It consists of dining room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with pantry, a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with 200x150 bed and another with 200x90 bed, (possibility of extra bed) .3 or 4 seats. Terrace with outdoor shower and furniture. The house is located on the Can Marce estate, next to the main house where the owner lives, are independent buildings. Located in a quiet area in the countryside surrounded by almond trees, at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana World Heritage Site. Its location allows you to easily practice hiking mountain excursions, cycling. Golf course 5 minutes away, riding club 10 minutes away, tennis courts 5 minutes away, Mallorcan cuisine restaurant 300m. Nearby towns, Valldemossa at five minutes, Deiá and Bañalbufar at twenty minutes, Palma ten minutes. Twenty km from the airport. Possibility of therapeutic massage in the same farm upon request. Animals are not allowed. Minimum stay 4 nights. Linens and towels. Cleaning costs € 40. Payment of 30% of the amount when making the reservation, by bank transfer, remaining cash upon delivery of keys. Deposit € 100 refundable at the end of the stay, if there is no damage, Tourist tax of € 2 per person and night over 16 years is paid the first 8 days from the ninth € 1. Essential vehicle, private parking. 30% of the electricity consumption will be paid at the end of the stay, only between the months of November to March. Months from October to April (optional) the wood from the fireplace is paid separately every 25 kg € 9 and bottle butane gas stove 15 €.

Parfait pour rayonner à Majorque à petit prix

Ce gîte est parfait pour découvrir Majorque, à commencer par Palma, car situé légèrement à la périphérie de la grande ville, assez loin de son agitation mais pas trop. Le Nord, le Nord-Est et le Sud de l'Ile sont également vite accessibles en voiture (jamais plus d'une heure de route). La maison est spacieuse, correctement équipée, plutôt au calme (l'environnement est constitué d'une zone maraîchère). Elle ne semble pas avoir beaucoup changé depuis les années 70 et conviendra donc à celles et ceux qui aiment l'ambiance et le style des maisons de campagne ou de famille. La terrasse et la cour sont très agréables le matin comme en fin d'après-midi (le séjour datant de mai, nous n'avons pas connu les grosses chaleurs, de même nous n'avons pas déjeuné sur place). Enfin, Bartolomé est un hôte charmant, soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes, mes ados l'ont très apprécié !

Paradies in der Natur

Freundlicher Empfang, große Wohnung, idyllische Lage zwischen Mandel- und Orangenbäumen. Leider war es ungewöhnlich kalt, so dass wir sehr die Heizung vermisst haben.

Die Ortslage war gut, also schön central, da wir in alle umliegenden Gegenden gut erreicht haben.

Das Haus mit dem Grundstück war sehr authentisch mit dem Land, mit der Gegend. Das Landhaus ist nicht so eine hübsch gemachte Finka und doch alles großzügig und alles vorhanden , was man so zum eigenständigen wohnen braucht. Der Inhaber Herr Batoline ist ein sehr höflicher und reizender Vermieter und diskret , da er ja gleich nebenan wohnt, was auch zum Vorteil ist , wenn man mal eine Frage hat oder etwas benötigt. Sein Willkommensgeschenk für uns war ein Korb voller Bioorangen und Zitronen, die er von seinem eigene Land geerntet hat. Himmlisch im Geschmack. Lieben Gruß an Herrn Bartoline von Brigitte und Ulrike

Fuimos 4 amigas a pasar las vacaciones a Mallorca durante 4 días. Buscamos el piso un poco tarde y al final tuvimos la maravillosa suerte de encontrar la casa de Bartolomé. Muy servicial y amable con nosotras, nos indicó varios sitios de interés para poder visitar. La casa estaba en perfecto estado y muy bien ubicada, a 10 min en coche de Palma. Por nuestra parte solo podemos decir que estuvimos muy cómodas y lo recomendamos para pasar unas buenas vacaciones y bastante cómodas.

Location parfaite

Séjour très agréable chez Bartholomé. La location est située dans un endroit au calme, ce qui permet de se ressourcer en rentrant des journées de découvertes. Bartholomé est très accueillant, de très bon conseil et toujours disponible pour ses hôtes. La maison est très propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et conseillons vivement aux voyageurs cette location.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances chez Mr Bartolomé. Mr Bartolomé est très accueillant et toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions.La maison est bien située pour visité l'île et surtout tranquille éloigné de 6 km de la ville de Palma et de la foule .La maison est bien équipée avec deux terrasses et un emplacement pour garé la voiture dans la cour de la maison qui se ferme à clé. Je recommande cette maison pour vos vacances

parfaite situation

pour explorer la côte ouest de l' île c'est une adresse parfaite. Calme , sympa la maison convient pour 3 ou 4 personnes. Bartolomé est attentif aux demandes . Palma est proche. trés bon lieu si on veut découvrir ce coin en randonnant.

