Welcome to the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine. 24 Sevilla is an iconic property dating back to 1900, where antique charm meets modern convenience and tasteful renovation. The house boasts a true chef s kitchen with all high-end appliances and large walk-in pantry, and a sun room adorned with all teak furniture and loads of Florida sunshine. The family and dining room each have a gas log fireplace for those rare but welcome chilly evenings, and the family room includes a 60" flat screen TV.

Open the back door and you walk onto a patio with high quality, cushioned, outdoor furniture and a fire pit. Just steps away are two built-in outdoor grills and a large dining table to enjoy your meals outdoors, all surrounded by a lush garden including a grapefruit tree and papaya plant. Wonderful house and location!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in St. Augustine! The property itself was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The owners have done a wonderful job of furnishing and decorating the space, making it feel like a true home away from home. And the location was incredible! We were just a couple of blocks from the heart of downtown St. Augustine, which made it easy to explore all the historic charm and attractions the city has to offer. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and landmarks, and the quiet neighborhood streets made for a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base in St. Augustine.

Perfect location

We were in St Augustine for our niece’s wedding. The house was in a perfect location as she was married in the Basilica and we were able to walk. We loved being so close to the quaint downtown shopping are. The house was beautiful.

Perfect location

Perfectly located for walking to shops and restaurants. 6 adults stayed very comfortably for our niece's wedding . Outside patio is a great place to hang out by the fire or cook out on the grill. We Did it all ! Well appointed kitchen with everything you need and more. Great place to stay.

This is the Jewel of St.Augustine

So perfect I wish it was a secret

This property is as great as it looks. THE LOCATION! We loved having high quality appliances, including barbecue grill, plus a garage, fully stocked with kitchen appliances and plenty of towels. Sheila was quick to respond the few times we needed to reach out during our month long stay. After hearing some unhappy ‘homeshare site’ stories, we have nothing but good things to say about our experience.

Wonderful wedding weekend

The house was exactly like it looked in the pictures. We had enough space for four adults, and a cookout in the backyard. We will definitely stay again when in Saint Augustine. The house was a great location, everything was in walking distance!thank you!!

We rented this house during Christmas to see the holiday lights with our family. The house is absolutely beautiful. The host is extremely easy to work with and the property is in close proximity to all shops, restaurants, and attractions. I highly recommend this property.

It’s a wonderful home

We came to st Augustine for a wedding and decided as a family to make a mini vacation out of it. The home was a perfect fit for us. Bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas were as photographed. The home was very welcoming and amenities were perfect. The back deck and patio area were wonderful to hang out around the fire pit. The indoor fireplaces were so cozy. It was extremely convenient to all downtown St Augustine has to offer. All within walking distance for discovering and fun. Would definitely recommend and stay again. 👍 to the responsive and friendly host!

One of the best homes we've ever rented

We have rented many places through the years and have seen it all. This place was a dream. VERY clean and very well stocked. We were there for over week and hated to leave. Everything was top quality which was a nice change from what we were getting used to seeing. They have now roofed over the back patio area so if it rains you can still enjoy it....which it did while we were there. The location is fantastic because it is situated just a block and a half from all the action. Nothing required a long walk. You really can't get a better property for the money. When we were leaving one of my daughters asked if we were coming back to THIS house next year...they've never asked that before.

Friends trip for 50th birthday

Excellent location blocks from everything. Beautiful backyard space to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. House was beautifully decorated and had a very welcoming atmosphere. Rooms were immaculate and linens and towels were a great quality. A very nice touch was the welcome basket with snacks. Would recommend and love to be invited back!

Location, location, location

Need I say more. This location truly is walking distance to all of the sites in St. Augustine. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. It is hard to choose our favorite place to hang out: front porch, back porch, or the sunroom. Sheila is an excellent host and responded very quickly to any issues we had. Cannot wait to come back and stay again.

This house was not only a beautiful well kept antique, but very clean and in the center of where everything happens in St Augustine. The host was very prompt and willing to help around the clock. I highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a great location!

This house was very clean and well equipped. The location is perfect since you can walk to many restaurants, shopping areas, and historic sites. The neighborhood was very quiet. There is a great outdoor area for relaxing. We did not want for anything in this rental! Sheila was so quick to respond to our questions. We wouldn’t have had any except that Hurricane Nicole hit during our stay! We ended up staying two extra nights because of the weather conditions. I can’t say enough about Sheila’s concern for our safety. She was a most gracious host and we appreciated her kindness and constant communication. Do not hesitate to book this house. We would love to return in the future.

Great Vacation!

This house was located within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in this historic city. Sheila was very responsive whenever I had a question. The welcome basket was such a nice touch as well! The house and everything about this trip was top notch. I highly recommend this house for any group of people!

Beautiful home with Great location

The owner was very helpful, the home was clean and conveniently located close to old town. We did have an issue with poor water pressure in one of the bathrooms but since there were 3 it worked out ok. The town did turn our water off but the owner was on top of the situation quickly.

Perfect for a long term stay

Loved it here!! The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is super bright and classically cute inside. We stayed for a month while living / working in the house. Wifi was great, and there is a desk upstairs (not shown in pictures) which was very useful. -location is perfect. Close enough to walk to any restaurant but in a quiet residential neighborhood. -kitchen was more that well equipped for a long term stay -more than enough pillows / linens and high quality towels -owners were very easy to deal with and responsive and kind -one thing I would note: there is a rental above the garage with a student living in it while we were there. I would not let this deter anyone from staying there, we saw her once during the entire month and she was lovely Would 100% book again!!

Very nice stay!

Had a great experience in July 2020... Decided to go again in December 2020. Very accommodating with attention to detail. Beautiful home and very comfortable. Reasonable walking distance to pretty much everything historic downtown St. Augustine. Highly recommend.
