Our condo is perfectly situated on the 21st floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar, 65” flat screen Smart TV in living room and a flat screen 55" Smart TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great location
We came to Orange Beach for a quick trip before everyone headed back to school. This condo had plenty of room for our family to be comfortable. Being right on the beach was great.

Annual Beach Reunion 2024
This is a beautiful setting with all kinds of places within walking distance! Updated and clean! We stayed in the 21st floor and hardly ever waited long for the elevator! Easy walk to beach-no long stairs going down either. Our teens like the pickle ball court but not really lazy River. Too many little kids but all in all it was super clean and hot tubs are large!! Our unit was a little outdated but still nice! Easy checkin and checkout! We were able to buy 3 parking passes Memorial Day week!

Orange beach family vacation 9/23
As always, Orange Beach was amazing. The condo was nice, shows some wear. Is in a good location central to alot of things and there is a lot of stuff in walking distance. Building was nice, any staff i encountered were pleasant, mostly. Beach in front of condo was nice and clean. Overall i would recommend!

Love the area of condo and all went with it but the bathrooms were not clean hair in the showers on wall and drain. Master bath dusty toothpaste or lotion on cabinets. Food wrappers behind night stand in 2 of the bedrooms.

Excellent Orange Beach Family Condo
This was the perfect Family Condo. Short distance to the beach. Views were magnificent. The lazy river was never crowded. Elevator wait times were practically none. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Things we really liked include: 1) Elevators were very fast, 2) being able to change the keycode on the door, 3) having grocery stores and restaurants right across the street, 4) the luggage carts and for-purchase ice machine in the building, 5) lazy river and slide were awesome for the kids, 6) parking garage was clean and convenient, and 7) security guard and staff were very friendly.A few minor improvements to make the property even better include: 1) adding a built-in ice maker or mini fridge in the wet bar (ice machine in fridge worked, but was very slow), 2) adding a few more dish and hand towels in the kitchen, and 3) patio door does not lock properly.

Condo was great. Beach was very crowded. In order to place your personal chairs close to the water you had to take them out by 6:30 am. The rentals start placing theirs all along the beach front by 7am.

Perfect Family Getaway
This unit was perfect for our family of 5. With direct access to the beach, shopping, and sights, this property was perfect. We enjoyed the lazy river and water slide. The hidden gem was the ice machine downstairs by the pool. No need to raid you refrigerator or pay crazy prices for ice when it's so easily and cheaply accessible!

Amazing View, Convenient Location!
This home did not disappoint! It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, with a breathtaking view and spacious floor plan. We had: myself and my husband; grandma and grandpa; and our 2 small children; and we always felt like we had plenty of privacy and space to spread out. We used the washer dryer and the stovetop during our stay, and both worked great. The location is unbeatable. Across the street are 3 grocery stores, Starbucks, CVS, a liquor store, and a variety of restaurants. Not to mention having instant access to the beach! I’ll also say, I was incredibly impressed by the maintenance and upkeep of the building overall. My kids swam in the indoor pool every morning, and every morning I saw them come take samples of the water to check the pH levels. Very reassuring! There was also one morning the gate to the beach was broken (by the storm or someone?) and within minutes of my noticing it, a security guard was going over to fix it. I would absolutely rent this property again and recommend anyone considering it to take the leap!

The condo was very nice if it had been clean. One of the bedrooms the comforters were awful, one looked as though it had blood drops on it and one bed looked as though it had been slept in for a month. The floors were very dirty. The coffee pot had old grounds as well as burnt coffee in it. There was a huge dragon fly dead in the kitchen light. Talking to the owner he told me he would have someone come and spruce up the place. A man came to the door with a clean comforter but, no one came to clean.

With three families traveling together, we needed lots of space and this rental delivered! We had everything that we needed to have a great vacation. With a few minor issues when we arrived, they were all resolved super quickly by our friendly host, Charlie. Everything was quickly in working order and perfect for our stay. We did have a frustration with the people above us constantly scraping their chairs on the floor which is really loud in the condo below however, we never heard a peep out of our neighbors while we were in the condo but could hear their loud music in the hallway. The sound proofing between condos was amazing!! Quick note, it you don’t like heights, this may not be the condo for you. It is almost at the top of a very tall building. Looking down at the beach could be scary for people with height issues.

We had many things wrong with this condo. I contacted the manager a few times and nothing. Finally when I told him I was going to give him a bad rating he immediately called. I was in flight so I missed his call. I called him back as soon as I landed and no answer. I left a message and never heard back from him. I will never rent from this place ever again!!!

Not very clean- floors were sandy when we arrived, old water bottles under couch, napkins, bottle caps. Cookware was dirty and had to be washed prior to use. Bracelets to wear while staying are cheap paper- we had 2 other families that were staying here with us in this complex for family vacation who had the nice plastic kind with “Phoenix” on them. Parking pass extra $$, I’ve never had to pay for a parking pass anywhere else that I’ve stayed, we come at least 3x during the summer every summer. I was not a fan of having to pay as much as we did then having to spend EXTRA money to park. No communication with property manager. Called 4 times over the course of our stay and also emailed with no response. Security- rude and will harass you over any little thing. Front desk gives you the run around/not helpful. Just tells you to call the property manager who doesn’t respond to calls or emails. Insects in the cabinets. Beds were uncomfortable. No bathtub in master suite (my 2 other family members they stayed here in separate condos had a jacuzzi tub in both of their master baths) Pros: Beautiful view of the Gulf Kids loved the pool/lazy river and waterslide.

Awesome place Pamela at the front desk wasn't to pilote until having to contact the main resort guy Brett the security guy was awesome after I had already tried to get another parking pass and the power was out for the first night after getting lost between buildings.All around decent trip but no for that much the room was cleaner when I left to as of when I Got there coffee filters with coffee still inside and the dishes were dirty but amazing views.
