d with a King Size 200 * 200, a safe, a bathroom with double sink. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed 155 * 190, a bathroom, the two bedrooms open onto a second terrace. A toilet shared by both rooms is on the landing.

On the top floor the roof terrace equipped with an outdoor lounge offers a haven of peace.

For your information:

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wifi Internet, household entrance, exit and once a week during your stay. Gardener and maintenance of the pool.

Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your expense during your stay. We take the meter on your arrival and departure. Only your consumption in Kilowatt is billed rate in force in the village.

This amount is paid in cash on the day of your departure, plan ahead.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

A digital code safe is at your disposal, in case of forgetting the code or loss of the key, we will ask you to pay 150 USD for changing the safe.

We also inform you that an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.

Peaceful

It rained most days of my stay. But sitting on the balcony with the view of palm trees and ocean in the background was enough for me. The distant sound of bachata from the mosquito bar was a nice way to cap the evening before bed. I would stay there again.

Dated but quiet property

The property is a bit dated... In particular pool area but this is definitely the best unit in the building. Needs some maintenance with, outdoor furniture, light bulbs and water filter for the sulfer content. The area is packed with scooters but you couldn't hear them when in the complex which was a relief and a very quiet stay

Formidable!

Grande appartement confortable, les piscines son très spacieuse et peux achalandé. Le site est tranquille et l'emplacement est excellent pour la plage et l'épicerie. Les hôtes nous ont offert un service d'accompagnements pour nos visiteur de l'aéroport à la residence toujours a l'heure et confo. Merci pour se magnifique séjour je recommande se panthouse!!

Perfect location

Very comfortable house, the grounds are beautiful with all the trees. The pool is very nice. It's at walking distance of everything near the center but very quiet. All our questions were answered rapidly. It was everything we wanted for our stay.

Apartado del ruido, puedes ir caminando al centro del pueblo y a la playa. La atención a la recepción fue inmejorable, aunque tuvimos un problema con el tendedero lo solucionaron enseguida. Necesita algunas mejoras, como la puerta de la azotea que no cierra en condiciones, pero cumple su función perfectamente y está muy bien equipado.

Great locations and clean pace. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Stair could use handrail for extra safety. Pool area beautiful, clean and calm at all times. Great stay! Don’t forget you do have to pay electricity.

Wonderful

We loved this condo and Las Terranas. Marie-Helene replied quickly to any questions. We had a small issue with the washing machine but Dorian quickly had it repaired. The 2 pools were really nice. Very nice BBQ. We would suggest newer furniture on the roof terreace but outside of that our month long stay was wonderful.Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The location was terrific to get to the restaurants and stores. The complex was peaceful and the pool sparkling. We were able to find good swimming in the sea just across the street to the left. This is a great area to walk and explore.

Près de tout.

Cet appartement est très grande, les 2 balcons et la terrasse sur le toit, génial. Le site est propre et plein de beaux arbres et fleurs. Les 2 piscines très bien entretenus. La plage est littéralement en face du site de l'autre côté de la rue. Nous voyons la mer de la terrasse du toit.

Terribly dangerous staircase. Very steep. NO RAILING!!!! The pictures on Vrbo show a small railing in the living room but it does not extend up to the roof deck.

WONDERFUL

This is an absolutely wonderful two bedroom condo spread over three-floors, the top floor being a lovely covered rooftop terrace with a water view. We rented this condo for three months and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo is across the street from the beach and Pueblo de los Pescaderos, a strip of about 12 beachfront restaurants. As others have noted, the condo is a short 5 minute walk to the main street, calle Duarte, and about a 15 minute walk to the first of 2 grocery stores in town. The Don Caesar complex has 100 units but during our three month stay generally less than half of the units were rented at any one time. The complex is wonderfully quiet and the grounds are well maintained. There are 2 pools, and many days we were the only ones using the pools. Upon arrival at the condo all the basic necessities were provided including paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc., as well as a lovely bowl of fresh fruit - thank you Marie-Helene! The condo has been renovated and is very well equipped. The fridge is a decent size and there is a ceramic stovetop, though there is no oven. However, a toaster oven and a BBQ were provided. All the kitchen and dining supplies appear new, including new pots, utensils, glasses, dishes, and cutlery. The only items missing were a vegetable peeler and a couple of casserole dishes for use in the microwave and toaster oven. There is a washing machine, plenty of closet space, and each bedroom has an ensuite shower. Housekeeping do a very good job. TV programming is through a streaming service, but given how slow the download speeds are, TV reception is unreliable. Our favorite place in the condo was the rooftop terrace where we would spent hours each evening reading and listening to music as we watched the stars come out - absolutely wonderful!! A couple of suggestions: 1. bring a portable music source and speaker so you can listen to music on the rooftop terrace 2. Boulangerie Francais has the best croissants in Las Terrenas, which we enjoyed most mornings with a cup of coffee on the ground floor patio.

Très bon séjour

L'emplacement de cet appartement est parfait si l'on souhaite être proche du village, les restaurants sont tous accessibles à pieds. La plage Las Ballenas en face est sublime. Nous étions en basse saison et donc plage quasi vide, c'était top. Contacts avec Marie-Hélène et Dina supers. prêtes pour répondre à tous nos besoins. J'ajoute qqs petits point à améliorer pour que le séjour soit parfait (à prendre juste de manière constructive ) : améliorer la pression de l'eau dans la douche, et prévoir une clim un peu plus forte, car nous étions en période de fortes chaleurs et nous la sentions à peine. Pour le reste avis très positif; nous reviendrons !

