Welcome to Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club! Walk out to the beach, relax on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf, or enjoy the local water parks, restaurants, shopping, and night life! The complex has private beach access which is only a short walk from the Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet lobby. Complimentary beach service of 2 chairs and a beach wagon is available March-October. Unit 714A has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and sleeps four. The master bedroom has a queen bed and upgraded french doors offering privacy from the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The living room sofa pulls out to a full size sleeper. The master bedroom has a 32” flat screen and the living room has a 43” 4K Smart TV along with a WiFi enabled 4K smart blue ray DVD player. The WiFi is password protected for secure uploading and downloading content. Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet is a beautifully manicured complex that offers a first come, first served boat launch and boat slips, tennis courts, swimming pool, hot tub, fenced kiddie pool, BBQ area and private beach access is a short walk away.

What is provided during your stay: Linens are provided, as well as a starter set of amenities that will typically last for the first 24 hours of your stay. The amenity starter pack includes the following items: one dishwasher detergent packet, one miniature bottle of dishwashing liquid soap, one roll of paper towels, one trash can liner in each trash can, one packet of powder laundry detergent, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one bath soap bar in each full bathroom, and one hand soap bar in each bathroom. Each property is set up with four bath towels, four washcloths, two hand towels, and one bath mat, per full bathroom. One hand towel is provided for each half bathroom. Sheets, pillowcases and quilts are provided for each bed in the property.

What we recommend you bring: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

The property was well cared for. The only shortcoming was no indoor dining table. Instead there were two large couches. We have stayed at GSSRC many times and have never seen this setup before. It was annoying.

We enjoyed our stay. Was nicely decorated on inside. There was a good assortment of utensils and equipment, although the beach chairs were rusty and in need of replacement. The sliding door to balcony was were hard to close. Check in and out was fairly easy.

We enjoyed a quick trip to Gulf Shores. The condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen and nice decor. The view of the beach from condo was beautiful. The property owners were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Communications were prompt and easy to understand. Overall, the complex had a nice pool and hot tub. We used the tennis/racquetball courts everyday. Kayaks were available for rent. Overall, the property was a very good location with easy beach access.

Beautiful Views
It was close to a ton of restaurants and fun activities but far enough so the late-night festivities did not disturb sleep. The beautiful condo had a view of the ocean from the balcony and a view of the lagoon outside of the door. It was a perfect choice for our vacation.

Spring Break
The area wasn't extremely busy and we enjoyed that. The condo employees were friendly and helpful. We had renters next to us that partied playing loud music until 3am for the entire week. Im a hard sleeper but they woke me up multiple times each night so that greatly took away from the enjoyment of the trip but the security guards did their best to stop it. Overall we enjoyed our trip and would try it again at this condo.

Spring Break Base Ball Tournament
I selected this property because it was near the location where our baseball team was housed. The unit was absolutely wonderful. It was really nice to come to a quiet place, sit on the balcony and see the gulf, without having to look between towers, just two-story houses. The unit is perfect for a couple who want to get away. I am going to keep this one on my list for the next time I visit Gulf Shores.

Loved everything about this place. The unit was cozy, clean, had everything we needed and also a fabulous view. The unit offers two beach chairs and a wagon, which you don’t see in all units. Couldn’t get enough of watching the waves from the balcony. GSSR is such a nice place to stay. Everyone is so nice and friendly and they even have activities for guests. I didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to staying here again next year. We did have one slight issue but it was solved immediately. Leeann and Holly are fabulous to work with.

Love GSSRC!
Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club is our favorite place to stay in GS. I love the beach and my husband loves fishing out back on the lagoon. The beach view from this unit is very nice! The new elevators are super nice also. My rating is 4 stars, simply due to the fact that the dryer didn't work. It was a bit of an ordeal getting our clothes dry. Manager said a repairman was coming after we left, but that didn't help me any.

Nice vacation
We have stayed at the surf and racquet club many times over the years. We love staying in A building. The condo was nice and appeared clean and smelled clean but it was not. Floors were dirty and the bathroom was not very clean. I would not have rented that particular condo if I would have known it was for sale.

This condo was exactly as described. Easy and short walk to the beach and a beautiful dock area for fishing in the bay. We enjoyed our stay here and the property managers are easy to get in touch with. Definitely recommend.
