About this property

Welcome to our Beautiful Beach Cottage. This is our private home first time in the vacation market. We are located on a deep-water canal with our own private dock and Jet T. Bring your boat and Jet ski or fish off the dock. Or just float in the canal on one of our floats provided.

You are only a few minutes' walk to a beach access.

You will love our professionally landscaped tropical paradise! We have a beautiful private heated saltwater swimming pool kept at 75 degrees. Our outside space has loungers, a lounge bed and a TIKI Bar. Dining table that seats 6 and a bar that will seat 8. Fun for the entire family! There is a half bath downstairs and an Outdoor Shower.

Our Cottage provides everything needed for your family vacation just bring your swimsuits! We have Pool Floats, Beach Chairs, Coolers, Beach Cart and fishing poles for you to use. We also have 6 bikes for your use to explore the island on.
The Cottage will sleep 9 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, the other two rooms each have Queen Beds. The Sleeping Loft has 2 Twin Beds with a Trundle bed sleeping a total of 3. Kids love the Loft! TVs provided in all bedrooms. We even provide a Pack and Play and Highchair for your young ones.

WE PROVIDE ALL LINENS- No need to bring any. We will provide you with All Bedding, Bath Towels and Beach Towels.

The Cottage has an open living concept with a dining area that will seat 6 and a breakfast bar that will seat 3. There is a 55-inch screen TV in the main living area.

Other amenities include wireless internet, cable tv, games for the kids. You will have use of an outdoor gas grill and a Green EGG perfect for BBQ's. The TIKI Bar has a Ninja Blender to make your favorite frozen drink, Refrigerator and an Outdoor sound System to listen to your favorite Island sounds.
The Outdoor Upper Deck has a lounge area with a couch and rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the palm trees, canal and sunsets.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at the cottage. The tiki bar and pool were spectacular. The outdoor lighting around the pool was beautiful at night! We made so many family memories while staying there. The cottage had everything you needed. Beautifully decorated. Rebecca and Jimmy were amazing host. Jimmy came and cleaned the pool twice while we were there. Rebecca checked on us to see if we needed anything

Amazing property!

Great house!

Fabulous family house on OIB

Spent a week with the cousins at the beach! Rebecca’s property had it all and more! The home had everything we needed, plenty of space a fabulous pool, yard and bar. Dock for fishing and we were able to rent a pontoon boat. We wanted for nothing at this home . Would highly recommend!

Best Beach week

Truly an awesome week with family spent in this cottage! It’s an absolute mini paradise; backyard kept us enticed all week with only 2 trips to the beach…cottage is beautifully decorated, inviting and warm. It has a welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in and that vibe continues to be felt when interacting with Rebecca and Jimmy; excellent line of communication and the responsive action to any inquiry was tremendous. Perfect

10/10 - This home was just perfect for my family. Everything that we needed was available to use. The pool, backyard and bar area were amazing. Lovely canal view - watching the fish from the dock was fascinating. Easy walk to the beach - everything that we might need for the beach there! Rebecca and Jimmy were wonderful hosts and easy to communicate with. Perfect place to relax, enjoy the breeze and unwind. We will be back!

Little Oasis

This is the second year we’ve stayed here. We love it! It meets all our needs. Love the pool especially after a walk/bike on the island. Rebecca is great and easy to contact. She also checked in on us a few times. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach vacation house

We had an incredible week in this perfect beach house…everything you need is there…pool, tiki bar, canal, bicycles. We had a full week of golf, beach walking, cycling and simply spending quality time in this very tastefully decorated home…so pretty and was immaculate! Will definitely consider renting again when we decide to head to OIB again…would highly recommend this house for anyone!

Awesome Place

We had a wonderful time at the Powell’s Place. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was as described. Rebecca and Jimmy were very attentive and accommodating. We fished, brought our kayaks down, swam in the pool, went to the beach. Everything you could want or need is close by. “Jimmyville” is a cool little poolside bar and hangout spot. The weather wasn’t great but we had a great time regardless.

Awesome property

We had a great time and actually only made it to the beach twice. The whole backyard setup with the pool, tiki bar and canal/dock is very comfortable and relaxing. Would highly recommend this property and Rebecca and Jim were awesome to deal with as well. We had a terrific week and will be back!

Lovely!

This beach house has everything a family could need to have a relaxing and stress free vacation! The host provides ample amount of towels (beach and bath), sheets, a pack n play, pool toys/floats, a cooler, chairs, etc. The list could go on and on! Everything was clean and in good condition too. We LOVED the backyard and pool. You almost don’t even need to visit the beach because it’s set up so beautiful. Lastly, the host was very communicative, which we really appreciated during our stay.

Perfect Ocean Isle Getaway

This place was incredible. The kids loved the pool, the moms loved the lounge chairs in the backyard, and the dads, of course, loved Jimmyville the island-themed full bar. House was in amazing shape, the hosts were so responsive and friendly, and we had just about everything we needed for an incredible beach vacation. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for the perfect vacation house.

Annual Family Trip To OIB

We have been vacationing in OIB since I was a child! This home brought our experience to the next level! Everything is there for your enjoyment, you need only pack your suitcase :) From the bikes to the pool to the canal to the golf cart to the beach, topped off with Pizza in the Green Egg, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family and recommend this gorgeous vacation home to everyone! Vacation must

The house was a great tropical feel. Great tiki bar area for the adults while enjoying the pool. The house was very well equipped with all the things needed. Also had bikes, fishing poles and beach equipment to use. The golf cart to rent was very nice to cruse the area and leave the car behind. The Powells kept us up to date on possible flooding that may take place. . We left a wedding band behind and arrangements were made to have it sent to us. One of the best stays we have had.

We are blessed with being able to live on Ocean Isle Beach . Jimmy is a native and has been here for 55 years. Rebecca moved here 18 years ago. We love to travel and decided to share our home with other families so they can enjoy it too.
