Superb villa in gated Louisiana Park.
Can accommodate 6 people in great comfort, it is 800 meters from the beach of Anchorage, and 4 minutes drive from the center of San Francisco.
Prime complimentary breakfast, fruit basket and little punch to welcome you
 The villa has beautiful areas:
 A large living room, open to the outside, overlooking the terrace and 6 sunbeds and the pool.
It is furnished with a sofa and armchairs, and a table and chairs.
This one-storey house and has 6 beds:
With a room on the 1st and double bed, air conditioning, mosquito net and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer.
And two air-conditioned rooms equipped with mosquito nets on the ground floor, with two single beds each, and a bathroom equipped with a shower.
NB: Bedding is made up of hotel beds, hotel quality linens and cotton percale.

The habitat includes a kitchen.
It has a large fridge, ceramic hobs, two ovens (including a microwave), a washing machine dishes. Also available are many small appliances such as a toaster, coffee maker and a classic Dolce Gusto, etc.

The villa is ideal for families, TV, washing machine, dryer, Weber BBQ are available during your stay. Alexandra villa is connected! You have everywhere access to the internet through wifi.
Note that all windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Une superbe villa idéale pour profiter de la Guadeloupe
Une superbe villa très bien équipée, au calme, propre. Un très bon accueil et une gérance de très bon niveau. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur prévenance de chaque instant. Un seul petit inconvénient: il n’est pas aisé de se rendre au bord de mer à pieds et il est donc préférable d’être motorisé pour accéder aux superbes plages de Saint François à 5 minutes environ en voiture et où les possibilités de parking sont nombreuses et gratuites.

Voyage de 2 semaines en famille en décembre 2022
Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants (16-13-9 ans) Belle maison comfortable, spacieuse. Bien entretenue, espace extérieur magnifique. Belle piscine. Lits assez confortables. Le centre de st François ( commerce - épicerie - boulangerie- pharmacie ) est à 8 minutes en voiture. La plage des raisins clairs est à 5 minutes en voiture ( accessible à pieds mais chemin rocailleux, environ 15 minutes de marche et il faut marcher encore pour accéder à l’endroit de baignade) Il faut absolument une voiture pour se déplacer en Guadeloupe. Important de se renseigner concernant les indicatifs avant l’arrivée pour pouvoir faire des appels. Les sites internets des commerces … ne sont pas a jours. Ne pas se fier aux indications pour les heures d’ouverture. la maison est équipée de grandes portes coulissantes, il n’y a pas de moustiquaire donc beaucoup de moustique dans l’air de vie commune . Très important d’avoir du chasse moustique. Les lits ont des filets donc la nuit ça va. La climatisation est dans les chambres et non l’aire commune. Fonctionne très bien et silencieuse. La chambre au première étage n’est pas fermée. Les 2 chambres au rez de chaussée sont fermées. Merci à Chantal pour son accueil et pour sa disponibilité. En espérant revenir !

Very nice villa about 2.5 km from StFrancois.
This 3-bedroom (BR) villa is located in a peaceful surrounding, area restricted by a gate to the road (150m). Al least as nice than impression from the pictures. Small private pool with sunbeds. Pool/terrace which is rather well protected from wind (which we experienced only little). Well equipped kitchen and spacious dining/living area open to the pool. AC in bedrooms. BR with WC+Shower on 2nd floor, Shower in both BR downstairs, with 1 separate WC. Car needed for transportation (e.g to beach, bakery, grocery store, StFrancois) but this is mostly the case in Guadeloupe anyway. Beach (Raisin Clairs in St Francois) at 2 km, can also be reached by foot. Good restaurants a 1.5 km (Chez Christine, Les Freres de la Cote). Lesly met as at the villa on arrival and was punctual at our departure. Responded immediately to a couple of small requests and was also flexible when possible. Be prepared for overnight (i.e 6pm-7am; occured 3 times in 2 weeks) break in water supply, but this is due to (planned) restrictions in water consumption in Guadeloupe and no fault of the owner or Lesly. If the inhabitants and restaurants can cope, so should you. We had a fabulous vacation in Guadeloupe and this villa (stayed 11 nights) did not disappoint.

Beautiful Villa
Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) stayed here for 8 nights. Positive comments: the host Eve who met us speaks English and was always available to answer questions; the Villa and private pool are very clean and well maintained; the layout is great (all 3 bedrooms have their own shower); the five panels between the living area and the deck outside can be opened with a single button; the Villa is located in a gated community; there's an outdoor gas BBQ grill. Due to rationing, all water supply is turned off two nights per week, but this Villa has an outdoor/pool shower that still works during those times. Constructive comments: the water in the pool was chilly; we thought it would be easier/closer to walk to the ocean, but it's across the road and down a hill into another gated community, so we never actually walked to the water from our Villa. We highly recommend this Villa.

Villa très agréable
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa assez spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié l’ouverture à l’extérieur de la pièce de vie et les chambres équipées chacune de leur salle de douche, d’une moustiquaire et de la clim. La piscine n’est pas très grande mais largement suffisante pour se rafraîchir. Seul bémol, une coupure d’eau en fin de journée jusqu’au lendemain matin mais qui n’est pas du fait de son propriétaire.
