Perfect for an extended stay!

Great place to stay for csu visits

I stayed here overnight when I brought my dog to the csu vet hospital. The location was great and communication with Stacey was very good—she accommodated all our needs and even let us check in early!

2nd time staying here

We had to make a sudden trip to come to town for a funeral. We had stayed at this location back in July and were so happy with it, I booked a second stay here. Just like the first time, it was perfect!!! The units are always clean and very comfortable. Very easy to get to anywhere in town as it is centrally located. The host is extremely nice and very responsive!! I highly recommend staying here if you are in town!!!

Memory Lane in Fort Colins

We stayed here four years ago, so it was like coming home. We lived in Ft Collins from 1968 -1972 and like to visit from Texas when we can. The location was so convenient for traveling in Ft Collins. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well stocked, inviting, and just what we needed for our stay. Will hopefully be able to stay here again

Very quiet stay , loved it

Stacy was amazing . The place was clean , quiet , and everything as described. Lots of parking. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t already provided. Well worth the money , had a great time with family and grandkids for my bday and Father’s Day. When we come back to Fort Collins we will definitely stay here again . Again thank you Stacy for a fantastic place !!!!!

Stacy has a great property and it is extremely clean! We enjoyed our stay. As someone not familiar with Fort Collins- it was not walkable to Old Town but it was an easy, quick Uber to get there

Quick and Easy

We were only there for a quick stay but check-in was easy enough. There was a bit of a hefty cleaning fee and yet we were requested to clean all of our own dishes (no dishwasher), take out all of the trash, and strip our beds and towels. They also charged us an additional $75 for a noon checkout because of the "cleaners." Otherwise, no complaints.

Beautiful home and fit the description to a T.

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. Only concern was that there was a big snow (20+) inches and 12 hours later no one had come to shovel us out...was hard getting my 4 wheel drive vehicle out of the driveway...but we still had a great stay!

Nice place

This was clean and nice and we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t realize it was a duplex but that didn’t really matter. It was clean and the shower was good. It would be nice if a ceiling fan would be in the bedroom(s) as we are used to that. We would stay there again. Thank you!

Fabulous Accomodation

This 2 BDRM unit is in a great neighborhood, was extremely clean with comfortable beds. The cruiser bikes are in excellent condition and we had a blast cruising around the city. Stacy & team pay attention to details, kitchen is well equipped and they even provide moisturizing shampoo and soap to ease you into the dry CO climate. Highly recommend!

The overall property was very cheaply done. The worst part was the bathroom with the entire side of the tub cracked and dirty walls and dirty vents. The bed creaked like crazy every time we turned over. I guess you get what you pay for. Location was good

Great location, lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy. The place was within 10 minutes of everything in Fort Collins it seemed. Only 20 minutes from Horsetooth Reservoir and 1.5 hours from Rocky Mountain National Park! Plenty of kitchen utensils and accessories which was helpful, and laundry in the unit was a great addition. We enjoyed that the TV had Netflix. Everything worked properly. I would say the floors could use a more thorough cleaning. Other than that, everything was just lovely!

A Visit to see our Daughter!

Our daughter attends CSU and we wanted to stay in a comfortable home that allowed our pets and was close to campus. This property was perfect! We were able to check in early and the place fit our family perfect. It was very clean and close to everything. Beds were extremely comfortable and there is a large television in the family area. We were able to relax all together and be comfortable for the weekend. We will definitely return to this property again. Thank you so much!
