Our condo is perfectly situated on the West corner, 6th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River and Water slide at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.

Phoenix Orange Beach is perfectly located right in the middle of Orange Beach! Conveniently located across the street are grocery stores and several restaurants including Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen and many more.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Overall condo was nice. Had a few small issues that need to be repaired. Did have a hard time contacting anyone after 11:00 at 2:00 am for noise complaint. Condo was smaller than pictures. Overall the stay was great.and got to spend time with family.

Nice unit

Very roomy, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. We slept in front room to the right as you walk in- those mattresses need to be replaced!!!

Cleaner Rental Desired..

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Phoenix Orange Beach property is Nice. However, the unit had many issues. The first was how clean, or lack of cleanliness, the unit was. One Bed was full of sand. When cleaning that bed, including washing the linens due to stains, we decided to check the other beds. We had to wash both King Beds linens due to stains. The stains immediately came out. There was also several maintenance issues that needed to be resolved in Unit 601. A chair in the living room was about near ifs lifespan due to being broken, master bath faucet needs tightening, master bath toilet paper holder was half gone, a couple of lamps were broken, the washer/dryer is old and takes forever to do a load, and a couple other things. Other than the mechanical issues, the unit was in good shape considering its the end of rental season. Overall, it was the lack of cleanliness. Also, Phoenix Rentals has nothing to do w/ the management of this property, as a whole, just certain units. Check in was at 4:30pm and the property management people leave the desk at night at 5pm for this time of the year (Sept 25th arrival). I would recommend the property but not Unit 601.

Great place

This place was just what our family was looking for. The kids had a blast on the lazy river and the water slide. When we arrived at the condo everything was ready and very clean. The code to the door was sent to me a few hours before we arrived which is great timing. All the rules and information was sent to me as well. I had to contact the manager only before our stay to make payments to this place and he always answered or called back promptly. I had no issues at all with this place. I definitely recommend anyone with kids and a family to stay here. And the beach view was great.

Great family vacation

The location of the property was great. We were across the street from the grocery stores. We were walking distance from the Coastal restaurant. The views from the balcony were great. Being on the 6th floor was awesome as we could park on the same floor as condo.

Relaxing Late Summer Getaway

Great trip with the family

Property is as listed. Great location, easy parking with this unit, and beautiful view. We had a family of 7 with ages from 17-75, and all enjoyed it. Great bed and bathroom setup. Pool area is for sure more for kids but that would be only concern if you wanted a nice pool area. Not a concern for us as we stay at the beach. Would most definitely stay here again

50th anniversary celebration

Loved the property and will plan to book it again soon. Beach access was excellent young ones enjoyed the lazy river, slide and indoor pool. We older kids enjoyed the hot tub. The beach was clean, close and fun. Thank you

Family vacation

Everything was great with the condo. Beautiful and spacious balcony. The indoor pool was over dosed with chlorine. Both of my grandchildren developed mild chlorine poisoning. No hospitalization but was sick for a few days. Maybe better ventilation in that area would help. We did really enjoy the outdoor lazy river.

Family Vacation

Plenty of room. I think the only thing we were kind of disappointed in is that their were not a lot of pots for cooking, no starter kits like soap, or games. Maybe it was just this condo. But, in the past others were fully stocked with more items. Other than that, great location!

Minor issue... could not find any excess toilet paper... went and bought some across the street so, no big deal. But, I though there would be some minimal supplies... tp, dishwasher pods (only 2), paper towels? Other than that... a truly fantastic place. Will be back

Fun family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, perfect for our family. I thought the cost of the parking pass ($55.per vehicle, we had 3 cars) should have been included with how much the condo cost. Overall an enjoyable time.