Charmante et spacieuse maison, très propre et bien entretenue

La cuisine est très bien équipée, four, four micro-onde, grille-pain, bouilloire, etc. La literie et les draps dans les chambres sont de très bonne qualité, nous avons passé de très bonnes nuits. Nous avons eu l’occasion de faire fonctionner le poil à bois dans le salon ce qui fut très agréable. Le wifi fonctionne parfaitement dans toutes les pièces de la maison. Une partie de la terrasse devant la maison est ombragée, le reste est équipée de chaises longues et barbecue. Il y a la possibilité de rentrée la voiture sur le terrain. Nous avons été accueillis avec une corbeille pleine d’oranges et de citrons cultivées sur la propriété, un régal. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et très disponible pour conseiller sur les visites ou autres. La maison est à 20 minutes du centre de Palma, et très bien situé pour visiter le reste de l’île. Nous reviendrons dans cette location sans hésitation.

Der Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus des Herrn Marcè lohnt sich. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher und umsichtiger Herr, der auf alle unsere Wünsche umgehend eingegangen ist. Wir werden das Objekt weiterempfehlen und mit Sicherheit dort noch einmal Urlaub machen.

zentral gelegenes und ruhiges Ferienhaus

Ich kann nur bestätigen, dass der Vermieter sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und zurückhaltend ist. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Einziges Problem ist das Heizen im Dezember und Januar. Der Vermieter ist uns auch hier entgegen gekommen und hat unsere Angaben auch nicht bezweifelt. Aber der Kaminofen ist zum warm halten nicht geeignet, er speichert keine Wärme und schluckt trotz guter Heiztechnik viel Holz. Wir haben ca. 4 Euro pro Tag nur für Holz gezahlt. Wir würden wieder kommen, nur nicht im Winter ....

Comfortabele woning in rustige omgeving,

Goed uitgerust, zeer schoon, ruim huis. Voldoende bedlinnen en handdoeken aanwezig. Fijne plek om weer naar terug te keren na een dag Mallorca. Bijzonder aardige eigenaar. Prima parkeerplek. Ruime terrassen met goed meubilair.

Très bien situé, à l'écart de Palma mais facilement accéssible. De même pour les montagnes

Le logement est correct, Bartolomé est très accueillant et donne de nombreux conseils. Nous avons pu visiter Palma facilement et faire les randonnées du sud ouest de l'ile. A conseiller.

Great location

A very nice house: comfortable, clean, and a lot of space. Bartolomé is very hospitable and helpful. The oranges (enough for the whole holiday) are also a nice touch. Location is very nice to get into the mountains or the coast, but also close to Palma.

Très bonne adresse

Très bonne adresse tant pour le confort de cette petite maison que pour sa situation sur l'île, qui permet de se rendre facilement en beaucoup de lieux différents. Très proche de la Tramuntana et en même temps non loin de l'axe routier principal, située dans une ruelle bien calme, parfait ! Et le propriétaire est fort sympathique et de bon conseil, disponible si problème ou question. Je conseille vivement cette location

SUPER !!!

Le propriétaire est adorable !!! Une accueil très chaleureux, toujours la si il y a un petit probleme puisqu'il habite la maison à coter. Tous nous a etait fourni. Drap, serviette de bain et de plage, sèche cheveux, ustensil de cuisine... meme une bouteille de vin offerte !!! Seul manque : une vrai cafetière car il n'y a qu'une cafetière italienne donc ceux qui sont habitué à une vrai cafetière il faut s'y habitué :) 2 semaine parfaite ! je recommande ! prévoir une voiture ou bien de devoir prendre le taxi.

maravillosa estancia

Recomendamos totalmente esta casa para su estancia,hemos estado una semana de vacaciones y verdaderamente nos hemos sentido como en casa,la casa tiene todo lo que necesitas,aparte de estar en una zona de campo que no se escuchan ruidos, puedes despetar con el ruido de los pajaritos. Ni hablar de la amabilidad del propietario,super atento y servicial,desde luego que si volvemos a palma de mallorca volveremos a las misma casa!!

Another Perfect Stay

Another perfect stay at this gorgeous rustic farmhouse. Very peaceful location, with mountain views. A car is required but everywhere is easily accessible. The owner is very friendly but not obtrusive, always available for help if required. Every detail has been thought of to make a lovely self catering holiday, and it is very clean and well maintained. Nice little touches of candles etc. Thank you Bartolome.

idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Tramu

Can Marce, in ruhiger Abgeschiedenheit vom großen Touristenstrom liegt das alte Landhaus im Citruspflanzenhain. Ein Mietwagen ist erforderlich, Span Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil. Der freundl. Vermieter wohnt nebenan, zeigt sich zuvorkommend und zurückhaltend. Wir haben uns an diesem idealen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die mittl. Tramuntana sehr wohl gefühlt, einzig : wir haben deutschspr. Fernsehen vermisst.

Séjour S'Esgleita Août 2015

Gîte très propre avec tout le confort. Terrasse très agréable, calme, propriétaire très sympa, serviable, qui habite à côté mais qui n'est pas envahissant. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Bien situé pour bouger dans toute l'île. Palma à 15 kms (pratique pour les courses).

A Perfect Place

This Rustic Farmhouse is in a beautiful location, surrounded by lemon and orange groves. The owner has thought of everything and it is very well equipped with all that is needed for a self contained holiday. It is spotlessly cleaned and towels and linens are provided to a high standard. The Patio area is lovely and peaceful and there are shady and sunny areas to relax in. This area is also well equipped with tables and sun loungers. There is one nice restaurant close by, but a car is needed to explore further. The owner is always available should you require assistance with anything. A lovely lovely place with views of surrounding countryside and mountains.
