Perfect house!

We have been renting in Cape May for 4 years now and this is by far the best rental. It was clean, well stocked, in a nice quiet location and honestly just perfect. A lot of the cape May rentals in this price range can be rough but not this one. AC worked AMAZING! We loved it here and will be back!

Magnificent vacation

Everything was perfect! House was clean, kitchen well stocked with items, LOVE the sectional couch (not updated in picture). Perfect amount of space for 6 adults. The outdoor space is lovely as well. Short walk to the beach - chairs provided which was very helpful. Communication with the host was excellent!! Very prompt responses - will definitely stay here again :)

Perfect home for Cape May!

Close to everything either by car, bike or foot. The screened in porch was perfect and we ate most of our meals out there. Very quiet street convenient to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Home was spotless when we arrived and check in was seamless. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect for our young grandchildren.

A very cozy, comfortable, clean and well stocked home for our family of 6, including our grandchildren ages 2 and 6. Appreciated the wrap around couch, the large seating area in the kitchen and the W/D. Loved eating out on the enclosed patio for breakfast and dinner. A quite street and perfect location to the playground with only a 15 minute walk to the beach and Washington Mall. Will definitely consider booking again next year.

Comfortable Cottage

This was the perfect house to gather with our family to start the holiday season! I was so excited to see the house was decorated for Christmas when we arrived! We were close enough to town for the festivities but far enough away that it was quiet when we wanted to relax and watch a Christmas movie or two. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend. Anita was super nice and got back to me right away when I had a question. Thank you for an enjoyable stay Anita and Ken!

Lovely, well appointed house, super comfortable furniture, kitchen well stocked. The living room is perfect for hanging out with family. When we had a question about a kitchen appliance, the owners responded immediately. We look forward to staying there next year.

Cape May Family Vacation

This was our first time staying in Cape May for a week in a rental house. We chose this house for its bedroom configurations (3 bedrooms each with a queen size bed) and location. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept. Parking was ample. We could walk to the beach and mall too if we wanted. What we liked most about the house was the large comfortable livingroom where we gathered to play games and hang out, the large kitchen table where we shared a few meals, and the outdoor shower which some of us enjoyed using exclusively. The beach passes and beach chairs provided with the house were very much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the amenities needed. There was a good size back yard where we would have set up badminton, and a screened in porch that we would have taken advantage of had the weather been cooler. That being said, the air-conditioning worked well throughout the house. Instructions for entry and garbage/recycling were clear. We were very pleased with this rental. It was perfect for our family vacation.

4th time in Cape May

This is now our 4th time in Cape May and last year we were told that our rental was sold:( We were disappointed BUT found this gem! We had 3 kids (under 8) and 4 adults and it was perfect. We rented a golf cart and drove to the beach (could have walked), walked to and from town multiple times, the playground at the school (there is one closer) etc. The house had most everything we needed, including lots of charm. We are excited to plan our 5th trip!

Relaxing holiday in Cape May

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and had plenty of space for 7 of us. Outdoor screened porch was a nice addition especially on the rainy days. Kitchen and dining area were spacious. Large table for family games. Outdoor shower was very useful! LOVED the long wrap around/sectional couch which was different than on the listing…fit many more of us as we spent a lot of time reading. Walk to beach was about a ten minute walk (maybe less) - very easy with teens/adults. The owner, Anita, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to visit again soon!

Cape May 2023

This is our second year staying at this home and it truly has been so wonderful for our family when we visit Cape May. The location is fantastic, plenty of parking, close to the beaches and shopping, yet still quiet and a tad more removed from all the major hustle. Best of both worlds. It’s so affordable! Renting homes in Cape May especially for our size group of 6 adults and 3 kids is hard and the price for this rental was amazing. The house itself is clean, roomy, and has all the things you could need in the kitchen. We loved the new sectional couch added this year and we absolutely adored the screened in porch. We finished three different large puzzles out there with the kids at the table and it was the perfect space! The outdoor shower has warm water which was wonderful for cleaning off the kids (and adults) post beach! We would have loved to come back again to this location for next summer but sadly need to rent a bigger place to accommodate our growing family, but we recommend this home to anyone looking for a house that sleeps 8 comfortably! You won’t regret it!

This property is a great size and was comfortable for our 6 guests. The owners were wonderful to work with and very quick to respond. The home is centrally located, making it easy to run up to the beach or into town. We very much enjoyed our stay!

End of summer adventure

House is dated, but owners put in a lot of personal touches to make it homey. Fully stocked kitchen, backyard an asset if you have young ones. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean!!! Location is great, walked to parks and the centre square. Excellent communication with the hosts.Plenty of room to store suitcases and food, etc. We would recommend this property.
