Cozy half-timbered house with room for everyone

Ground floor a very large living room with 2 large dining tables and a separate lounge area with TV and a dart board. Very spacious kitchen with cooking island, plenty of cupboard space, 2 fridges and fully equipped (including many spices). The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms with a total of 16 beds and 2 large bathrooms and 2 toilets. The 2nd floor 3 bedrooms with a total of 10 sleeping places and 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. At the rear a large parking area with a carport of 6 by 6 meters and at the front a large sunny south-facing terrace with 2 picnic tables, seats with a parasol, and a large veranda. The location is very quiet and yet within walking distance of the many restaurants and all sporting possibilities that can be done in this spa, including indoor swimming paradise, indoor children's play paradise, tennis, bowling, outdoor swimming lake, cycling, hiking, skiing, tobogganing, pedalos , bird of prey park, fairy tale forest, mini golf, children's playgrounds and regularly we have a deer in the back garden.

Es war alles super, wir wurden sehr lieb und freundlich empfangen. Es fehlte an nichts, alles war perfekt vorbereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Tolle Tage in einem tollen Haus
Wir möchten uns bedanken. Die Räume, Aufteilung mit den Betten, die Anzahl an Bädern und Toiletten ist perfekt um sich mit der ganzen Familie zusammen zu finden und eine unvergessliche Zeit zu verbringen. Ein Lob auch für Sauberkeit, die nette Betreuung und die umfangreiche Ausstattung. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Haus mit ausreichend Schlafplätzen, sehr sauber, große Küche mit ausreichend Inventar. Leider ist die Heizung bei Kälte nicht ausreichend.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, man hat alles, was man braucht, auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann sich dort sehr wohlfühlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit :)

Großes Ferienhaus in Naturnähe
Wir haben uns im Haus mit seinen vielen, große Zimmern und Bädern wohlgefühlt und den Platz genossen. Mit seiner Lage direkt am Stadtrand konnten wir unsere Wanderung unkompliziert beginnen. Das war ideal. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Leider funktionierten die Kaffeemaschinen nicht richtig. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Die Unterkunft war ideal für unsere Gruppe mit 8 Erwachsenen und 11 Kindern. Alles war sauber und die Villa bot unten einen schönen Aufenthaltsbereich in dem man abends schön zusammen sitzen konnte.

Für unseren Zweck war das Haus ideal. Seit einigen Jahren unternehmen wir im Schulfreundeskreis jedes Jahr ein Wochenende. Hier hatten wir mehr als genug Platz, es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Klar alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber Charme. Wir waren Ende Sommer hier, kann mir aber durchaus vorstellen, wenn es in die dunkle Jahreszeit geht, sind die Lampen im Aufenthaltsraum durchaus dunkel. Vielen Dank, dass wir hier sein durften, die Kommunikation war immer freundlich und kompetent.

Alles super! Für etwas größere Gruppen, die nicht unbedingt den Anspruch auf Super Luxus haben, ein ideales und Preiswertes Haus. Alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Kann man nicht weiter empfelen
Schönes altes Fachwerkhaus, mann könnte sich da sehr wohl fühlen....wenn es gepflegt wäre. Im Haus klebt alles...Grundreinigung dringend notwendig, Küche alles durcheinander, Chaos. Garten und Terrasse total ungepflegt.... Schade um das ganze Objekt.

Perfekt für unser Familientreffen
Wir hatten das Haus für unser alljährliches Familientreffen über Pfingsten mit 22 Personen, darunter 14 Kinder von Baby bis Teenageralter, aus allen Richtungen in Deutschland gebucht. Für diesen Zweck war das Haus mit der großen sehr gut ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsküche, dem riesigen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit zwei großen Esstischen und einer gemütlichen Wohnzimmerecke mit Spielen und der Terrasse perfekt. Ein Schlafzimmer besteht nur aus mehreren Etagenbetten, das war als Kinderschlafraum perfekt. So war es auch kein Problem, die Familien auf die restlichen Zimmer zu verteilen. Wenn das Haus für nächstes Jahr Pfingsten nicht schon vergeben wäre, würden wir wahrscheinlich gleich wieder kommen.
