About this property

With five beds spread out amongst a two-story main home and adjacent carriage, 513 Liberty is the ideal home base for your girls weekend or family reunion trips. Walk up a short set of stairs from the sidewalk to enter the main home. The main level features a cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a formal dining area. Two guests can be accommodated with the Queen sleeper sofa found in the living room. These guests can use the half bath just off the dining area. A laundry room down the hall includes a washer and dryer. Upstairs, two bedrooms with two full baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed and the other a Queen, both with en suite baths with standing showers. Unpack your suitcase and feel at home in the large dressers and full-size closets. Each bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV.

The third bedroom and bath can be found in the carriage, a standalone apartment behind the home located on the second level. The rest of your party simply crosses the courtyard and walks up a secure flight of stairs. In the carriage, a well-designed living space with large, flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out to a Queen sleeper to accommodate an additional two guests as needed. The carriage also features its own kitchen with island, fully equipped with dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a Queen size bed with en suite bath, complete with standing shower.

Guests have access to 2 private parking spaces located in a garage off of the lane behind the home. The garage can accommodate two, small compact sedans, or one regular/mid-sized car. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, although guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs.

Since, our preferred locomotion is walking this home is perfect. A few blocks North the river, and few blocks southwest Forsyth park and the historic squares. We thoroughly enjoyed the home for our 8 guests it was more than enough room. We eat breakfast each more as a family to plan our days adventures. The garage parking definitely a ++. Overall, would definitely stay again!!!!

Wonderful home

Home was spotless and very comfortable for three couples and kids. Having en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms and carriage house meant every space was equally desirable. Great location for easy walk to everything. Easy street parking. Very responsive property managers answered all questions immediately. Best home rental experience we ever had.

Savannah Soirée

This place was amazing!! We were down in savannah for my sisters bachelorette and the house was perfect for the 9 of us! Walking distance to coffee shops and downtown and when we didn’t want to walk there is a stop for the free bus close to the house! Lucky savannah was amazing to work with!! Very responsive and communicated throughout the entire process!! Will definitely be going through them again on our next adventure!!

Reviewer Comments: We were in town for our daughters wedding... comfortably slept 10 people including the carriage house apartment.. which was great because the younger kids could have their own space. The living room kitchen dining room combined area is a large space ..it was a destination wedding it was comfortable to have five or six people stop by to say hi and then go on to their place. The natural lighting was perfect for the bride and the bridesmaids to do their make up the morning of the wedding and spacious enough to have a little brunch ..we enjoyed it immensely it’s furnished very nice.

Great Property - Kinks Need to Be Worked Out

The property itself is lovely, and please do not let this review deter you from considering renting it. However, during Christmas of 2019, there were several glitches that still need to be worked out. It should be noted that the third bedroom is located in the carriage house above the garage. You have to walk across the courtyard and through the garage to access it. In terms of glitches, the heating system in the main unit is wonky. When we attempted to hold the temperature, the system would override the hold after a few hours. It was not uncommon for the temperature, when on the preset schedule, to fluctuate as much as 8 degrees. This made for some uncomfortable sleeping. The cable/wifi was down for almost half our stay. The management company was very responsive to our requests, but even when service was back on, one tv was broken and another involved numerous, cumbersome, extraordinary steps to access cable. Again, the management company was helpful, but the issue was the electronics in the house. Supplies were minimal, so during our four night stay, we ran out of toilet paper. Other supplies, such as foil, coffee filters, extra toilet paper etc. were unavailable, which is uncommon in rentals. If I were you, I would consider renting this unit, but I would ask if these issues have been resolved.

Another Great weekend in Great Rental
