As you enter your relaxation retreat you will be welcomed by the Gulf Breeze. Located right on the intercoastal waterway and just a short 5 minute walk to the sugary sand beaches of Treasure Island. Unit #7 is a delightful 1 bedroom/ 1 bath condo with a heated pool, community bar top table overlooking the intercoastal waterway at the end of the breezeway, and a picnic table where you can enjoy your evening. While sitting by the dock, you may be entertained as you watch the dolphins and manatees playfully swim by. The 2nd floor condo accommodates 4 people with a queen bed, queen sleeper, and a roll-a-way bed. This pleasant condo is equipped for all of your vacation needs including 2 TV s with basic cable, linens, ample towels, beach towels, full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, dining for 4, and in-unit washer/dryer!

Location! Location!Location! This beach condo is located in the heart of Treasure Island and only a few minute walk to the main strip. On the main strip you will find a grocery store, many restaurants, and plenty of activities. While visiting Treasure Island hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. While in Clearwater stop in and visit Winter the dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Or stop in Maderia and take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John s Pass Village.

No problems except one small one… older flat screen tv failing, owner replaced it within a day of letting her know with a bigger one! Highly recommend this place for the convenience and short walks to Publix, beach and Gulf Blvd.

Adorable rental in great location
Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay here at this cute little condo! It was perfect for the 2 of us and had pretty much everything you could need. The location is ideal and has pretty much everything in walking distance. Pool is a little on the small size and building was all booked with families so not much room to spend at pool when everyone was out there. However we loved our unit and it was the perfect relaxing getaway. We had a true amazing vacation we will never forget!

We normally stay beach front but due to having schedule conflicts, we didn’t book early enough. This condo was available at a reasonable price and we booked it. The beach was a short walk on a sidewalk and maybe six or seven minutes. There was a Publix just a few buildings away for anything we needed. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had good working appliances and well stocked cabinets. The furniture was clean ,homey and comfortable. If your looking for a reasonably priced off beach condo. This is it. One last thing. I have stayed in many beach condos and this may have been the only air conditioner that made the condo cold in the Florida heat. It’s a good one.

4th of July vacation
My wife and I really enjoyed this condo! The unit was very clean when we arrived. Aimee was a great host communicating with us during Hurricane Elsa (Fortunately only wind and a little rain). The beach and many restaurants were just a short walk away. I really enjoyed fishing on the dock each night. Would definitely rent again if I'm ever in the area.

Home away from home !!
This condo was everything we were looking for plus more ! My wife fell in love with it as soon as we opened the door . It was super clean and was furnished with everything we could possibly need. Location is excellent for the beach , stores , restaurants and shopping . Aimee was amazing to work with . We definitely will try to make it back there next year ! Spring break with my teenagers
We had a great time in Treasure Island. The condo slept 4 people ( 2 teenagers) without any problems. Really enjoyed have mornings sitting by the dock watching dolphins and birds. Easy walk to beach. John’s Pass a short drive for all water activities for kids.

Very nice condo perfectly located on the intracoastal but so close to the beach, restaurants n bars.
Very nicely decorated, clean, quiet condo in a perfect location within easy walking distance to everything. We had an issue with a hair dryer but a new one was delivered within hours of calling Aimee...shes great to deal with. The condo does not have a view of the intracoastal which was the only downfall, but we sat in the community chairs overlooking the intracoastal everyday which was a nice plus with beautiful, relaxing views. The pool area was also very nice. Will definitely stay again! Thanks Aimee!
