Lakehouse Retreat with dock, paddle boat, canoe & kayaks!

Come make your own family memories at our family lake house! This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house is located on Lake Hartwell. Enjoy our Large Dock with boat slip, Kayaks, Canoe, Paddle boat & Hot tub. You will have some of the best views on the lake. Come watch the sunset over the lake on Sunset lane! We are within walking distance to JARRET BOAT RAMP which has parking area. Our driveway is large enough for vehicles and your boat trailer as well.

This house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has queen bed with private bathroom with shower. The middle bedroom has queen bed. The bunk room has 2 sets of 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). Bathroom with tub/shower combo is between the bedrooms. The den has a comfy leather couch with recliners & love seat that does not recline. The kitchen table seats 6 and there are 4 bar stools at the bar. There is a table with 6 chairs on the screened porch plus a small table with 4 chairs.

There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom and the den. WE HAVE STREAMING & HIGH SPEED INTERNET, we do not have cable TV. We subscribe to ROKU channel and PureFlix for movies. You can sign in to your own apps to watch on the TVs. At Roku Home Screen choose 'Live TV' for local news channels.

This property is just a short drive to local attractions. We are 20 minutes outside of Anderson, about 30 minutes from Clemson, 20 minutes from Hartwell GA, and 50 minutes from down town Greenville SC.

Perfect for fishing tournaments. Cindy is so nice and easy to communicate with. Check in was easy. Plenty of room for boats with trailers. The hot tub was a plus for the kiddos. Will definitely stay again

Relaxing getaway

Being right on the water made for beautiful views all day. The hot tub was nice. Everything was clean. Plenty of amenities. Easy access to town for groceries and restaurants

Displaced due to hurricane Helene…

Cindy was wonderful! I had a last minute, emergency housing scramble due to the hurricane…Cindy was quick to communicate and open up her home for me… she allowed an early check in, which was greatly appreciated, and even worked with me on a ‘no pet-policy’… during an extremely stressful time in my life, she made things a lot smoother for me… her place was very clean, quiet and peaceful… it was a beautiful spot on the lake with lots of lake toys… the yard was spacious and private and filled with deer!! Just what i needed while i recharged my ‘battery’…. Thank you Cindy for a wonderful stay!

Nice and relaxing getaway

So many great things to say about this place. They had a little bit for everyone to do. We rented this place for my birthday weekend to celebrate and bring our boat. We were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed the covered boat dock! The house was spacious and had everything labeled and easy to find. We found a spot in the water to anchor the boat and get in the water. Suggest bringing water shoes if you get in the water off the property that was fun too. Literally have great things to say! Would for sure rent again! Just a side note I would not recommend “the local pub and eatery” we were there for 2.5 hours with terrible food and serve! However we did find the Public well cafe and pizza hands down fantastic atmosphere and great prices family owned.

I didn’t like owner coming to property while we were there. She came 3 times, 2 times to water the yard flowers. And one more time to mow a very small patch of grass, about the size of 2 cars. I felt like we were being watched. Also you can not eat the fish in this lake. We did notice a catfish had a big sore on them. This makes you question swimming here.

Family vacation and fishing trip

Was a perfect spot to stay while the boys were fishing a tournament. The lake was great to swim in and the game room at the house had plenty of things to do also.

House was super clean, great location, Super Host Cindy. House was well stocked and super clean. Game room was great. fish cleaning table on dock was stupendous. We caught a lot of fish. Boat launch was a really short walk.

Lakehouse retreat

Beautiful lakefront property. It was just 3 of us and we used every inch of the outside property and especially loved the game room! Its like having your own private beach and waterfront as you just step outside! The host was so gracious and very accessible if you have questions. Good spiritual vibes as well! Loved it

Relaxing and Enjoyable!

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Cindy's place for 4 nights! We loved the lake views, kayaks, hot tub, game room, fire pit, and the wildlife! (deer, birds, geese, and ducks) We also loved how everything was labeled and furnished. The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Overall it was a great place to stay on Lake Hartwell! Thanks for sharing your place!

Perfect

This was one of the best places I've ever stayed with VRBO. The owner had everything super organized, labeled and as well stocked as any place you would want to stay. The property is a beautiful lakefront setting and the house has windows that let you see the beauty of the lake. There were deer to watch and birds galore at the feeders hanging outside. The beautiful deck with decorative lighting and screened porch were an added bonus. Since we are senior citizens, we did not take advantage of everything there that was offered. This would be perfect for a family with young kids, teenagers or young adults. A complete two-car garage full of games, a paddle boat in the lake, and an area for a campfire made it really ideal. The open kitchen dining room and living room made it most comfortable for lots of people to sit around, eat and fellowship. Can't say enough good things about this VRBO. Thank you Cindy!

Great escape and adventure hunting

Everything was wonderful. Our only issue was not having access to any local TV to learn a bit more about the area or see local news. ROKU is not user friendly like that. thanks for a nice get away