Wonderful Month in Las Terrenas

What a great vacation! Marie and Camille were excellent at communicating and arranging any thing from airport transportation, to a grill, to taxi rides to other beaches. Any issues we had were always resolved immediately. The condo was modern, clean and very spacious. The penthouse roof deck was an awesome bonus. The only suggestion I have is we travelled with our 3 year old daughter and the stairs were a bit scary for small children... they were twisty and had no railings so we had a couple scares on them. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and we were welcomed with all the necessities we would need before we made it to a store (paper towel, dish soap, toilet paper, etc). The location was exactly what we had in mind. Right across the street was the Pueblo Des Pescardos, a cute little building with several restaurants we frequented often. The grocery store was about a 15 minute walk which wasn't a problem as they had a delivery service and would drop off the groceries later that afternoon. Our daughter loved the two pools at the complex, they were a bit older and could use some updating but it didn't phase her at all. The grounds as well could use a bit of TLC, but the condo was so nice it was fine. All in all I would 100% return to stay, if it was available I would be booking a ticket to come back after the holidays! Wonderful condo, wonderful hosts. Thank you for an awesome vacation!

Un voyage magnifique

Nous sommes venus avec beaucoup d’appréhensions suite aux jugement que les gens avait de la République Dominicaine ! Mais nous repartons avec plus du tout le même regard sur ce pays !!! nous en sommes ravis , les gens sont adorables , nous avons été très très bien reçu par Marie Hélène et sont équipes que nous remercions ! Une équipe a l’écoute et surtout très professionnel avec de bon conseils ! Nous avons louer 10 jours la villa ( cocotier 2 ) dans une résidence sécurisée et au calme en plein cœur du centre ville , la villa est juste splendide , le centre ville de Las Terrenas est très animé de jour comme de nuit ! Nous nous sentons vraiment en sécurité ! En tout cas nous avons profité pleinement de notre séjour nous en sommes vraiment très content et avons passé de très bonnes vacances!! Wonderful Location

This was our 4th trip to Las Terrenas, but our first time not staying with family. Marie, her staff, and this property far exceeded our expectations! Prior to booking Marie provided extensive details to a number of properties we might be interested in renting. Marie and her staff were available to us throughout this entire process. The house manager, Camille was able to meet us as soon as we arrived in town- a major plus as we had traveled overnight and being able to relax and unpack immediately upon arrival was a welcome relief! The condo was exactly as pictures. It was clean, the WiFi for our phones/tablets was good and the beds were very comfortable! The condo is listed has having only one toilet, so I was very happy to see there was a toilet on both the first floor and second floor between the bedrooms. We enjoyed many nights on the covered rooftop deck, reading and enjoying the cool sea breeze. Our only complaint was that the bandwidth was not strong enough to support internet television viewing. The location was exactly as advertised, and it was perfect for us! My 17 year old step daughter joined us on this trip, and having access to a pool, and shops/restaurants within walking distance gave her some freedom. The French Bakery was a 5 minute walk into town, and the beach bars of Playa Ballenas were a short walk in the other direction. The development was busy and located across from the Pueblo de los Pescadores, so we anticipated some amount of noise. There was none! We were able to sleep (2nd floor) with our screen doors open every night. Camille was available to answer any questions we had and was so accommodating around our arrival and departure times. We can’t wait for our next trip to Las Terrenas and would happily book our stay with Marie and her team again. Highly recommend!

Great Condo in a Great Location

We spent 25 days in Las Terrenas / Penthouse Sea View and we were glad we selected this condo - it really felt like home away from home for us. Words that come to mind are clean, spacious, comfortable and very well located to enjoy the community and its services. The photos in the listing accurately represent the condo. The Great Host (Marie Helen and especially Camille, who was our liaison) - consistently quick to reply and help us engage the community. We especially appreciate the loan of the BBQ grill as we like to cook out. The welcome gift of fruit and veg. was very welcome, indeed. Also thanks to the house keeper, Raina, she was so nice and sweet to us. It was a joy to meet and talk with her. Location - You can't beat this location! 3 minute walk to restaurants and the beach , 10 min walk to several cafe's for breakfast, 25 min to groceries stores. (you can always grab a moto-taxi for $0.60 if you don't want to walk, so a car is not necessary to enjoy the town) View - Great view to the beach from the covered roof top patio. Condo- Furniture was new (?) and comfortable. Beds were good and the kitchen was sufficiently sized and well stocked with everything you would need to cook in. We spend at least an hour a day on the roof top patio enjoying the ocean view and tropical breezes. Here too, the furniture looked new. I would recommend an upgrade to the Wifi - the host loaned us a hot spot as the community wifi was spotty - and to the cable TV, for more channels and a more clear picture. The community (Residence Don Cesar) is addressing some common area maintenance gaps, which did not impact our stay. All-in, a great choice in Las Terrenas

Souvenir de Las Terrenas

Nous sommes venues avec quelques craintes par rapport à tout ce que nous avions pu lire ou entendre sur la République Dominicaine et Las Terrenas .... Quelle surprise nous avons eu en découvrant l'opposé de ce que nous craignions. Les Dominicains sont des personnes adorables avec le sens de l'hospitalité. Nous sommes sortis presque tous les soirs et à aucun moment nous ne nous sommes sentis en danger. La résidence est idéalement située , l’appartement est encore plus beau en vrai qu'en photos .. rien ne manque, ce fut difficile de partir ... Merci à l'accueil et à l'organisation de Marie Hélène et Michaël Nous espérons revenir et nous vous enverrons des amis les yeux fermés ... Merci et aurevoir Las Terrenas
