Gorgeous 5 bedroom Bayfront House in Fenwick Island! Beach Town, Waterfront, Kayaks, WIFI, Outdoor Space!

Beautiful, Coastal style, 5-bedroom, 4 bath home with breathtaking views of the bay. This home is located just a short walk to the ocean, with great restaurants and shopping. Escape and relax on one of several decks as you soak in the water views while having coffee, a meal, or your favorite glass at 5 O'clock. This home offers a backyard beach patio area, making it easy to drop your raft or kayak in the water. Kayaks and a SUP board along with beach chairs and sand toys are also available.

Take the stairs or the elevator through the garage to the first floor of living where you will find a washer and dryer, a kitchenette, and three bedrooms; a primary suite, a bunk bedroom with a full bed as well which is a change from last year, and a third room with 2 twins that are set up as a kind bed. The primary bedroom on the first floor offers an accessible bathroom with a wide doorway, easy-access shower, and grab rails for the toilet. There is also a separate entrance with a private screened deck. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. A second primary suite with a king bed and a 5th bedroom with a queen bed and full bath on the 3rd floor. The living space offers an open floor plan with a living room, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and large deck. Feel free to tie up your pontoon boat or kayaks on the dock at the boathouse.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Incredible Property
We LOVE LOVE this property. It was beautifully appointed. Fully stocked. Incredible views. Extremely clean!!! Having the elevator was a plus for bringing groceries in and helping my elderly mother navigate the stairs. We would have loved to have had a few bikes but took great walks so didn’t mind not having them. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We had so much great family time, especially on the rear balcony. Sunsets were amazing!!! It has become our new happy place! We would highly recommend this property to anyone and will rent it again in the future w/o hesitation. High marks all around!!!

Bay Front Fenwick

Our families absolutely loved your beautiful home. As soon as we arrived, everyone said how the house was even better looking in person than online. We had many great memories in just a few short days - from watching the sunset on the balcony, to relaxing on the sand in the afternoon, to relaxing in the common area to celebrate two belated birthdays. Your home is the perfect beach getaway. We’re already talking about hoping to rent from you again next year – perhaps making the trip to Fenwick Island an annual tradition. Tasteful, comfortable, and OH THE VIEWS!
As others mentioned, the house sits on the bay side, so the sunsets are fabulous. The kitchen has everything you need when it comes to amenities. There are multiple fridges to fit all your food and refreshments. Getting kayaks into the bay is easy via the beach. We arrived for our week of "remote remote" working to find the house extremely clean. It seems relatively newly built, but still...it was basically spotless. The main area has a great modern layout where you can gather around someone cooking or you can pivot to watch TV while sipping your beverage.

Beautiful Home but not the best experience
The property had a lovely view and was new and clean. However, one of the TVs did not work and could not be fixed timely. We were also given the wrong keys at check-in and it took a while to get the garage code. The Property Manager though did try react quickly in all circumstances, just a little frustrating.

NYE getaway
With last minute reservations, the property manager made reserving and checking in easy and convenient. This property was absolutely beautiful with a great view, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for all. 10/10 recommend. We had a great time in this beautiful home!

I took my family -nine adults and two children (6 and 8) there for Christmas 2020. From the photos, I noticed that the dining table only seats six, and addressed the matter with the realtor, Mario. Although a foldable table was provided for a proper sit down Christmas meal for eleven, I was assured that the property owner was in the process of acquiring a bigger dining table. Other than this, the property was impeccably clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishware. And having an elevator was a great plus! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy beauty and comfort by the water.

Bay Front Fenwick
Beautiful home, well-equipped and comfortable. My husband and I, our three grown children and their spouses, and our new grandson stayed and enjoyed this lovely house. The large porch was our usual landing spot, especially when the sun set. Since we brought kayaks, whether we wished to paddle on the bay or laze on the beach, either was a convenient option. I wonderful family vacation!

Better than expected! Kitchen well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Gas grill was a plus. Lots of beach chairs, we wouldn't have needed to pack any. Great access to bay with nice sandy area. Plenty of sand toys for little ones.

Absolutely beautiful views
We were there for the first week of October, and it was the perfect time of year! Such beautiful, serene views from the deck. The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen is great, and very well appointed. Having the kitchenette was perfect for everyone on that level. Everything in the master suite is HUGE. There is even a piano in the kitchen. The elevator is a blessing. The only issues: (1) the trundle bed is not the type that pops up to form a king bed, it is just a mattress that can slide out from under the bed and be on the floor. (2) No garage door remotes or access codes are given, and the only key entry is on the 2nd level. This meant that someone had to go in, then go down to the ground level to let in our person that needed the elevator. Overall-- we would stay there again, GLADLY!!!
