Location was perfect! Condo was clean, and roomy. interior is a bit dated but that didn’t bother us. Easy walk to town lift and Main Street. Highly recommend
The Condominium is in a great location and walking distance to the town lift and historic Park City Main Street area. The residence is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone interested in being conveniently located (walking distance) to all that Park City has to offer.
Just steps away from Park City town lift. Great covered parking. The TVs could use updating - I couldn’t get the master bedroom cable to work. Overall great value.

Unclean and rundown
We came to Park City to enjoy the Sundance Film Festival and we’re excited to rent a place so close to the center of Park. It. The host graciously allows us into the unit early and was reposnove throughout. Unfortunately the accommodations fell short of our expectations. When entering there was the overwhelming smell of wood amok. My daughter has asthma and this was a red flag that we were staying in a place that threatened her health and well being. Looking around and it was immediately clear to us that the condo wasn’t clean. In fact we found found dirty pots, pans and dishes covered with food on the shelves (which told me cleaners knew things were dirty and put them away anyways) and refrigerator that was unlcean and covered in detritus. The condo was also very dated with worn down furniture and a fold-out sleeping couch that was so worn and dated my daughter couldn’t sleep on it. The first night she did and wok up with terrible back pain the next morning. We had to make due with sofa pillows on the couch. The tv also had a slapstick arrangement which included three separate remote and a VHS player which we tired of trying to use. The VHS player hints at just how long this unit has gone without an update. Furniture was spare and barely passable. Beds were subpar. Carpet was old and worn out. All in all the only plus was the prompt communicator of the manager and the proximity to city center. Would not in a million years rent in Park City Station again. You’ve been warned.
My husband and our 3 adult children settled here for a long weekend of skiing. The condo is spacious, well appointed and clean. It has a great location for skiing and town. Would highly recommend for a family ski trip. Manager was prompt and very helpful with questions including suggestions for where to rent skis nearby. You should stay here!
the location of the property was perfect. Short Walking distance to the Town lift and to restaurants downtown. We really enjoyed the property including hot tub in basement and heated pool and spa outside. Great end to an amazing day on the slopes.
Hilary was there to answer any questions we had.
Thanks for a great experience for myself and my daughter!!
Painless check in and excellent location. Short walk to everything including town lift. Would rent again

The location was comfortable and clean, but somewhat worn. The unit faces the road and the road noise at night made it difficult to sleep. Pool and hot tub were nice. Easy fast walk to the town lift. Not enough parking. Kitchen had bare minimum equipment, not enough mugs (they were also fairly small) and not enough glasses. I'd probably stay in this complex again but will look for a unit on the other side, away from the road.
As many reviews have mentioned, Park Station is a great location near the town lift and the shops and restaurants of Main St. We have stayed there 5 times, but this was our first time in this unit. Compared to others, it's lacking what we would like to see for a 5-star rating. The pros - very clean, new furniture in the living room, comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels. Cons - kitchen poorly equipped (only 4 glasses and coffee cups requiring constant running of the dishwasher, no towels, most everything showing its age), noisy facing Deer Valley Rd., no good place for in-unit ski storage (coat rack so high I couldn't reach it, no rack for skis or boards), sink area in the master doesn't have a door, so you can't use it without waking up a sleeping partner. The 2 clocks with dead batteries in the living room kind of summed up our impression of a unit without the kind of dedicated owner or management to make it first rate.
We loved our stay here! This condo is in the PERFECT location for a ski vacation - right at the base of Main Street and an easy walk to the town lift, the town shuttle, and all that Main Street has to offer. The place itself was clean, cozy, and plenty spacious for our family of 4 (including 2 teens). With the great location, the great shuttle service in Park City, and the use of a few Lyft / Uber rides, we did not need a car and we were glad we didn't have the hassle. Love, love, love Park City and would definitely rent this condo again!
The location was incredible. You are walking distance to the town lift and all the bars/restaurants in DT Park City. It was just my wife and I, but there was plenty of room for a family of 4.
As a vacation rental owner, I hate to give less than 5 stars; however, honesty overrules in this case.
The pros:
Location was excellent and close to the town lift/ main street as advertised. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance.
The property manager was pleasant and helpful.
The cons:
The unit overlooks a 4-lane highway (main access road) and is literally 100 ft from it. The road noise (windows closed) was non-stop from 5a to midnight. Forget about sitting on the balcony.
The unit is dated as were the amenities within (exception newer couch and bathroom vanities).
The unit was tidy and had the basic cleaning complete; but the kitchen cabinets were dirty and there were pans with food remnants within.
Overall, we had a great vacation but the accommodations were fair.
The location is perfect with just a short walk to the Town chair lift and Main street restaurants and shopping. Easy check in and access. Furnishings a bit dated, walls and doors thin and the plumbing was noisy. But all in all a good stay, just not luxury.
I stayed at the Park Station condo for 2 nights in Feb 2020. I was in SLC for work for a few days and decided to escape to the mountains with some coworkers. We absolutely loved the location to downtown Park City (namely Park Ave / Main Street). The condo met and exceeded our expectations. It was roomy enough for us to spread out and work at the dining room table and in the living room without feeling cramped. Beds were comfy. The wood burning fireplace was lovely.
Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again with my family next time!
This place was in the perfect location for Sundance - literal steps from Main Street.
The condo was spotless and the housekeeper was stealth (never saw them - only their results). Would rebook in a heartbeat.
Perfect location to walk to town lift and ski all day. Located right at the bottom of Main Street we were able to walk to dinner each night and stroll around the shops on days we didn’t ski. Had such a lovely stay and check in and out was a breeze.

Cozy and Conveniently Located
The condo was just as pictured on the site. The instructions Hilary provided were accurate and easy to follow (and her response time was stellar!). There was also a welcome binder with info on the condo/condo complex/Park City.
Super convenient to walk to main street during Sundance. Also, there's a private entrance off Deer Valley to access the parking/condo, which saved us from the traffic nightmares of peak-Sundance.
Not the most supplied VRBO we've ever stayed in, but we always come over-prepared anyways, so it wasn't a big deal. Also, there's a maid service we were unaware of, until we came back the first day and noticed small changes. We came for business and don't like other people coming into our space without our knowledge. The on-site manager was very responsive and when we asked to stop the cleaning service for the remainder of our stay, they accommodated no problem!
Overall a very wonderful stay during a very hectic festival week. Would recommend to others for future bookings!
