Tremolat

Petite maison de vacances paisible, au calme pour se reposer. Décoration un peu trop chargée à mon goût. Une semaine passé avec du mauvais temps donc on n'a pas pu profiter de la piscine.

Très belle région beaucoup d’activités à faire la maison est située dans un village très calme c’est reposant ,les seules points négatifs la piscine n’ai pas chauffée et le propriétaire habitant en face venait tous les jours et ça ,ça a été le gros point négatif du séjour ça nous a pas plus du tous

Terrible

The property was advertised as in the village of Tremolate but it’s actually in Souleve 3k out, pool was filthy and jacuzzi water green, the garden was unkept. The sun beds were far too old and the fridge was terrible and mild on the shower. Lovely owner but I booked through Homerez who confirmed the property was in tRemolate when it was not.

Dommage que le chaleureux accueil ne puisse compenser l'éloignement du bourg (2,6 km) alors que la distance, dans l'annonce comme sur la carte, est de 3 à 400m, bourg où il n'y a aucun commerce (le premier se trouve à 11km), à l'exception d'une boulangerie pas toujours ouverte, Dommage que la belle piscine dispose d'un jacuzzi qui ne fonctionne pas, Dommage que la graisse et la rouille accumulées ne permettent pas d'utiliser le barbecue, Dommage que les deux salles de bain annoncées (confirmées par mail) soient en réalité deux salles d'eau dont une seule se trouve dans la maison principale, la seconde étant dans la maisonnette près de la piscine, Dommage que le salon soit très sombre (pas de fenêtre) Dommage que l'antique petite machine à laver, partiellement rouillée comme le réfrigérateur, n'ait été fonctionnelle qu'au bout de 5 jours, Dommage que le capharnaüm qui règne partout (des centaines de couverts, d'assiettes, de bibelots et d'autres objets) rende impossible un ménage efficace, Dommage, ce pourrait être un petit paradis.

Huisje gevaar voor de gezondheid.

Ik heb via de site van Homeaway.nl een huisje in Tremolat, Frankrijk gehuurd van Homerez. huurperiode van 24-08 tot en met 31-08 dit jaar. Homerez vertegenwoordigt particuliere eigenaars. Bij aankomst op 24-08 bleek dat de toiletten niet doorspoelden. Heb de volgende dag de eigenaar aangesproken die dit nogal laconiek opvatte en met ontstopping middel heeft geprobeerd dit in orde te maken. Dit hielp helemaal niet. Heb zelf de zaak onderzocht. De rioolbuis bleek vol met zand en modder te zitten. De eigenaar heeft op maandag een loodgieter gewaarschuwd, die mijn bevinding onderschreef. Volgens hem was de rioolbuis gebroken en moest de heleboel opgegraven en vervangen worden. Je stond letterlijk tijdens het douchen met de voeten in het riool water. Het filter van het zwembad was ook stuk. Ik heb met een daartoe geëigende test het zwembad water getest en ben mij rot geschrokken. De Ph waarde was enorm hoog, evenals de Chloorwaarde. Bij dergelijke Ph waarden werkt het Chloor niet meer en wordt het zwembad een bacterie bak. De rest van het huisje was ook sterk vervuild en stond vol met rommel van de eigenaren. Op dinsdagochtend 27-08 waren wij genoodzaakt het huisje verlaten en zijn naar huis gegaan. Dit gemeld bij alle betrokkenen. Getracht mijn verhaal bij alle betrokken kwijt te raken en verteld dat dit echt gevaarlijk was. Niemand heeft dit serieus genomen. Sterker, na thuiskomst heb ik een uitgebreide e mail wisseling met de eigenaar gehad, die mij vertelde dat alles binnen een dag weer in orde was. Gezien de te plegen werkzaamheden was dit een onmogelijkheid. Tevens zijn deze problemen niet in een paar dagen ontstaan, maar moeten al langere tijd aanwezig zijn. De eigenaar moet dit geweten hebben. Ik krijg geen geld terug en mijn vakantie is verziekt.Ik maak mij zeer ernstige zorgen over wat kan gebeuren in de toekomst. Heb hier letterlijk slapeloze nachten van. Dit huisje is een gevaar voor de gezondheid en niemand onderneemt actie. Ik persoonlijk denk dat de Franse autoriteiten moeten worden ingelicht en dat zolang de reparaties niet zijn uitgevoerd, dit huisje absoluut niet verhuurd kan worden. Echter gezien alle onzin die de eigenaren beweren, gaan ze er gewoon mee door. De nieuwe huurders zitten er al weer in. Als je geen verstand van zaken hebt, zou het zo maar kunnen dat de zeer slecht doorspoelende toiletten worden geaccepteerd, daar de eigenaar hier een aantal slappe smoezen voor heeft. Verder gaat niet iedereen het zwemwater controleren

Brilliant!

We stayed in this self catering cottage for a week. It was perfect. A lovely big kitchen and dining room, two good sized bedrooms, an excellent shower and an amazing private swimming pool. We would gladly stay here again!
