Comfy Kid & Pet friendly Florida home, 15 minutes to Honeymoon Island, Caledesi State park & Clearwater Beach and Clearwater Aquarium. Large kitchen, dining area, & nice screened in back porch.
Shopping malls, grocery store and pharmacies two blocks away. Take a stroll in fun Downtown Dunedin, go for a bike ride on the Pinellas Trail or play foosball and table games with the family. Short drive to Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo or the Florida Aquarium. The yard is fenced in and quite spacious.
Our Florida bungalow has open spaces, a large fenced in yard and is conveniently located in charming Dunedin, minutes from restaurants, shopping and some of the best beaches in the United States.

Clean and well appointed

Accurate listing. House was very clean, bed’s comfortable, open and welcoming feel to living area. Quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, parks and other activities. Key pad entry no key needed. Well stocked home. Great communication with renter. Even has a garage we were able to use. 5 star rating for sure. We recommend this listing.

Great place to stay!

We spent two nights here and the property was great! It was perfect for two adult couples. The owners were super responsive and very friendly, and they provided everything we could possibly need. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be staying here! Thank you!

Very nice property

I'm spending the winter in Florida and I've been trying different properties every week and this has been the best so far. The listing is 100% accurate. Clean and stocked with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The best thing that you can't describe in a listing is the location, this house is in a beautiful neighborhood with surrounding neighbors all showing pride of ownership in their properties. I can't say this for many of the properties I have rented. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Nice Location and Cute House

We enjoyed staying at this home. The two bedrooms were very nice, and it had a large living space with fold out couches for our children to sleep in. The kids enjoyed playing foosball and we enjoyed having all the options for channels on the TV (Netflix and such). The kitchen was well equipped and the provided wagon in the garage came in handy at the beach.

Weekend get away

In town for our daughters Birthday. Great quiet neighborhood, big fenced in yard for our dog! House had great open space. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property

This house was spacious & very comfortable. It was fully equipped with all the necessities & more. The beds were very comfortable and there was spacious closets in each bedroom. The open concept of the kitchen & living space made it great to spend time with family. Although we didn’t have any issues with anything, the owner was only a text message away & checked in to make sure all was ok. I would definitely recommend this house & I would absolutely rent it again!

Nice and spacious

Big for entertaining. My only concern is the screenroom needs a serious cleaning, (hosedown) screens, floors. Etc. beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen towels need an update, threadbare. Small complaints but worth noting.

Wonderful vacation!

Wonderful vacation! The home was open and airy and bright. It was an extremely convenient location to everything we wanted to do on our visit. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities you needed. I highly recommend this home if you are visiting the Clearwater/Dunedin area!

Nice Home for Family to Gather

We enjoyed our short stay in Dunedin in this home. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood and was easily accessed. The owner promptly responded to any questions I had. We had all we needed to prepare simple meals in the kitchen. My family especially enjoyed the large open dining and family room space for games and foosball. I enjoyed the screened patio in the back in the mornings for reading and coffee. It was an easy drive to Clearwater Marine Aquarium and Honeymoon Island. Short distance to Publix as well.

Lovely cosy house in Dunedin

Everything about this house gets a positive vote. Comfy beds, clean, well laid out. There are also laundry facilities which was a bonus. 7$ in an Uber to the town centre and 20 min drive to amazing beaches.
