Experience tranquility and beauty for a perfect stay

This gorgeous historic home was located in the perfect spot. It offered great accommodations and amenities for four adults, one 11-year-old child, and our furry friend. We appreciated the simplicity and history of the house. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the porch swing and rockers while listening to the sounds of birds and nature. Our daughter loved playing board games and swinging from the tree. It was a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of life. Mrs. Donna provided excellent communication and instructions and was a wonderful hostess. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful house!

Beautiful house! What a lovely experience to spend two days in a beautiful historic home. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for our two night stay. Donna was so friendly and caring about our needs she also knew a lot about the home and was so informative of places to eat and see. We will definitely be renting again

Why they chose this property

Take a few days to unplug, unwind and rejuvenate in this beautifully decorated historic home. Two porches with rockers and a swing to relax and enjoy a glass of tea or coffee as you just sit and listen and BE. Who couldn't use a few days of that!? We do however, now offer free WiFi so you can still keep in touch with the outside world if you must.

What makes this property unique

The small town of Keachi has many historic homes and churches that can be viewed from the road. Ancient cemeteries draw genealogists and families just wanting to explore and learn more of their family history as well as the Historic women's college, the confederate cemetary, dairy farms and other historic landmarks to view and explore.
