Our B&B is an *experience* and not just a place to spend the night. Situated in the coveted hood of Multnomah Village, this is a romantic garden cottage style diamond. Here, you will feel like royalty sleeping in the carved mahogany four poster bed, embraced by an incredible mattress, and surrounded by a designer state of the art bed colors, designer prints and toss pillows. You will find a gorgeous, top notch tiled bathroom, a modern beautiful fully stocked up kitchen and many delightful surprises...

The space

Looking for a unique romantic gateway? you found it!
This beautiful meticulously super clean garden cottage is designed to make you feel like royalty; cozy, relaxed and pampered. The bed is our crown jewel. Stunning, royal and incredible, it will make for an unforgettable experience. Attractive living room with gorgeous artwork by a local artist, modern top notch quality kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Fully tiled bathroom has an awesome towel warmer for the ultimate pampering experience.
To make your experience complete, we are offering this free gift:
Up to three great bikes (2 for men, 1 for women), pending availability, complete with helmets, which you can use to explore Portland, with its very friendly bike routes.
note: bikes will be in storage in the winter (Nov till Apr).

Guest access

This garden cottage is located at a private backyard, where you can use the sitting area on the back deck, and will soon be able to enjoy a world class pond, along with luxurious hanging lounger chairs.
When you make your reservation we will give you the code to the door keypad. You can independently check-in any time you want!

Your bed! You are going to love the luxury deep feel, fall asleep effortlessly, and wish you could stay in bed the whole day and watch movies on the large screen TV! You will also love to know that your mattress is made responsibly, eliminating any damage to the environment.
It is using CertiPUR-US Certified Polyurethane Foams.

We really appreciated having cookware and some oil, salt and pepper. In fact it had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. Lots of things within walking distance. distance

Cheerful, restful, creative place!

We stayed for six nights and loved the decor, the garden, the privacy, the bed, and the quiet. Our host Elie was very thoughtful and communicated well with us. The location is great. We had work to do and the WIFI connection was inconsistent. That was disappointing. I'm sure Elie can fix this. And if you don't have pressing work, it's not a problem. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing and restful

I was looking for a little getaway in my city and this fit the bill perfectly. The studio is conformable, cozy, and well-equipped. Elie is incredibly friendly and a lovely host. The garden was ideal for quiet reading - I highly recommend this location for anyone traveling alone or with a plus one.

Cozy and Diffrent

The place was nice and very serene. However, the host seem to be lurking. The yard when we arrived, actually, the whole time we were there. It was a bit uncomfortable, so we close the binds and did not go outside. Also, the ADS said that there was a hot tub spa, which there was not If these things were there and the host kept to himself, it would have been a very nice visit. Just being honest

Visiting the grands

The privacy, quiet, lovely space is only a mile from our family. We hadn’t seen our grandchildren for over a year. It was a perfect location for a great time. We’ll be back!

Double-booked!!!

Despite booking and paying for our stay in full 3 months prior to our reserved dates AND receiving a welcome email with the key lock passcode on the morning of our arrival, my family and I arrived at 5 pm on a Sunday to find the property was double-booked, with other guests’ belongings inside the home! I called the owner’s number & the voicemail said he was out of town & to call his co-host for any problems, which I did. She said she was sorry for the mixup and that the current guests had asked for an extended stay! Really!! I was very upset and angry that this happened. We then had to find other lodging for the next 2 nights at the last minute. I asked for a full refund ASAP & she said she would let the owner know. I had to send messages & make phone calls over the next 5 days & did not receive a full refund until 8 days later! That should have been taken care of immediately! I would not recommend renting property from Elie Bulka at all!!!

Peaceful stay in the Portland area

We enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was private, peaceful, and quiet with plenty of street parking. The place was spacious and clean. The only issues we had were with the Wi-Fi and the bikes. The Wi-Fi router is old and could use replacement as it uses an outdated security protocol. We had trouble connecting to it because our phones did not like the weak security, but the tv was able to stream Netflix just fine. The bikes seemed to be in good condition, but we didn’t take them out because we didn’t know the code for the bike locks and didn’t want to leave them unlocked outside the backyard. Overall, we enjoyed the place and the peaceful backyard area and had a great time in Portland!
