The space is located up one flight of steps on the second floor. The building is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring Street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional unit in the complex that are also available to book.

You will have access to your own private condo and personal electronic entry!

This property is located on the second floor, up one flight of steps, directly above Charleston's newest Spanish Tapas Restaurant, Estadio. This is a great amenity for our property but it is important to note Estadio is open from 5pm-10pm Tuesday-Saturday and some noise from the restaurant may be heard during that time.

Beautiful apartment & great location! Highly recommend!

Loved it! Lovely second floor sunlit apartment with charming modern decor. We had plenty of space to eat and hang out in the kitchen/main room, plus two comfortable bedrooms with fantastic bathrooms. We had a unit facing the street, but no noise concerns. Easy walk to an adorable coffee shop. Wanted to have dinner at the downstairs tapas restaurant, but ran out of time. Appreciate the responsiveness of the owner when someone parked in the space I reserved. For anyone who happens to be in Charleston visiting someone in the MUSC hospital, this is a very convenient location. My only small ask would be to give an extra dishwasher detergent tab or two based on length of stay. Would love to return here sometime and will recommend to my friends and family!

Very Nice Condo!

The condo was very nice and super clean. The space was very well appointed and had great lighting and function. “Good vibe”. Check in & out was super easy. A few negatives: the location is very close to the college which can be challenging when trying to get around town. Although the condo is in a safe neighborhood, I would not recommend going out at night on foot. A block or two over can be a little dicey. Next, the condo is over a restaurant and which can be a bit noisy in the early evening hours, however they quite way down around 9:00/10:00 pm. Other than that, great stay, we highly recommend!

Beautiful, bright condo!

Loved our stay here. Perfect for two couples. Impeccably clean and bright - all windows! We had never stayed in this part of Charleston and we loved it! Loved the neighborhood and really not too far from down town.

Great location

We came with our daughter for a visit to the college of Charleston. It was so convenient, we could walk everywhere. We like to walk and be outside. The place is amazing! Very clean, everything seemed brand new.

Beautiful Charleston

This property was very clean and updated. Everything we need was supplied. It was a little bit of a walk to get to King Street and to the historic area but the Uber rides were very reasonable from this property. In fact we rented a car and really wouldn’t have needed it if we just stayed in the downtown area. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice, but ….

Very nice property, conveniently located. However, because the kitchen is well stocked with both necessary and nice-to-have items, there is almost no room for food. If you plan on staying for any length of time, and making your own meals, bear this in mind. Also, previous reviews mentioned that the noise from the restaurant below didn’t last past 10:00pm, for us it did. That may not be an issue for a younger group but for those of us “seniors” is was more bothersome. However, for food and drink, the restaurant was fun and full of energy.

Charleston Family Getaway

The apartment was beautiful. Exactly as advertised. It was impecably clean and the amenities made the stay very convenient (washer/dryer, coffee maker, sound machine, etc). The staff answered any need we had quickly and effectively. Everyone we spoke to was lovely. The booking did mention we were above a restaurant so I booked with that in mind but I didn’t expect it to be quite so loud- the doors of the restaurant were opened, people were spilling into the alleyway and the base kept our infant up until the restaurant closed around 10. That only happened 1 night of our stay. All other nights were pretty quiet. Other than that, the location was great. Close to everything and didn’t need to Uber once. Just keep in mind you’re on a busy road and the restaurant can get quite loud (when they're open).

Beautiful Corporate Condo

This condo was quite nicely designed and decorated. Modern kitchen and baths. Beautiful light in the front room. Beds were comfortable. Ample closet space. These were all good points. But, there were a few small negatives. The lighting once the sun went down was terrible. Edison bulbs in the kitchen shining through clear glass shade. We covered it with a towel. Same with the lamp in the living room. Minor yet annoying. The pots and pans provided were beyond inadequate. They were probably once very nice, but now are dirty and ick. The spatula was melted but still in the utensil drawer. We killed a cockroach our first night. (Not unusual in SC but, really). The whole selection of everything involving dining was not well thought out. Humongous plastic glasses, or smaller milk glasses and stemless wine glasses. Nice silverware selection. Water release on fridge squirts water on the floor and I had to clean the spout properly before I could use it. It had grunge on it. Everything about this condo lacked a personal touch. The table was a high-top height, the chairs were counter height. No one took the time to adjust the table. We did. The TV was mounted on the wall by a stand that was made to be adjustable for viewing in the main room or toward the kitchen. It was wired closed with the cable box setting haphazardly on top of the mounting behind the TV. Everything about this condo says corporate money venture not a "vacation rental by owner."
