la climatisation serait un vrai plus, difficile de trouver le sommeil avec la chaleur et moustiques tigres au rdv ! Les aléas de la région 😊

Tres beau séjour propriétaire qui connait et renseigne sur les bons petits coins Location difficile a trouvé car c est un havre de paix calme zenitude Maison idéalement située entre la mer et la montagne Petit point negatif températures tres chaudes et que des ventilateurs Merci

Bon séjour

Très bonne semaine au calme. Tout ce que nous aimons. Les enfants ont adorés le grand espace extérieur. Super espaces extérieur pour de grand dîner e famille !

Tres bon séjour dans cette belle région de corse qui a plein d'atouts cachés, tranquilité découverte

Va Bè !

C'était très sympa cette petite maison dans la pinède. L’intérieur de la maison est bien aussi. Le propriétaire est gentil et il nous a conseillé des lieux de visites. Je le recommande.

Gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung und der Umgebung rundum sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Hund hat sich sofort mit den Hündinnen der Nachbarhäuser angefreundet (wir ebenso). Hunde, Katzen und Vogelnest gehörten zum Haus. Im Haus sind mehrere Ferienwohnungen. Es liegt nicht am/ im Ort, sondern ca. 10km von Ghisonaccia entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, wohnt nebenan und reagiert sofort, wenn man etwas braucht (z.B. Hilfe beim Anstellen der Waschmaschine oder Ausflugstipps). Die Wohnung war sauber, die Ausstattung nicht die Neueste, aber alles vorhanden. Gerne wieder!

Ruhig gelegen, Angaben im Inserat nicht ganz richtig

Man könnte den Eindruck bekommen man Mieter ein kleines Häuschen. So ist es nicht. Das Haus ist in drei Wohneinheiten geteilt. Man benötigt mit dem Auto mehr als 10 Min zur nächsten Einkaufmöglichkeit und 20 zum Meer. Bettzeug war vorhanden, Betteäsche nicht. Die Wohnung ist im allgemeinen eher älter und nicht gepflegt. Für mich war es grenzwertig. Die Betten waren durchgelegen und das Bad musste erst mal geputzt werden bevor man es benutzen wollte. Der Vermieter ist allerdings sehr nett und hat viele gute Tipp für Ausflüge. Hunde und Katzen sollte man mögen da die Nachbarstiere alle gerne vorbeikommen. Sie sind alle sehr verträglich und liebenswert. War mit unseren Hundrn kein Problem.
