This loft is located on the 2nd floor without elevator, in a modern building. All windows overlook the courtyard. The apartment has a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a large bar. The lounge serves a hallway that leads to the 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with a double bed and adjoining bathrooms for each, and the last bedroom with 2 single beds and a sink. There is the possibility of using 2 extra single mattresses in the living room for up to 8 people. Although this will be ideal for 6 people. On the other side of the lounge you will find the separate toilet, a laundry area with washer and a third bathroom with shower and bath.There are two televisions, extra large in the living room with all the satellite channels and another in the master suite.Internet wifi is also included.

The loft is located in a very nice neighborhood: supermarket in front of the building, many bars and restaurants on the street, also excellent bakeries and many shops. The metro Jacques Bonsergent is located at 4 minutes on foot, and the Canal Saint Martin is just down the street. Place de la République & Le Haut Marais are located at 7mn walking distance.

Please be advised that you may have to pay an extra fee for late and Sunday/ holiday check-in. The fee structure is as follows:

Monday through Saturday:3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: Free8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: 20 €9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.: 30 €10:30 p.m. to 1:00: 50 €

Sundays and French holidaysuntil 8pm: 30 €8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: 40 €9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.: 50 €10:30 p.m. to 1:00am: 65 €
