This home is located near the heart of Princeville, just over a mile from the Makai Golf Club (to the west). You can take the family to Anini Beach up the road and cap your day of snorkeling and sunbathing at the family-friendly Hideaways Pizza Pub one mile west of the house. If you'd like a more romantic day or evening, head to the St. Regis Princeville Resort two miles west to enjoy the spa, fine dining options, and fantastic views of Bali Hai.

Perfect

We were traveling with our elderly mom. Due to her age and abilities, we spent a lot of time enjoying the birds and flowers from the patios. Everything was great. The door lock code did not work, but Vacasa took care of it right away with one phone call. We would definitely stay here again. Lots of room and very peaceful.

Quiet and beautiful house in a great neighborhood

We loved the lanai in the side of the house. we would sit out there in the mornings and evenings to escape the heat and it was so peaceful and relaxing.

Clean and well equipped

Clean, light and bright. We appreciated the bikes and beach equipment in the garage. Everything was great! I would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Nice location but vbro listing indicated air conditioning when we booked as June temps can be very hot in princeville and house tends to heat up quickly in the afternoons. House does not have ac. We contacted local vacasa team who initially offered to bring in portable units but then were overridden by owner. Disappointed in vbro and vacasa

Great Princeville Location!

Very clean and well appointed home! We were grateful for all the fans provided to cool us down. Great location on the North part of the island. Would definitely return!

House misrepresented on the VRBO site

The home does not have AC. This was not clearly stated on the VRBO site. The Vacasa management company did help us however we lost two days to working through this - we had to find our own place to move to and went to Poipu … could have been a disaster for our 30th anniversary trip. I will say the house shows nicely in photos but really needs a lift. The master bedroom is nice but two smaller rooms tired and dark. All windows do not lock. Vacasa brought us portable AC for living room. Expensive for what you get. We would not recommend this home.

Home with great vibes

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Had a great stay. Super clean. Convenient, quiet, safe location. We could tell a lot of tlc went into decorating and preparing this home. Very tastefully decorated. No A/C but comfortable with fans on, windows open. Enjoyed the sound of birds in the morning and soft tropical rain at night. Had coffee on the back porch and watched the cardinals. Would definitely stay again.

Great vibes!

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 teens each getting their own room. Super clean. You can tell lots of tlc went into decorating the home. No a/c but it was comfortable in April with the fans on and windows open. Enjoyed hearing the birds outside and the soft tropical rain. Very convenient location. Nice safe neighborhood. We stayed for 3 weeks and the house was clean and neat and super convenient to all the Princeville amenities. Walkable to Princeville resort, Queens Bath, and the Princeville Shopping Center.

Beautiful Property!

Everything you would want except the jet ski....Can't have everything! The house was immaculate, well cared for, and had exactly what we needed for cooking, eating and sleeping. Perfect base of operations for seeing the north side of the Island. Recreational adventure support was great with available Boogie Boards, Umbrellas or beach chairs/towels were available if you needed. You could just feel how the maintenance crew had just left prior to check in and were waiting patiently when we were leaving. Probably the only workers not on Island time on the island. Looking forward to our next visit.
