-Private pool 8m50x3m50, for private use, heated to 28°C from March 22, 2025 to November 8, 2025 (no extra charge). Other dates on request and with an added cost.
-1900m2 enclosed garden, terraces with tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue.
-Very bright house, quiet in a dead end.
-Close to city center and beaches; free shuttle to city center and beaches in July-August.
-Wi-Fi, Air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms.

Schöne Villa mit eigenem Pool, toller Aussicht und eingezäunten Grundstück
Wir sind ein Paar mit zwei Hunden und haben schon mehrere Jahre in Folge unseren Urlaub in dieser schön eingerichteten und ruhig gelegen Villa verbracht. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und ohne direkte Nachbarn. Lediglich oberhalb grenzt das Grundstück von einer anderen Villa an. Man hat absolute Privatsphäre, Ruhe und eine unglaubliche Aussicht auf das Meer, die Halbinsel von St. Tropez und Cavalaire von der Terrasse und dem Pool. Wer Erholung und entspannte Tage verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist komplett umzäunt, ein großzügiger Pool mit Meerblick lädt zum entspannen ein. Es ist komfortabel ausgestattet, absolut sauber und lädt zum wohlfühlen ein. Auch ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Das Haus bietet mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bäder ausreichend Platz. Zum nächsten Strand sind es mit dem Auto 10 Minuten. Einkaufen, Bäcker und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. St. Tropez ist 15-20 Minuten entfernt. Unsere Hunde sind hier herzlich willkommen und wir werden auch in diesem Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und die Buchung sowie Anreise sehr unkompliziert. Absolut empfehlenswert und ein Haus in Top-Alleinlage in den Höhen von Cavalaire sur Mer.

Für Urlaub mit Hunden ideal. Das eine Sofa ist zu wenig. Die Türen klappern alle bei Wind und es gab weder Wischlappen in der Küche, noch Abfallbeutel. Wenn da noch etwas aufgerüstet wird ist es für den Preis eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Als Frau würde ich mir noch einen Föhn vor Ort wünschen.

Bonnes vacances de Noël au soleil
Belle propriété avec très belle vue sur la mer ce qui rend le séjour très agréable surtout le matin au réveil. Pas très loin de Cavalaire et des boutiques donc nécessité d'avoir la voiture pour se déplacer. On regrette le manque d'entretien des appareils électroménagers et de la maison qui mériterait un bon coup de rafraîchissement cependant cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon moment. J'ai apprécié le contact avec Stéphanie qui a permis de gérer la location et avec qui ça s'est très bien passé

Haus mit wunderbarem Meerblick.
Sehr geräumiges gut ausgestattetes Haus. Alle notwendigen Geräte waren vorhanden. Als überwiegende Selbstversorger hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Absolut ruhig.! Wunderbarer Mehrblick. Großer Pool, konnte auch im Oktober noch täglich genutzt werden. Entspannung pur! Etwas Probleme hat die sehr steile Einfahrt meinem Auto gemacht. Das Parken direkt vor dem Grundstück war aber auch alternativ möglich. Der Ort Cavalaire ist sehr gepflegt und überhaupt bietet die Umgebung typisches Mittelmeer-Flair. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wunderschöner Ausblick in tollem Ambiente
Wir haben zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in der Villa Geias verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das eingezäunte und ruhig gelegene Grundstück bietet von überall eine tolle Sicht auf das Meer und ist sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist klimatisiert, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es sind eine Vielzahl von tollen Stränden, genauso wie hübsche Orte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Pour nous la maison idéale: en impasse , le jardin clos et arboré sans vis à vis , notre chien bienvenu.La vue sur la mer, la piscine chauffée...L'accès au centre ville de Cavalaire est aisé en voiture mais peut se faire à pieds.Le contact avec la propriétaire est courtois.

Eine unbeschreiblich schönes Anwesen
Das freistehende Haus hat eine tolle Lage und der Ausblick unbeschreiblich schön. Egal ob man morgens den Kaffee oder abends den Sonnenuntergang genoss, hatte man auf die Gegend und das Meer eine tolle Panorama. Auch vom Pool aus bot sich ein toller Blick aufs Meer und die vielen Yachten. Zum Meer konnte man laufen (ca. 30 Minuten) oder 8 Minuten mit dem Auto runterfahren. Sehr schöne und saubere Strände. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und am Anwesen komplett und es war dort alles vorhanden, was man brauchte.Die Zimmer hatten Klimaanlage und genügend Schränke. Die Küche hatte eine Vollausstattung. Eine neue Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Alles top sauber!!! Im Garten gab es verschiedene Pflanzen wie: Palmen, Kakteene und viel Rosmarin. Der Duft war einfach toll!! Die Umgebung nicht stark befahren, am Ende einer Sackgasse und deshalb sehr ruhig. Trotzdem konnte man auch kleine Partys feiern. Wirklich empfehlenswert !! Die Vernieter waren immer gut per Telefon oder Email erreichbar und alles total unkompliziert!!! Danke Stephanie!!! La maison individuelle est très bien située et la vue est d'une beauté indescriptible. Que vous ayez apprécié votre café le matin ou le coucher du soleil le soir, vous aviez un superbe panorama sur la région et la mer. De la piscine également, il y avait une vue magnifique sur la mer et les nombreux yachts. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la mer (environ 30 minutes) ou descendre 8 minutes en voiture. Plages très belles et propres. L'équipement de la maison et de la propriété était complet et tout était disponible, ce dont vous aviez besoin.Les chambres avaient l'air conditionné et suffisamment de placards. La cuisine était entièrement équipée. Une nouvelle machine à laver est également disponible. Tout était très propre! Dans le jardin, il y avait différentes plantes comme: des palmiers, des cactus et beaucoup de romarin. Le parfum était tout simplement génial !! Le quartier n'est pas très fréquenté, au bout d'une impasse et donc très calme. Néanmoins, vous pouvez également organiser de petites fêtes. Vraiment recommandable! Les riveteuses étaient toujours faciles à joindre par téléphone ou par e-mail et tout était totalement simple! Merci Stéphanie !!!

Ruhige Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick
Funktional und sehr hübsch eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in schöner und ruhiger Lage mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht von Cavaliere und St. Croix Valmer. Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern (5 und 9 Jahre) zwei herrliche Ferienwochen verbracht. Haus, Pool und Garten sind sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen.!
