We are located at the ski area in the center of Paradiski between La Plagne and Les Arcs in the heart of the resort of COCHES 150m from the ski slopes.

Great location, and great host

This is a great apartment that’s well equipped as per the listing. Don’t forget you’ll need your own towels. The location is great and very central in the village with easy access to the lifts for skiing.

Hôtes vraiment charmants. Nous avons séjourné à 7, l'appartement est divisé sur 2 étages. Très fonctionnel, il est aussi très bien situé par rapport au départ des pistes. Il donne sur la place du village ou on peut trouver tous les commerces à proximité. On recommande

Propriétaire très sympathique

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement de Mr et Mme Tresallet, de très charmante personnes qui nous ont très bien accueilli. Logement très confortable et bien équipé. Nous retiendrons ce logement. Attention cependant pour famille avec jeunes enfants (accès par escalier au 3ème étage) situé sur place des commerces.

Merveilleux séjour!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille aux Coches. L'appartement est bien agencé, spacieux et très bien situé au coeur de la place du village des Coches. Pour les amateurs de ski, une remontée se trouve à quelques minutes à pied ainsi qu'une benne gratuite qui fait les allers-retours avec Montchavin. Les hôtes sont des gens très charmants, gentils et disponibles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Trés bel appartement, bien situé prés des commerces et des pistes. Proprietaires acceuillants

Notre séjour a été très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et toujours disponibles. Le logement est bien situé a coté des commerces et des pistes de ski. Les pièces sont spacieuses et bien agencées. La cuisine est bien équipée. Les salles de bains récemment rénovées. Les 3 étages à gravir nécessitent un peu d'entrainement. Donc nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Fijn appartement. Dicht bij de lift. De eigenaresse had alles heel schoon gemaakt. De keuken was prima uitgerust. Wat een beetje tegenviel was dat we (met alle bagage ) drie verdiepingen op moesten lopen, maar de eigenaar was wel zo aardig om ons daarbij te helpen. Hebben alle dagen de open haard kunnen stoken, gezellig.

In need of modernisation - furniture uncomfortable - hear ALL early (very) morning traffic.

Pros - short distance to/from Plan Bois (with a 'few' lung busting steps to get you warmed up - but ok). Flat is in the main town square so brilliant for shop, bakers, ski hire , pub and restaurants. Warm, relatively a large apartment with Great fire. Fabulously friendly and helpful caretakers from shop below. Cons - 3rd floor flat / no lift - carting your luggage in is a gym challenge in itself but fine on departure !!! The bedrooms are on the side of the main road so every chance you'll be disturbed if there are gritters, early morning deliveries and the usual departure/arrival traffic - be prepared for noise 3am - 7am and then get up for breakfast 🤔. Missed the toaster though ? Sofa - just so disappointingly uncomfortable - so don't expect to lounge by the fire and catch up on reading or your favourite movies after a "tough" day on the slopes ! Table and chairs - functional. Whilst owner kindly asks you to pre-order bed linen no mention of towels is made. Either bring your own, pre-order with the bed linen (now you know!) or the fabulous shop owner caretaker will sort for you. Given the price charged for rent over half-term I would have expected bed linen and towels to be provided without additional charges ? Overall - Not great VFM.

L'appartement est bien situé au cœur des commerces et de la zone de vie des coches. Il est particulièrement bien équipé, en particulier en petit électroménager et électroménager de cuisine. Très bien pour une famille avec 2 enfants + 2 grands parents avec une partie indépendante pour eux avec toilettes et salle de bains, à proximité de leur chambre
