Pool Status: The pool is currently closed and will re-open in May 2025. Our heated 16ft x 32ft saltwater pool, featuring an auto-cover for safety, will be open from Memorial Weekend through the end of September. *Earlier/longer weather permitting, with additional cleaning and heating fees will apply.

Location: Nestled on the lake side of Red Arrow Highway within the prestigious Stones Throw Association, this newly constructed, luxurious farmhouse-style home in Union Pier offers 3,500 sq. ft. of space, designed with entertainment in mind.

• Bedrooms/Baths: 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 16 guests (all in beds, no air mattresses or futons).
• Open Living Area: A combined kitchen, living, and dining space with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a professional-grade kitchen with quartz countertops, a 64” refrigerator, and a large island.
• Outdoor Space: A massive covered porch perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing, equipped with a gas grill. The private pool is nearby for ultimate summer enjoyment, and there’s a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.
• Parking: A spacious driveway with parking for up to 8 cars.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed with attached bath (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, daybed (sleeps 2-3)
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, daybed with trundle (sleeps 2-4)

2nd Floor:

• Bedroom 4: The ultimate adult bunk room with 4 queen beds, featuring 2 downstairs and 2 in a loft area (sleeps 8).
• Bonus Room: Located just off the 2nd living room/game room, complete with a TV, ping pong table, kids’ play area, and a full bathroom.

Girls weekend away!

We recently stayed at this incredible house for a girls' weekend, and it exceeded all our expectations! The living spaces are large and open, perfect for our group to relax, hang out, and enjoy each other's company. The cozy bedrooms were just what we needed after a fun-filled day, offering plenty of comfort and space for everyone. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub – we spent lots of time unwinding and chatting. The location is also fantastic, with everything we needed just a short distance away. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Perfect Home for Getaway

The home’s location and layout were perfect for a winter getaway. While it’s not pool or beach season, the hot tub and open layout for group dinners and games (as well as the game room for a kids hangout space) were fantastic for catching up with family friends.

Great House

We had a good time here, everything we needed was provided. The pool and hot tub were nice, the kids spent most of their time in the pool. We stayed at the house all three days, our family was happy to be together and we didn't need to go anywhere. Right after we booked the house a close family member passed away so it was the first time we were together since her funeral. It was good to reminisce about the good times and this was a great place to do that and still have a lot of fun. Since we ate all our meals at the house it was so nice to have a well appointed kitchen. We brought everything we thought we would need but the house had it all!

Great Stay!

Our family had a really nice stay and a great vacation here. The home is beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The beds are also extremely comfortable! Awesome outside amenities too with the deck, pool and hot tub. The location is also very nice, you’re in the middle of both tourist towns. A must stay!

Fabulous and Luxurious Property in Union Pier

Beautiful and luxurious home in Union Pier. Spacious home with top of the line appliances and great decor. We had a great week with family. Outdoor spaces were amazing - great pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating and eating areas. The outdoor dining and sitting areas are protected from rain so even on a rainy day you can enjoy an al fresco dinner and sit outside listening to the rain on a summer afternoon. Paul and Goda were amazing hosts. The house if fully and beautfully stocked with beach towels, bath towels, linens, pots, pans, plates, etc. NOTHING was missing. I cannot recommend this home enough. Worth every penny for a great week with family.

The house was perfectly accommodating. The house is beautiful, the kids loved the upstairs and the pool, we all had so much fun and would love to go back again! The owners are super responsive and willing to help with any needs at the house. We miss Michigan already!

Amazing Thanksgiving Experience

Our family rented this home to celebrate and it was perfect. The open concept had an amazing kitchen that opened up to a great room that was just right for watching football with the family. Bedrooms were top notch and plenty of privacy for everyone. Can’t wait to rent in the summer so we can use the pool!!!

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend

The property was great with terrific amenities, fully stocked, and ready to enjoy. We walked across the street to Timothy’s for a great meal and other cute places were in the area. We never walked to the beach but it was close enough ( very short drive) . We had plenty of beach towels! Loved the Kitchen! The house was really amazing. Anne

Family gathering in Union Pier

Wonderful home in Union Pier. Perfect space for our multi-generational family gathering, offering several areas indoor and out for us to relax, cook (spacious and well appointed kitchen), play games, enjoy the pool/hot tub…the list goes on and on. Beautiful neighborhood, and well situated to take a walk or short drive to local shops, restaurants and beaches. Goda was a fantastic host, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would love to stay here again when we are in the area!

Perfect family escape!

We enjoyed this property very much! The kitchen was huge and well stocked. We had such wonderful times cooking and eating together. The kids loved the heated pool and ping pong table. The adults soaked in the hot tub with bubbly and basked in the “forest-y” surroundings. The owners were very quick to respond when we reached out with questions. Overall a delightful stay.

Another wonderful stay

This was our second stay at this great house! This time we brought a group of 5 and it worked out perfectly. I've personally decided that the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and we had everything we needed for all of our meals and food prep. The property managers were communicative and attentive and everything is just as advertised. Can't recommend it high enough!
